Joining us now, John Wall, our Republican chair here in Alabama. John, oh my gosh, I don't know if this was a setup by the DNC in Obama and everybody else that's running the show actually, behind the scenes, to show the American people, especially the Democratic voters that you see, this guy can't be there. We've got to make a decision so they get the support. Well, if that's the case, boy, they got it and they got it from all the liberal media and all the Democrats that were on the sidelines screaming, "Oh my gosh, we're in panic mode." Your thoughts on this whole thing last night. No, you're absolutely right. So I was actually watching on a network, major network, and afterwards, watching the pundits panic and arguing with each other about whether Joe Biden could even be the nominee. It hit me that we may actually, that debate performance may actually have been the tool that they are going to use for place Joe Biden as a Democrat nominee. I think that is probably the scariest thing we have seen yet to cycle because it was pretty clear the difference we're facing in this election. Donald Trump was cool, he kept a cool head, he argued on policy, he went back to the basics of things that the American people care about, and all Joe Biden could do was stumble around and when he did get a one-liner, he was personal attacks, not on the actual policies that mattered to the voters. You know, Judy, my wife and I were watching it on Fox and she said, you know, we looked at each other and she goes, "Turn CNN on, I want to see what they're saying about this." Normally, the other networks would, you know, run interference, they would support him, bring him up, set him on a pedestal, give us the other side of it, and lean left. They were just as, you know, mind-boggled as the entire country was and they were, not only as the moderators, CNN did a great job there, but their pundits on CNN after the debate, they were all saying the same thing, that this is disastrous. I mean, this is trouble city. We've got major problems and the Democrats have got to figure something out of here. I don't think he comes back for a second debate. I mean, if you're his captain and you're in charge of his plan, do you put him back on the stage? Well, I don't see how they can and I also don't see how they can't. He's already committed to a second debate, so if he is the nominee, him pulling out shows weakness, it shows fear, and it really would just play into Donald Trump's strength. So either way, that it's a lose-lose situation for the Democrats moving forward. But once again, I think this really highlights what we already knew as Republicans. All the Democrats have is personal attacks. That's all Joe Biden had, he kept going after personal items. He could not argue on the actual policies that matter. Yeah. A lot of people talked about Joe Biden changing lanes and mid-sentence and his cognitive skills being so much worse than they were at the state of the union address, and then somebody commented this morning as well that we had on. The after party, he kind of got back into, you know, peppy Joe Biden. So do you think he was just overwhelmed with trying to stay on point with all the facts that they shoved down his throat at Camp David for the last week, and it just was too much, or, I mean... Look, there's a reason that the Biden campaign refused to have a wide audience. They know he's confused, and it's a stressful situation when you're on the debate stage. And I've actually said this over the last week, a good leader cannot take a week to prepare for a debate. We're in that White House, we're in the Oval Office, and an emergency comes up. You don't get a week to prepare for it. You get 30 seconds, and I actually thought that's with a great contrast between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. And I got to tell you... Yeah, go ahead. I'm sorry. Yeah. Well, he didn't take that. He didn't need the time to prepare because of the good leader can't. If you're honest to the American people, if you're straightforward and you're speaking truth, you don't need a week to try to get your messy trade. Yeah. He was on point. He knew exactly where he stood. He didn't need to get right, prep it, put it on note cards, have him prompter, absolutely not. It'll be interesting to see if he does make that second debate. I don't see it, but you're right. He kind of has to. It's definitely over. It may be over already, and we just don't know who the next one's going to be, but I'm sure Barack does. All right, buddy. Thank you, John Wall.
