In 1992, they opened their first Philly’s Best location in Fountain Valley (which still operates in its original location.)”

Founder Bob Levey takes another break from working the seasoned flat-top grill to continue with us spatula in hand. Future expansion plans for neighboring states outside of California are in the works while maintaining strict quality control standards.
