The Dom Giordano Program

A ban of Pharmaceutical Advertising on Television

In today’s second hour, the debate between Dom Giordano and his Producer Dan persists, with Dom explaining why he’s against a ban of pharmaceutical advertising on television, with Dan noting that only the United States and New Zealand allow this. This leads Dom to take some call from listeners who both support his argument and the opposition, with Dom explaining why he finds it hard to both call for governmental efficiency and the removal of regulations, while also calling for this type of regulation on the pharmaceutical industry. Then, Dom welcomes in Robin Shaffer of Protect Our Coast New Jersey back onto the Dom Giordano Program for an update on his continued fight against offshore windmills. Robin offers up an update, and tells of some work being done in the legislative sense to both protect Americans and the marine wildlife that have become drastically effected by the rush by the energy industry. Also, Robin offers his thoughts on the upcoming gubernatorial race, noting who would be least like Phil Murphy, who’s been very kind to these energy companies.
