[MUSIC PLAYING] Welcome to June 22nd on the National Day Calendar. Today, we're celebrating the sweetness of a kiss and the crunchiness of a favorite appetizer. Kissing Day celebrates one of the most personal expressions of affection. A kiss can convey a range of emotions, from love and passion to friendship and respect. Throughout history, cultures worldwide have embraced the act of kissing in various forms. So whether it's a peck on the cheek, a friendly kiss on the forehead, or a romantic smudgeroonie, let's celebrate the simple yet powerful act of a kiss. [MUSIC PLAYING] Kiss me, beneath a male pit while I leave me. I'll allow a moon to live before I live to open up. It's the day of cheer we are in here. Is that in the pitch, Mary? It is. And are you doing a kiss in booth or something today? Because I've seen something outside, and I'm like, I know that's not Marlowe's kissing booth in front of the office, seriously? Yeah, nobody's showing up. Maybe you should take my place. I believe you would have better success than I in a kissing booth. Well, based on what I've been eating today, I don't think I'm going to have much luck either. Oh, I bet I know what that is. From the sweetness of kiss, we switch to a savory delight. It's onion ring day. The exact origin of the onion ring isn't clear, but they've been a popular side dish for decades, often enjoyed alongside burgers or as a standalone snack. These rings of onion, coated in a crispy batter and deep fried the golden perfection, are a tasty combination of sweetness and crunch. So whether you're dipping them in ketchup or enjoying them straight up, let's savor the deliciousness of this beloved treat. ♪ You should've put a ring on it ♪ ♪ I feel like I think you should've put a ring on it ♪ Onion rings are my jam. You know, and whoever came up with those onion ring towers? So good. Oh, my goodness. A tower of deliciousness. You can eat onion rings on everything. Put it in my soup, put it on my burger. Yeah. I love them, put it in my salad. Yeah, they're good everywhere, except for kissing. I know this. Not at a kissing booth. I'm with Tony Johnson. I'm Marlowe Anderson.
