Corn fritters are made from a batter of corn kernels, flour, eggs, and milk. Fry to golden perfection. But did you know that corn fritters have roots in Native American cuisine and have been a staple in southern cooking for generations? So my mom would make her corn fritters and then, so she would put them on a paper towel when she was looking at the other way, I would go steal one and then break an old little butter on it.
