I really like aesthetic, not any particular aesthetic, several of them, but I like it when something has one, has a style, has a certain idea, I listen to, or I watch an interview on the digital spaghetti with Kariza makes life of Riza, which is a YouTube channel that is very aesthetic. Well, most people say it's cinematic, but it's also incredibly cozy, very intentionally a particular way, and hearing about how it's done, and seeing behind the scenes of how she works is very clear that none of this is real, but as she put it, she considers it based on a true story, because she tries to show a very intentionally kind of delightful version of her life, in some ways I guess aspirational, but also not, is that pretending it's real. Her blogs are, or her videos, or vlog style, but they are incredibly well shot, incredibly well planned, and yeah, they're just quite, quite non-real generally. And I think that's interesting, because I don't think she's trying to be deceptive, I don't think she's trying to come off as better than she is, I think she's just kind of showing something special, trying to make people feel a certain way, trying to make art, make an experience, and one of the tools, the medium is kind of her own life, but it's like if you drew your life in the style of a ghibli film, people should not be upset that you'd turn out to be three-dimensional, flesh and blood, they should probably just appreciate the fact that you're making something beautiful, like, yeah, presenting an aesthetic doing art, showing a particular style, I think this is something that a lot of companies, a lot of businesses fail at, partially because it's a person thing, or it requires very clear intent to hold a style. Some companies that are kind of steeped in design or steeped in artistry manage to do this, usually they're smaller, Apple in some ways manage to do this at massive scale, but they also have a really kind of bland aesthetic, but they definitely hold some sense of style still, but while something is small, it's very much easier to implement a style, implement an aesthetic, make something particular, makes an impression, I think we should both take advantage of that and enjoy that.
