It is yellow flags at PCB, as well as 66 degrees down here in the panhandle, and I hope the weather is cooperating wherever you are in the world. Well, I want to come on to give you some news you could use, as well as some things to make you go. Hm, let's go ahead and get into it. Within the last hour of Mike Johnson, we'll retain his position as Speaker of the House, as if we thought anything different was going to happen, but it was with all the theatrics, which was to be expected they had to go back and float again because he didn't have enough votes. The first round, there were two, three Republican holdouts. They met with two of them, and they miraculously changed their vote. Did you think anything else was going to happen? Courtesy of Joy Reid last night said they had to do this today in order to certify the election on what? January 6th, go back to when the January 6th insurrection happened, and the reason being was because they wanted to overturn the election that year and not have to vote certified. So, Speaker Johnson is going to retain this speakership. It was cheering on the floor. It was a loud, pompous BS. That's what it was. It just makes you sick to your stomach, and you can hear because they had Hotmunk's President Trump. That's President-Elect Trump. President Biden is still the president until T-Rump swears in on January 20th. Next on my docket is in 2025, and I don't have to do the new year, new me sort of thing to you, youtubers out there. I, and I'm only speaking for me, am not obligated to cash out, Venmo, PayPal, or any other means of financial support to your channel. I've wrestled with, am I stealing when I peek in to see what you're talking about or use somebody who comes through my feed? No, and I love the ones who put subscriber-only mode where you can't comment. You have to be subscribed to the channel. Maybe I don't want to subscribe. Yes, that's free. I give you a like if I like what you're talking about. But I am not financially hearing in these people, and I like the new thing. I noticed that some would always say, well, you could buy me a cup of coffee, meaning the YouTube subscription is maybe like $4.99 or $5 a month. I don't even buy a $5 coffee anymore because I'm poor. So no, I'm not buying you a coffee. I guess I've gotten sick of, is somebody and I believe it's a lead farmer. Said the other day, YouTube used to be fun until money got involved. And now people want to treat it as their job, and they need to get a job. And then I think like a person of myself, like myself, I haven't really tried to quurl my channel. That's a lot of work, and I got a lot to learn. You see that on the mistakes that I make point here. But I can't expect for others to carry me. If I need new equipment, I have to get it. And I'm just sick of it. And I just said, I wasn't giving to any channels. I stopped that, basically, when I lost my last job, and I'm just not going to do it. But if I got to sit up here and see your cash shop, FIMO, PayPal, and any other means to send you money on a ticker, if you're constantly asking me, if you stop your broadcast because you need a certain number before you even start, I'm out. And I'm going to go ahead and put it as, I think I can deem them not interested or whatever, and it won't come up in my field. I'm doing that too. I'm not playing. I'm not playing in 2025. So we're day three. Oh, yeah, some will be gone. I have said that I was going to try to teach more this year. So let's go with education. This is so much talk around the speaker. Citizenship question. And this is an actual citizenship question. If the president and the vice president can no longer serve, who becomes president? That would be the speaker of the house. This is why that third income man is so important. So think about that. If something was to happen, president, vice president, the speaker of the house. I'm not sure. Noticefully, noticeably at the press conference yesterday down in New Orleans, the black female agent that was there the day before was not there yesterday. And I saw all the chatter online. I saw all the racist comments. And then it was bought out that she had a nose ring, which the only piercing that you're allowed to have is earrings. You're not allowed to have nose fear since this and it wasn't unnoticeable. As I will call a bull nose ring. It was just a little how hard did you have to be looking to see that and to make an issue out of that? So I noticed yesterday she was in my FBI agent. Let the racist caller, DEI hire. Anytime they see a black person in the position that they ain't qualified for, it must be at DEI hire. A young boy around the seven years old survived in Zimbabwe, out where lions and other large animals were. And he was out there for five days. ABC reported it, and I see the story is gaining traction. I said God washed over that little boy because he was out there with known predators that should have killed him. Somebody said that he knew the way to survive as far as getting water and that sort of thing. But I'm just an amazement. We're talking lions, hippos, all of the big games type of item. Animals were out there. And he was a little dehydrated. He had to be checked out and that sort of thing. But he's alive. Let that sink in. Biden blocked a $15 million deal for a Japanese company, won't buy you a steal. So that's making news. Okay, I couldn't think of the name of the things that were supposed to stop a car from being able to jump the sidewalk down in New Orleans. They're called ballers. And they were not working in New Orleans. And somebody's trying to make an issue out of this. They were told years ago that they weren't working blah, blah, blah. They were in the process of changing all of those outs. Pre Super Bowl because they're trying to do the safety measures and harden before the Super Bowl. So they were not working. The mayor admitted that the other day. So to go and want to pull something up for 2019, that may not even be the reason. But to change over, that's a valid reason. Biden is also going to visit New Orleans on Monday. I'm wondering how that's going to go, being that the two yahoos who I told you, that governor and senator Ken, they I'm wondering how that's going to go, but whatever. Sanford Health had the nerve to cut a pregnant woman's hour for 40 to 32. As a full-time employee, we know what that's about. All because she requested parental leave. Many moons ago, when I had a baby, my company wanted to F with me while I was pregnant and working. And my parents told me if they continue to bother you, you're going to be on it. If they keep it up, you're pregnant. They cannot do this. My mom would not take me off the schedule. I requested two weeks before to come off of the schedule. They basically thought that I was going to work up until I had the baby. And what ended up happening is I had him five weeks early. Had to go out on immediate maternity leave because I had an emergency cesarean. Went ahead and took maternity leave along with the unpaid leave. I went into that and I came home for a day near a month after my pregnancy. Me and another woman was the only women that were not in jeopardy of not having maternity leave. If you had attendance problems or no leave, when you dropped a baby, most girls could only, well young ladies could only afford to be out maybe two weeks tops. It was so prevalent in the D about jobs, not wanting to let women off to have babies that they had daycares that started keeping babies at two weeks. And I had looked over that option because I was right there as far as not having any paid leave and getting into what they call no pay status. And my mother was like, you don't worry about that. You don't worry about that. But these are the things that these sorry companies do. And then think that they're entitled to a two-week notice when you get ready to hit the bricks. I think not land man. If you're watching that, it's on Paramount and it starts with Billy Bob Thornton. Well written show is another show by the same writer who did Yellowstone, but I'm really enjoying it. Tim McGraw and Faith, what is her name? Heels daughter makes her debut on there. Hit my segment, which is called Celebrity Corner. A rapper who's not so slim out of Houston, has made some problematic comments recently. I kind of wish that he would tip on those four foes and stop talking in interviews or any time there's a mic in his face. His first problematic comment was about what black people need to stop blaming. And I'm just going to stop it right there because you already know what the other half was. And if you don't believe what I'm talking about, Google, his name, it'll come up with what he's been saying and who it is. You are not the spokesperson for black people. And a lot of times you want to tell yourself what these celebrities didn't say that. It was taken out of context. When there's video of you out there and we hear the words that are coming out of your mouth, yeah, you said it. And I noticed that a lot get real loose loops. When they go on art of the dialogue and especially flat TV, they tell all. Which I found out they pay. That was your first about black people need to stop blaming. The next problematic comment was about Russell and Sierra's marriage is not real. And how is she going to go from future to Russell? I don't even think you are married. So why is it any of your business, even if your friends were treated? That particular couple gets so much hate and I don't understand it. I probably was one enamored and caught up in the celebrities and wanted to talk about their business. In my older, more mature age, I don't give up about their business. I really don't. But what I do have a problem with is people speaking on other people's relationship. This man seems like a mid-family man. He seems like he loves her and people hate on it. If you don't want to see him, don't look at it. And we as a collective, not necessarily me. But people have made celebrities and to some, the monsters that they are and they created this machine bigger than life. Also in the celebrity corner, Vanessa Williams has lost her mom. Her mom died at the age of 85. Happy birthday out to Lloyd. He turned 39. If you hadn't seen Lloyd recently, he was bald. He cut off all that beautiful hair because he has a relative death battling cancer. The surgeon general has linked alcohol and cancer. I turned into a social drinker many years ago. My ex was an alcoholic. I never want to experience that again and that shook me. I never had a problem with drinking, but until you live and have to deal with somebody with alcoholism. No, so it's occasionally for me. I don't even really like the taste of it anymore. Winter Storm Blair is a dangerous storm which is going to hit across the south. Not so much as me, but it looks like in that pocket of Louisiana. In the southern part of the United States, it's kind of Midwest. I know it's another storm that's going to be from Ohio Valley on over. But yeah, it's a winter storm that is going to bring cold temps the next couple of days. It's going to be in the 30 if not near freezing. I know over here. I've talked about the border and my consensus is the border is never going to be fully secure. It's too much land. It's too vast and that's what I look at. While you keep hearing eagle pass, eagle pass, eagle pass. It's pockets that's unsecured and a sheriff, Polk County. I do not like him. We're showing pictures of Biden's open border. That's Biden's open border, mind you. The border was open during all the presidents, but it's Biden's open border. And he was showing pictures of that. I remember when I shared for your locally sent resources from up here to go help at the border. That's because you support the census and I voted accordingly in the election. A wannabe journalist was down there filming and it was a lot of standing around. It was a lot of gas enough cars and it was a lot of I don't know what all the support to the border needs, but that today I just heard on ABC not too long ago is one of the thing that T. Rump wants to do within the first 30 days is a border bill. We shall see. And no, I don't think that is right for people to come over here illegally, but it's not worth killing people about. And if you want to talk about quote unquote doing it the right way, I can give you the rundown of what that entails, the cost, the amount of time and all of that. I can lay out the whole process of well, if they just come over here the right way, okay, we can talk about that too. Tim Scott. Got an honorable mention. He's the longest serving black senator. So he didn't he didn't get a black job and T. Rump's admin and probably won't. But he was mentioning that yesterday I saw what Byron Donald said that he was disgusted. That latest Cheney was given whatever metal Biden gave out. Who cares about how how discuss he was. I was disgusted that him as a black man walked out. No, I wish I was in the land of cotton at the clan rally that they had up there in New York, but hey, can't always get what we want. All right, going in these social media streets to see what is going down. GM not just best sales since 2019. That's all. We're going to see annual growth. Yeah, everything's just good. City of Linnhaven here locally is doing free cardboard pickup as starting on January 6th. I think it's a great thing. I hate that we don't have good recycling efforts down here. So they have them picking up a cardboard. I like to see that. My city Detroit report reports major drop in homicides in 2024, hitting the lowest rates since 1969. That used to be known as the murder capital. People was tripping out when I told them that I was moving there and further tripping out. They found out I lived there for 10 years and I like to say because you are looking at me. Never hear me. Never a violent incident. Petty crime here. Violent incident. No. Okay, let's go over to. For the first time in history, the United States Senate has two black women. Angela Assel Brooks of Maryland and Lisa Blunt, Rochester of Delaware, sworn in to the 119th Congress. That deserves an applause. Give me just a minute. I got to clap it up for my sisters. That I can get happy about and get on. Climate specialist Parker at the Weather Channel takes a closer look at an upcoming Arctic coal outbreak that would send a chill to more than 250 million people across the United States. And it's really coming from the tip top all the way across. And then all the way to the East and Seaboard is going west to east. So yeah, it's going to be really cold. Another adorable moment. Okay, let's go over to Blue or Skyes before I let you guys get out to enjoy this beautiful day again on this first Friday. Let's see what's happening over there. Tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Times, a letter hack is going to be on YouTube. And he's going to have an interview with assigned media founder Evan Erkhart. I hope I did mess his name up. If I did, I tried it to my head. T-rump from live social, this was posted one hour ago. The Democrats are all giddy about our magnificent American flat, potentially being flown half mass during my inauguration. They think it's so great. And we're so happy about it because in actuality, they do not love our country. They only think about themselves. Look at what they've done to our great America over the past four years. It's a total mess in any event because of the death of Jimmy Carter, the flag made for the first time ever during an inauguration of a future president be a half mass. Nobody wants to see this and no American can be happy about it. Let's see how it plays out. Make America great again. Let me tell you something. I put it right there. I'll have a look at no more in social media because I'm going to say this. Jimmy Carter, I believe was the 32nd president of the United States. Jimmy Carter did good things for this country. He seemed to be a good man. So I'm sorry that he passed away and as a former president, he's getting all of this. Jimmy Carter also lived to be 100. Jimmy Carter also had the opportunity to vote for Kamala Harris. I'm sorry, but not sorry that those flags are going to be flying half mass during your damn inauguration. You shouldn't even be getting inaugurated because you shouldn't be going back into office. So I would consider myself damn lucky and be happy that I could put my hand on the Bible to square in again. Hell, flying full staff at Marlago. But you are literally pissed off. This man is dead and you are literally pissed off because the flags won't be raised. That date of the inauguration bothers me anyway. Because it's on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day observed. And it's better not to disclose to my damn birthday. So I ain't happy at all, but for you to be this petty. But yeah, you're going to this man's funeral. I think the Carter family need to issue what the McCain family did. And that was a dis invite. Now, there were other things that came at play, but that was the biggest beef that I would say, you just didn't have the capacity to love me like I wanted to. So I think when Sierra and I also found each other, that's it. That's all. Say what needs to be said so many times is the words that we don't say. Do what needs to be done. You're here to do something. Find out what that is and try to fix what you can while you're here. They say it's not the dates that's on the headstone. It's what you do in between that dash to the next time.
