Oh, they do a great job too. Welcome to July 11th on the National Day Calendar. Today, we're enjoying a morning treat and a refreshing evening cocktail. National Blueberry Muffin Day is the perfect excuse to end old and one of the most beloved breakfast pastries. Blueberry muffins are a delightful blend of sweet and heart, making them a favorite for many. And don't forget all the antioxidants and vitamins they're packed with. But here's a fun fact. Muffins, as we know them today, originate in the United States in the 19th century. And the blueberry variety quickly became a classic. [Music] This makes mention that there are other things from other muffins other than blueberry. None of them are as important. That's the thing. I can't remember the last time I had something other than a blueberry muffin, so I don't know. There's so many, but yes, blueberry is the best by far. Oh, there was chocolate, isn't there? I forgot about that one. In banana nut. Yeah, blueberry wins. From morning muffins to evening refreshment, it's also a national mojito day. The mojito is a classic cocktail that hails from Cuba, made with white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint. The mojito's origins date back to the 16th century when a similar drink called Eldrauke was created in honor of the English Sea Captain Sir Francis Drake. Today, the mojito is a popular summertime drink, perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day. Burn all the food, the shape, the rum. Yes, the rum is gone. Why is the rum gone? So did you bring all the ingredients for us to make mojito see? I brought the mint. Okay. I figured we could find the rest. The mint's the most important to me. Is it? Yeah, I grow some actually for this reason. Wow. So the rum is not the most important, but the mint is. Okay. Yeah. No, let's go with that. I know. I love it. How about we go get the rest of those ingredients? Fair enough. Let's go do that. Okay. Grab your keys. I'm LaToya Johnson. I'm Marlo Anderson.
