Welcome to July 15th on the National Day Calendar. Today we're spreading some kindness and finding ways to make amends. National Give Something Away Day encourages us to spread joy by giving. Whether it's donating clothes, sharing a homemade treat, or simply offering help to someone in need, giving something away can make a huge difference. The acts of giving have been shown to release endorphins, often called helpers high. So it's a win-win. You feel good and someone else benefits from your generosity. Let's take a moment today to share something with others and brighten their day. My opinions probably aren't a good thing to share to give away for free, right? You could definitely keep those away for free, and they're not worth much. I see. They're not going to brighten people's days, right? Yeah, unfortunately. So keep your opinions to yourself, maybe today. But I did get you something. You have something to give away? Yeah, here. I gave you some old clothes. I can tell. They look amazing though. I'm sure that's just a coin to fit as well. From giving to making things right, it's also National Get Out of the Dog House Day. This day is all about making fences and making amends with someone you might have run. On fact, the phrase "In the Dog House" was popularized by J.M. Barry's Peter Pan, where Mr. Darling is punished by being sent to the Dog House. Whether it's apologizing for a mistake or making a grand gesture, today is the perfect day to get back in someone's good graces. So I heard you like being in the Dog House. Have you seen my Dog House? No. I mean, this might explain why I'm always picking a fight with Alice, right? Because it gets me into the Dog House 65-inch screen, we're on tap, a nice comfortable couch. Why would I not want to be out there? So you're getting trouble on purpose. It motivates me. What can I say? That is comedy. Okay. Well, you know what? If you like it, I love it. Okay. Thank you, Datsun. I'm Warloh Anderson. Thank you for joining us on our journey to celebrate every day. And join us for all of our adventures on Facebook and Instagram at Destination Celebration Show. Until next time, keep celebrating. Oh, we don't want to miss this. Today is also National Gummy Worm Day. Now let's see who's celebrating on the birthday club. Starting the week is always with Sunday and Monday birthdays. One for the 14th, Derek Allen, and one, no, this is Ali. If I could read my writing here, Derek, Ali, and for the 15th, Emily Hankins, 21 today. All right. Derek, Ali, and Emily Hankins. On the birthday club, let me know who's celebrating the rest of the month. That would be the 16th through 31st and August. Yep, I'm taking all of those birthdays now. Text them to me at 336-932-1881. Some big name birthdays, Far East Whitaker, 63, Linda Ronstadt, 78, Jesse Ventura, 73. In our music spotlight, we remember folk singer Woody Guthrie, born this week in 1912. He died in 1967. Standing down and holding town one day. I was standing down and holding town one day. I come from Louisiana where the red fish in the bay. I come from Louisiana where the red fish in the bay. I said, "How many rivers have you got in the Portland town?" Well, how many rivers have you got in in the Portland town? Hey, the Columbia River is the river that they all run down.
