Welcome to Bon Jovi Discussions. I wanted to hop on for a second and just want to say thank you to everybody that has supported my podcast Bon Jovi Discussions. It's you know I've never been one that that cared about likes or followers or any of that silly stuff but what's amazing is that people really love this podcast. It's something that I work incredibly hard on. It's something that really brings the Jovi community together. You know a little bit of a backstory with this podcast. I started it in the early stages of the pandemic in March of 2020. Just you know because we're all stuck at home and so I thought you know what I go on Twitter every day and I interact with so many other Bon Jovi fans that are friends. People I just love talking with and I was like you know it'd be so cool to do it over chat and make a podcast out of it. So I started a podcast out of it and it's been going so well for the last voyage. You know from special guests to friends and everyone that I have on is a special guest in my opinion. And like I said I have never cared about followers and likes and that baloney. But when I go on YouTube and Spotify and Apple podcast and look at the analytics it blows my mind how many people like it. Watch it. Stream it. And then you know on Apple and or maybe Spotify it shows a map of everybody that listens around the world and so many countries listen to the podcast and it just makes me happy because I work so hard at it. I mean it takes you know for me to do in our episode it takes me a lot of time to plan it schedule it make the time to record it make the time to upload it and it takes a lot of time and it also costs money to do and I pay for it all and you know but at the end of the day I do it because people enjoy it and so I just want to say thank you to everybody that that takes the time to listen to it and gives feedback and I just I love having other die-hard bunch of the fans come on the podcast and just talk about whatever topic they want to talk about. And I have so many people that have signed up to be on the podcast and for those that haven't been on yet I will get to you I'm just going right down the list but anyway enough of that so a lot of people have been asking and throwing this idea out the last few months about me doing a live podcast and I say how am I gonna do that and then some friends suggested doing a live Instagram so I'm gonna do it on a Instagram I'm gonna go live and the idea is it's gonna be an hour long it's gonna be on my Instagram Jerry Brayden 92 and I'm gonna go live for an hour and so the idea is you could either just hop on just a watch you could hop on and say your your camera show you don't want to be on the video but you want to comment a Bon Jovi question or talk about whatever subject I'll read the comments and then I'll talk about whatever subject that you bring up you know I'll spend a few minutes on it then I'll go to the next person and then if someone wants to join that's not camera shy and it's okay if you are but if you want to hop on the video chat and talk a few minutes you know face-to-face on live chat I love that we could talk about whatever topic so I'm gonna try to get through as many people as I can the hard part is the time zone difference because I know a lot of people from around the world listen to the podcast and stuff so right now the first one it's gonna be Tuesday July 16th at six o'clock Eastern time on my Instagram and in addition to you know talking various topics about Bon Jovi I'm also gonna do some giveaways I love doing giveaways on Twitter because it just brings some excitement and stuff and I'm a huge collector and I have I'm not can you I've collected for 24 years of Bon Jovi merch and I have so much stuff so I went through some of my stuff and you know some extras that I have or stuff that I think is you know I should give this away I'm going to as a thank you to everybody I'm gonna do some giveaways here I am in the works of doing some podcast stickers and shirts that want to give away eventually but for now a few things that I'm gonna I made a post on Twitter and Instagram of some of the stuff but you know got some cards here sealed these were 2010 VIP playing cards little coaster or ornament whatever you want to do with it I got a bounce promo sticker see look at that so there's that 2013 VIP laminate there there you go and then we got this is a 1996 I think bumper sticker so there's that bounce booklet I know this is pretty cheesy to put out there but we're gonna do it I an extra one laying around 2012 Avon magazine tin sign right here all right here this we're gonna love a sealed 40th anniversary monopoly box that doesn't look pretty cool to give away and then also I'm not gonna put I posted a picture of it but I'm a blanket as well and then I might see if I have some extra stuff laying around that I might put up to so what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna ask like some I'll make it easy on you guys I'll ask some easy Bon Jovi trivia questions and then whoever's the first one to comment the answer wins the item I write your name down you DM me I get this sent out to you no charge at all so like I said you know maybe no one will like this and it was be born but I think it's gonna be a lot of fun I'm actually you know kind of looking forward to it just something fun something different you know I just I love being able to come online every day and talk about my favorite band with other people that love this band just as much as me and it's my escape from the world you know it's it's my you know especially when I'm having bad days I love just coming online just talking with my Bon Jovi friends and so you know with that and the podcast I just want to say thank you to everybody that you know has been really kind to me has become friends with me and it's some of the nicest and kindest people that I have ever met is through the Bon Jovi fandom so I just wanted to say thank you even if you don't join on the Instagram I just again want to say thank you for all the love and support that you've shown the podcast and and your friendships So thank you, and I hope to see you on Tuesday.
