In this episode, we talk about detaching from things of this world through the example and words of St John of the Cross, one of the greatest mystics of Catholicism and one of the Doctors of the Church. St John's focus on the eternal goal of Heaven and attaching himself to the Will of God through great suffering is the kind of example we need to in today's world that is full of distractions that keep us from growing in relationship with Jesus.
