The Veil of Isis, a Cthulhu by Gaslight, Golden Dawn actual play, with David Larkins as the keeper of arcane lore. Shot in the back with an elephant gun. Oh, to the end of the music of the lights. Yes. Alright, I'll carry back. Did you have to carry summer rice? No. Hellmark or something. Huh? I don't know how good I'd be at the summer, but to see what did we do. There was something involving an opera, and we were looking for the ghost that was haunting the opera. Did already talk to the old woman about them. Any of you guys go talk to the old woman about them? The old woman. The old woman. Who was that the opera? Who was like? Madame Juri. Yeah. Yes. She was nice. She was a bad guy. Yeah, we talked to a lot of people. And then we went into the dungeon. Cool. Into the dungeon. Yeah. So we made friends with a man named Erickson, a violin player, and he revealed that he had been spying on one of the chorus dancers, Christine, and that he had been playing the part of this phantom character, but that he knew of yet another phantom. So there was two fantoms of that opera. So this guy who was just a player in the orchestra. Yeah. And he was in a lot of the pristine game. Yeah. In front of him. He was pretending to be. And so then what happened was-- So then he could come and sing to her from behind the mirror. Oh, yeah. I know. That's working. Oh. Not to walk through walls and mirrors. That I remember. That's right. That's right. It's a certain one. To materialize. To impress women, of course. Yes. Yes. Did it work? Well, it was too many of us a player. So I was like this. Like starting a rock band. Why does anyone want to make magic? I didn't have to get chicks. Yeah. Obviously. Indeed. So we followed him. He helped us. We found him down in catacombs. Yeah. He discovered a lair, which was a fabulous machine. Clearly from another world. Yeah. It was like a totally-- It was bigger on the inside than on the outside. Right. It was a little bit mine. Yeah, I kind of-- Four to seven sand loss? Yeah, at least. Yeah. Oh, yeah. And so she went nuts. I saw it and I was just like-- And what else happened? Well, once we discovered that, then we went back. Right? Because Eric was like, no, you can't be here. Yeah, we can't. You can't stay here. You have to leave. So we left shit. We wanted to set a track for it. Yeah. We went to his box. We went to his box. Box five. Box five. Box five. Right. Yeah. Except for Lily because she was gone. I was freaking out. So basically-- Because you walked from the distance. I did. I stood in the room. I was kind of taking care of me and stuff. So it was OK. Aw. But it was still pretty bad. So that said, what has happened? Then we went off to box five at a time to witness-- Oh. The chandelier crashing down on the audience killing a number of people. Killing many, many people. Yeah, it was pretty bad. It was really horrible. Yeah. That's awesome. To be out there, it was all awesome from there on it. Yeah, it was crazy. You would have stayed awake if you got it that far. It was awesome that you found out. That's-- Go back. Go back. Lily, hey. We found out that the city can just open that window right there. Just for a little bit. Basically, the opera guest had been essentially been funded by the opera managers. Did you mention that part? No, I did not mention that. OK. So he was basically being funded by them like-- Put a blackmail. Yeah. Saying like, take care of me or-- That's right. That's right. And so anyway, we ended up going back to the lair. And well, they did. And basically found somebody there that was like-- Appeared to be a fan of him. Appeared to be-- We didn't know. It wasn't Eric anymore. It was some other person. Yeah, because Eric was really nice. Right. He was with us opening the doors with his-- Yeah, trying to-- Yeah. So basically-- This is very confused. So then the phantom went into some kind of a ritual thing. Mm-hmm. And I hit it with my wand. Mm-hmm. She totally rocked it. So I was going down and then-- I blew the hole in his chest. And what was that? [LAUGHTER] Shot and ran away. At which point the chamber began to collapse. Yes. Right. But Eric was affected. All right. Well, you all took damage from basically the machine. Basically, the whole time this weird machine was emitting sound waves. Mm-hmm. Right. And then as the chamber started to collapse, the machine started going nuts. And it was the sound waves were so powerful that everyone, you know, people's nose and ears were starting to blow. Oh. And Zon's tongue exploded. It did. Yeah. But we got out of there at times. Oh! He ran out one way. The rest of them ran out the other way. Yeah. Yeah. And we heard the whole building go... We did. Underneath. Yeah. So. That was that. That was that. That was that chamber. And then we went out with Le Roux. We went out to Emile Park. Mm-hmm. Fresh. Yeah. And Le Roux's like, "You don't have to write a little novel about this one day." That will be adapted into a musical interview. And it was. It was. It's seen. It was. And seen. And seen. There was another element where we got totally derailed. Oh. What else is new? Yeah. But, like, we were on this well-gused chase, I think, because we misheard David. Yeah. Like, you're right. Oh, right. We went... Basically, there was this whole story about what we talked to... Yeah. People who knew the stage hand. And there was a guy, I don't know if they mentioned that, but... That's where you fell asleep. Yeah. So basically, he said that. Because we were like, "What the?" What? So basically, we went after the doctor who, the coach... Well, okay. He says something was delivered to the opera house. And it was a very strange object. There were two people. Right. So that was being done. Mm-hmm. And basically... What? Oh. Yeah. Go on. And so... No, I'm not... No, as well. Okay. So basically... I'm just a badass, don't worry. Yeah. Don't worry. My hand's doing a tough one. So we were told something was delivered, and the person who we would talk, like, the coachman of this particular doctor in town... Right. ...like, helped to deliver this. For some reason, we went after the doctor instead of the coachman of the doctor. We didn't have the name. It wasn't explicitly clear. It wasn't made exactly clear. So somebody's clear enough. Well, anyway, my brain wasn't functioning well. Well, it was kind of like, you know, we spent that while Gucci is in the caves. Because we didn't hear that... We didn't remember from the time before there was a pub. No. Right before the trailhead where we could have just gone to top people first. Yeah, we didn't first. You know what? Oh, yeah. Spoke children play over the top last weekend. Oh, yeah, I don't know. Well, the thing with that is... I heard the stage coach driver, but I didn't connect with pieces. Yeah. That's a tough part. It gets some things, and I'll pick up others. Like, you have to go to the handsome cab company? I mean... No, he was the personal coachman of the doctor. He had once been a Jardee. But then he was hired as a personal coach. He was amazing. Yeah, it was really good. So you enjoy it. Okay. At any rate, that's the long and the short of it. Okay. And that makes sense. It's kind of... Oh, okay. Yeah. But basically, I was freaking out on morphine, right? Yeah, so Lily ended up with an indefinite insanity, which I decided would be just an escalation for drug addiction. So she ended up completely strung out on morphine. Awesome. Got dry with the help of an associate. And here we are, a year and a half later. Hmm. Okay, so who's my ally again, David? Wait, wait. W-A-I-T. Wait, who? A-E, wait. A-E, wait. And should we tell them who my... Ernie is... No, you'll reveal it. Well, I know how it's funny to put it out there. Apparently, Alistair Crowley is my other enemy. Alistair Crowley? Yeah. Oh. He is an ambitious young man who joined the Dawn six months ago. What? And... He doesn't like me. Big shock. It's like carrying your life. He's earned a reputation for his questionable ethics and discipline. There's also whispers of his expulsion from grammar school on moral grounds, allegedly involving homosexual acts. This is... This is... This is... This is... This is... This is whispers. Oh, and then in terms of points, I forgot to name them. What? They can be applied towards any... Okay, I just was like... Like, we're just not working. No, no, no, no, it's okay. It was full of snot. It was a snot for you. Mm-hmm. Yeah, that's something that's been going on. A lot of stuff. Oh, yeah. The last hurrah of winter. Oh, those late winter. Those are the worst. I don't know. That's true. Nice, too. All right. Okay. So, uh... So, yes, it is Sunday, April 16th. Sunday... 1899. April 16th, 1899. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. I sent you all sort of an update in terms of what's been going on in the world and the order. Yeah, that's true. Yeah. One's very short, not a whole lot. Oh, okay. Yeah. Growing tensions. That's the leading tensions, basically. The neither's hasn't attempted any kind of takeover. Oh, 'cause we invested... We talked to Mathers. Yeah, she was there for that one. Oh, you were. Yes. That was part more. That's right. We didn't go back to see him. We were just like... We were just like... Yeah, that's what I was kind of curious about. No. You kind of still... Mm-hmm. Totally. You knew. There you go. It was on to us. Yep. But his book got published. Good man. That bastard. Yeah. Good for him. (laughs) We already recorded it. I forgot that I had checks, too. Oh, yeah. Everyone wrote your checks if you got checks. All right. And then I was going to find my points. You too? 'Cause it's too cold. On our own. Over. You want to roll over? If you roll over, you get extra D10 points on that, so... (laughs) Maybe more. Five. That's what you think. (laughs) Famous last words. (laughs) Oh, my God. I rolled 243s in a row. Wow. What? One of the odds of that. I don't know. Kind of like 3/7s last game. Mm. One in 10,000. (sighs) You know, I'm mad at you, dice. (laughs) Very, very mad at you guys. It begins. I know. It starts with a dice. She has a... She has a very dysfunctional relationship with her. I don't. I have a perfectly... It seems kind of seems a little... It's sickle. Yeah. She goes into race very quickly. Oh, look out. Look out. Look out. Look at those dice. Why are you going to spoil my secrets? It makes me a great player. I don't like that. (laughs) I don't know. I just... You have to love your dice, don't you? I love them. And then I roll them and then they make me mad. So... Why are you guys going to do me like this? I know. Are you whipping across the room? Mm-hmm. No. I have a spare. I think this one makes me angry. Oh, huh. (laughs) So it goes up by... How much? Uh, D10. Just add a roll of D10 and add that to your cards. Yeah, and I got one. Oh. One. One. That's the one. It's the one's dice from your percentile here. Mm-hmm. Yeah. (laughs) I'm getting warmer. No, no. Just make it go. (laughs) I'm fine. I knew which one was my D10. Oh, my God. I rolled one too. Boo. Boo his. This is not bode well. Oh, it's okay. Like, I have one of them where it's like my skills and eight. I was like, "It'd be so easy to roll over that. I got one." Oh! Oh! Like, not getting that check apparently. (laughs) It was like that was so easy. Mm-hmm. I'm gonna show if I don't get higher credit rating. But... Mm-hmm. That's all I got. I got nine. Yeah. Okay. This is a strength and con with that. I don't know if any of the predictions. Oh, my God. Mm-hmm. This did, didn't it? I went ahead and made the adjustments. Oh! (laughs) Look at you. Look. I know. Oh, I can do. Oh! All right. (laughs) D10 damage. That's okay. I've got a little hip piece. Oh, my shit. Okay. So zero, a ten or a zero. (laughs) Well, it depends. It's sort of like an ace in blackjack. What's your role? Oh, for the further going up, it's ten. Yay! Look at you. What increased? It's five. Yeah. Nice. Good one. It is. I got a one on that one. Well, it's one more. Mm-hmm. I got a one too, but it was like, oh, fourteen points. Mm-hmm. That actually looks good. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Like everything bigger. Yes. (laughs) Mm-hmm. This piece is amazing. Okay. Okay. So, like I said, Sunday, April 16th. A day like any other. Are we recording now? And we are recording. Yes. Easter Sunday is a week away for what it's worth. And, yeah, it's starting to get pleasantly spring-like. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. It's mid-afternoon when a caller comes to patting those residents. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. So, you know, you're- By all means. You're off in your quarters. What have you? Your butler answers the door. There's some voices. Butler comes to your door. Not discreetly. He says, "Man, I may Mr. Daniels brings a calling card from a major in the North coat." Oh, Lord. Oh, Lord. Oh, Lord. Oh, Lord. Wait. Remind me about North coat. North coat was our friend. Hunter's Lodge. Hunter's Lodge. Expelled. Politics. Former member. Special man. Uh, all right. I'll see him. All right. I saw you update his. I was like, "Oh." No. Good thing. Okay. Um. So, he- Oh, he comes in. Like, he has the audacity. No, no, no, no. The butler hands you- Is he calling card? The calling card. And, uh, there's a little note attached saying, "Oh, no, no." He's calling card. The calling card. And, uh, there's a little note attached saying, um, "Dear Miss- uh, Dear Miss Dashal, uh, most like to meet with you for tea tomorrow with you and your associates, uh, from our last meeting in, uh, Beth Green." Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh, yes. I didn't hate him as much as everyone else but, though. I mean, all right. I had some sincere sympathy. Yeah. Um, we're just vomiting, brother. All right. I will- I will agree to see him. And I'll also then ask my butler to send out notes to my compatriots. I'm looking- Is this early? Is this early? Well, he won't see all of this for tea. Well, he does. All of you. Uh, tomorrow, Monday. Yeah. Yeah. Since- Yeah. So, we get letters. I don't know if you'll get notes. I'm not gonna say that. So everyone accepts, uh, Cyril, of course, who was not upset. I don't see it. But, up to you, whether you want to, uh, include him on the meeting or not. Mm, I think just because North Coach asked for my compatriots from Beth Green. Oh, shall I know? Okay. Okay. And so, uh, so you are CP. Um. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Mm. Now, let's see here. The next day, around, uh, noon, uh, Cyril, you get a phone call. Ooh. Whoa. Mm. Why do you have a phone? I don't have a telephone. Most people do. It's 1899. Oh, okay. Sorry. World War I's only 15 years off. Sorry. My character knows that I don't. Um. Mm. I think there are about 200,000 phones in the city of the city. So, you were one of them. So, it's a phone call from a gentleman identifying himself as Frotter per Dorado. Oh, it's another outer order member. Okay. Oh, yes. Um. Wait a minute. Do you have a Latin motto? Uh. Ooh. Not for this. I have a clear one. Yeah. Well, he greets you by your Latin motto. Old chap. Uh. Um. Wonder if you could, uh, do me a favor. Uh. And the one it is. Wow. One of my associates, not in the order, has asked me to accompany him to a meeting. I was wondering if you'd like to, uh, come along as a fellow order member. We have some questions. Uh. When is this meeting? In about an hour. Oh, wow. All right. One or the other, right? Mm. I guess I trust you guys to do your thing and I'll just let you guys know that. Yeah, sure. I'll do this. Go to this meeting. Excellent. So, um. Mm. Wow. Yes. Off the tee. One o'clock. Uh. At your place, uh, Celesteia and Lily have gathered. Um. Mm. Celesteia. Quite. It's quite agitated. Mm. It's a nice place. A nice place you got here. You're a shame if anything happened. I know people now. Um. I'm sure she could do it herself. Yeah. That's true actually. Launching fireballs. Whee. Um. Pachoo. Pachoo. Mm. Mm. So, one o'clock arrives. Your, uh, parlor clock on the mantle chimes the hour. Mm-hmm. And, uh, the chime is barely a sea serene when you hear the bell at the front door. You hear the door open. And, uh, moments later, your, your butler announces, uh, Mrs. Crowley, uh, Weston, and Northcoat to see you finally. I'm sorry Lily. I have no idea. Do I, am I aware that he's my enemy? Mm. Mm. I bristle, but I, I'm fine. I can handle this. I'm sure you glare beautifully at him. Mm. See you there. Come on to you. Mm-hmm. So, um. Mrs. That wasn't aware that you were bringing company. So, as you, as you say, that's standing to welcome in, uh, Cyril and, um, Crowley coming first. And bringing up the rear is not me and Northcoat. It is a different man. Wait, what? Lily. Yes. Oh. My goodness. Is this a ruse? Yes. Not a lot of ruses. A lot of ruses. All right. Um, so he's, he's taking his hat off. Is this someone I know? No, you've never seen it before. Uh-huh. And this is Major Northcoat. No. No? He takes his hat off and he says, indeed you weren't. Um, I am Major Northcoat's brother, Arthur. Oh. Okay. Another Northcoat. A lot of ruses. Boo. The adventures. I trust you're feeling better then. Yes. Thank you. Oh yeah. The doctor is quite good looking. He's got kind of a boo. It's a appearance. He's got kind of a behemian beard and, and sort of longish hair. Oh. I don't know. I'm an older woman. I don't believe in those things. I don't know. How old is he? Uh, he appears to be maybe in his mid-30s. 30s. Oh, at this point, 41. You pick him around there somewhere. So, he um, he's handsome? Good looking out. What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do? What does he do Oh, just picture Christian Bale at the Golden Globes when he had long hair and a beard. Alright, you can get behind that. In front of it. Yeah, 18. Oh, he's got presents. He's definitely got presents. Yeah. Yeah. Not only his physical appearance, but he's got, he's exuding. He's good Crowley, which makes me anxious. Yes. Good point. So, Crowley is in his early 20s, again, it's kind of a bohemian aspect, although clean-shaven. I'm looking at him. Yeah. He sort of narrows his eyes. Yeah. But then very quickly, um, says, says to you, Pat Lien. Well, thank you, Ms. Dashall, very much for having us. And he shakes all of your hands when it included. Sam bohemians. Yes. Alright, well, thanks. Come in, make yourselves at home. I'm looking at Arthur. Mm-hmm. Oh, really? He has a seat. Crosses his legs. Is he looking at me? He's kind of looking at everyone, looking around the room. Okay. I don't like getting older. Oh, that's great. It's the morphine, honey. It's a pillage road. It produced me by one appearance point. Oh. I'm still 17, so I'm up 17. I'm getting all pendreggany with this, sorry. Oh, and everyone go ahead and make a no role, please. Okay. I'm going to get a yes. I passed that. Well, you all know that Crowley is roommates with Alan Bennett, who was Pat in his ally. Yes. But there are also rumors that Bennett has broken his inner order oath and is teaching Crowley, now our order member, some of the inner order. They get along very well. BFS. No, those kinds of experiences. They're just like, you know. I'm whispering about it. I'm going to start the room right now. So makes, you know? I'm staring at homosexuals. Yeah, they're homosexual. It's a homosexual. It's a homosexual. I bring a thing to do dowsing. Oh, if you want. Okay, right back. Sorry guys. She learned dowsing. I don't know how, oh, I mean, my career. I forgot my fan again. And that's it, Ben. Oh, it's your last chance. It's okay. Don't we have a fan? I'm somewhere. Yeah. We use our imagination. I am fanning myself. I am a fanning myself. I am a fanning myself. I am a fanning myself. I am a fanning myself. Why are you here? So Crowley feels this one. He says, Mr. Northcoat informs me that his brother has gone missing. Oh, wow. That's not one of the other. And checking his appointment book, we found this being the last thing that was penciled in. Coming to his teeth. We wanted to, he did schedule this thing. He had penciled in a team at one o'clock. And then that was it? And he saw him missing in the night, apparently. Okay. You know their appointments today? No, their appointments today. That's surprising. I mean, it was the last time someone saw him yesterday. Right. It was weekend. Indeed. Just yesterday. All right. Who saw him last? Daniels, I believe he looks at Arthur's marker moments. Well, did you find anything unusual at his apartment? Well, not exactly, but we have reason to think that there may be a connection with someone in the order and his disappearance. Really? What? Yeah. Well, let's just say some of what was found in the majors quarters. So we wanted to know what you all knew. No. Well, what we know. What you know. We have an I have not seen Ninja North coat in four, four years now. This is the first contact that we had with him in many, many years. And he didn't speak as to what he specifically wanted to say, only that he wanted to see those of us who were at back screen. Yep. Apart from checking at Hunter's Lodge, I have no idea. Yeah. What do you, what do you know about Daniels? We've spoken to Daniels. And at this point, Arthur kind of jumps up and says, "Damn it. I think you're always holding something out with it. Why would my brother have made an appointment to see you on?" And Crowley kind of stands with his hand on his shoulder, you know? It's okay. It's okay. He was in the acquaintance of ours, an associate, a friend of Simon who passed. And again, we haven't had any contact with them in five years. Yeah. And we understand that this is upsetting and that you were worried about him, but we're all concerned and we're, yeah, what's it you say? Just much of a surprise to us. Yeah. And we were wondering why he called us to visit with him again, back green. That's the only clue we have. Yeah. Oh. Oh. What? Just like, there's something still in back green. Is the heart still beating? Oh no. Something's there. Oh, lord. I don't want to think about it. I know. I took a lot of morphine to forget about that. I think myself. I think because I smoked so much opium, my sanity hasn't gone down that much because I was just not facing anyone. I'm like, I've seen some weirder shit. Yeah. Yeah. I'm just excited about everything. We might die. Speak. All right. Well, yeah. As an explorer, you face death many times. So we understand your concerns, but we are just as in the dark as you are and now we are just as concerned as you based on his disappearance. I wish we could give you more information. And while we do not have any additional information, we, of course, we'll be happy to make ourselves available to help you locate your brother. There you go. So he seems somewhat mollified by this. But it means, uh, rather excitable. Yeah. Oh, by the way, I forgot to tell you, when you go temporarily insane the first time, you get five points to eliminate those. Ooh. I don't want it. Stop. You got it. I don't want it. And so that reduces your maximum sanity by five. Anyway, your max sanity is now 94. So it might be fine. I know that. He said, what was the other thing? It reduces your max sanity. That's it. Oh, sorry. I was reading into it. Okay. I was reading into it. Yeah. So, um, so with that, uh, Crowley, um, handsy Padma his card and just says, well, if there's anything else that comes up. And likewise, hmm. All right. And, um, so with that, they, uh, they take their leaves, they're able to go with them. Go with the rose. Yeah. Yeah. Are you going to hang with them? Are you going to go? Well, the whole, yeah, I'm going to sit here. Okay. Oh, wow. Why not? No, it's good. I even know what I was doing there. They asked me to come. I was standing. What? Why would they fight? What? Okay. So like, well, hey, guys, how are you doing? Well, what did they tell you before they came over here? Crowley sort of intimated to you that our third asked for a couple members of the order to come. Yeah. And so basically he just called you because backup fill in space, basically. Yeah. I was just here as a representative of the order. Yes. All right. Well, why don't we, um, fill him in on. So I think we fill him in on what happened. I mean, how many people know about this that green. Mm hmm. There are some whispers. All right. So we'll tell him everything we know. More whispers. Sit down and let us tell you a magical tale of her tea. Yeah. Isn't it said truth, Dan? Oh, they went like there in which many of our good friends perished. Yeah. It was horrible. Yeah. So we tell him everything that happened, I think. So he knows. Right. That's all we know. This is context, like, to like, this is how we know north coat and what he was involved in. And to be quite honest, this is all we know. There's nothing more to that. We were completely telling the truth. We don't know why he was suddenly vanished. Mm hmm. But he seems like the kind of guy that would happen to. Really? Yeah. He's just, um, based on his reputation, he was someone who, I mean, he left the order under weird circumstances. Correct? Yes. He's always leaving. Mm hmm. Left back green. He's always leaving exactly. Mm hmm. So maybe we should go to bed. Yeah. We should go to bed. Oh, to his country home. I mean, I am. Yeah, I'm just large. I don't know if he could go back. I know. I don't know if I want to go ever see like, happen again. Are you kids? All right. Yeah, I know. So we could go back to his large. We could. I just don't know why he would go there if he, he contacted us to see it. Well, it's not. He must be in town. Well, that's the thing is, I don't know why he would go there himself voluntarily. Exactly. If he had a point in doing it. No, someone has captured him. Someone's captured him. He couldn't have gone far. It's only been 12 hours. Well, I mean, back green is only four hour train rides. That's four hour train ride and then two hour coach ride. Okay, six hours ride. So I'm here at the stations and how to see if we would swim here, a flyer. If he would inquire, could we inquire at the station to see if he maybe got a train pass to be. That's interesting. Fair enough. Daniel's with knows apartment, right? So Daniel's clue in North Coast dwelling. Should we look for a house first? Should we check that? It is in town. It'd be weird. People are there. Well, yeah. Well, we did this. That's weird because then we're going to come back to the scene with the crime rings. We told him that we can. We weren't exactly asking for help. He was just saying, why were you in the appointment? Because we stayed at this country house during the horrible mystery. The horrible working history. We stayed at this house while we were committing certain deeds. So going to the train station, that makes sense. Yeah. Yeah, let's just do a little right. Yeah. Yeah. A little casual. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. A little bit. A little deported in his face. No. I mean, my afternoon appointment has been canceled. No, obviously. Free. So let's go chat. So a quick. I have a really quick question. Yes. He hasn't been like re-indoctrinated into the order anything. No, no. Okay. Well, that's interesting. He never came back. So, he's probably interested in this, I think to myself. Thank you. Why don't you give a crap? He doesn't care about anything, but he's an ambition. Is he friends though? With Arthur? He's Arthur, apparently. Yeah, Arthur. You have no idea what his connection is. I don't know, but suddenly this guy appears and I don't like him. He only said Arthur contacted him. So for whatever reason. But Arthur, you do not know. Hmm. Anyway, these are just my own, paranoid thoughts as we go to the train station. I feel some lingering paranoid. A bit. So, yeah, I got paranoid during the opera situation. I thought they were like behind it, too. My sanity was that shot. What's that? Yeah. All right. Listen, they're going, cool. All righty. Mike, what did you have to do? Well, I stay here. That's exactly what we did. All right. So, yeah. Quick carriage ride through the teeming streets of London. Brings you to St. Pancras Station, the departure point for the northern route to Helmsden. Asking around at the various ticket booths and stuff, you don't find any ticket agents who remember seeing Major Northcoat. All right. Well, who's got the lowest left? Mine's 55, 40, 40. All right, so you guys get to choose who makes this left role. Go ahead. I'm going to take a question. You can't push it. I'm going to push it. Oh, my. Why? Why? Why? It's the same. It is. Welcome to my world. I think it's just like waking up in the middle of the night with it, right? Not yet. It's a real game. It's a real game. It's a real game. That's a real game. Yeah. Anyway, so yeah, nothing really comes with the train station. Well, I see we go home because someone will probably send us a letter. You think? I must retire. I have appointments that must keep tonight. Oh, good night. That's right, you do. I'll make that money. Too right. All right, so she makes them work. So, every penny move along. Sorry, I just put on return to your very domiciles. I guess I could have listened higher. I have to not pass that. Can I rearrange the points really quickly? Just hold to myself. Happy fun. It's set in stone. So, so, granted. So, you are asleep. You're asleep in your comfortable fourth poster with the curtains drawn. It's sometime in the night. You don't know what I do. But you are awoken by the sound of your bedroom door opening. Oh, hello. Look, I have my beloved siluki. Yay! So, what foot of the bat? So, the callie starts to bark. Like, be like furious. I'm going to reach for my tiny gun. Do I keep next to him? That's smart. Dad. Yeah. Foking out through like this. Just the muzzles. You hear a couple footsteps and then the footsteps stop and silence. What about the dog? Still barking. I'm calling it from my butler, probably. Ring a bell. Yeah, a little bell. I'm calling it to them again. So, with the dog bark, between the dog barking and the bell ringing, you do hear footsteps thundering up the stairs. You hear your butler. First of all, heaven. Who are you, sir? Oh, oh, shit. You look out. Yes. So, your butler standing there in his nice shirt with an oil lamp. Oh, my God. Yeah. And he's kind of behind this person. And so, you see a disheveled looking man in a, you know, just a suit and jacket holding a satchel and just kind of like standing somewhat unsettling. And you can see that his jacket vest and shirt are just covered in dried blood in his face, you know, there's blood on his face kind of in his chin. He looks pretty, pretty roughed up. And it takes you a moment because of his disheveled condition, but you recognize him as Major North Coast. Oh, my God. Hooray. We found you. Oh, my God. Did you know you're missing? I'm going to grab my, I'm going to help him with a chair. Like, good to heaven. Yes, call for brandy. Yes. Brandy. Some coffee, taper help. Yes. Brandy. So, so your mother steps forward and as he brings the lamp around to help North Coast into a chair, he recoils and whores. Yes, yes. This, like, stumbles back. Oh, but you can see in the light of the lamp that North Coast's throat is clearly slit. Oh, no. It's like gaping open. Okay, please, please. Oh, my God. And give me a sand roll. David's. Oh, don't make it. Oh, not pulling any punches here. No. Oh, you lose eight sand. She realized that this is clearly a mortal wound and there is no way that this man should be walking around. Oh, my God. So, go ahead and make an idea roll. You want to fail this. I feel it. Yeah. So, basically, you suppress the implications of that realization. Yes. Okay. Had you made your idea roll, you would have suffered a temporary in sand. Okay. Wow. So, is he seems like a normal? He's standing there. He's looking at you sort of with pleating eyes and he's holding the satchel out to you. Okay. I'm going to take the satchel and also try to get him to sit down for whatever that's worth. Yeah. So, you kind of point to the chair. Okay. He walks over and has a seat. Oh, my God. Wow. I'm having to open that satchel. No brandy for this one. Just running out over his best, like a waterfall. Oh, oh, that's already bloodstained. Yeah. It's such a nice vest. It's not coming out. No. So, yeah. Oh, nothing gets blood out. And so, the satchel is fairly large and feels only slightly weighty, like there's only a couple things in it maybe, despite its size. Opening it up. So, you find inside two objects. One is a gold cup. What's your antiquarian instincts immediately tell you it was very old. Interesting. The second is a folded up piece of canvas. Let's unfold it. So, you pull it out and it unfolds. David, you don't have a piece of canvas. I'm sorry because it's actually a big piece of canvas. It unfolds very stiffly and it's an oil painting. It's a canvas cut out of a frame. Oh, boy. And it's a well executed scene. It depicts a stone room with massive butchers supports lining the walls. There is a man standing in the room dressed in contemporary clothes. Who looks an awful lot like Arthur Northcoat. Arthur. There's a pedestal behind him, a roundish column of stone about three feet tall. The front of which is covered in a large Sheila in the gig. On the back. Oh, I'm sorry. The signature on the painting reads Melinda Price. On the back, in one corner are the words King Arthur and his queen. Yeah. Oh, no, you didn't. Yeah. Oh, shit. I can't believe you did that. You'll, of course, remember that Melinda Price was actually the 16th-century. Well, shit. You can give me a history role in that cut as well. Oh, my God. It looks like a grill to me. I don't make it. Yeah. So, it's probably at least 1,000 years old. Wow. Maybe older. Wow. I can't believe you. What? You still? Never mind. No. Oh, this is okay. Sorry. It's other gaming really. It's other gaming really. It's okay. I'll leave it for you. Thank you. Okay. That's remarkable. Holy crap. What is Arthur doing in the painting? Indeed. So, I've even seen it again. So, I can do it. All right. These are your future reactions. I know. Like, what else is going on, Link? What's the corpse? So, the corpse? Yeah. Zombie. He's sitting there looking at you, expected Link. Oh, I disappointed him. I would want to kill him. I don't know what he's doing, you know, I don't know what he's doing. Oh, my God. Can you say it? Like, can he kill him? Can you say anything? He tries to an MCA and they're just like this gurgling. Can you write? He nods. Oh, my God. Okay. I'm going to hand him a quick tablet. Yeah. From my trash pencil. Kill him right away. Come on. That was my idea. Don't blame him. That's what I want to put him out of his misery. Why doesn't he seem too distressed about that? He seems distressed. No, let's do it. We need to get information before we kill him. So, he takes the pen and the papers and sets it on on the paper. And he sort of pauses as if he's trying to think what to write. And then his gaze goes kind of blank. Oh, no. And he just reaches up and puts his thumbs in it. No. It starts to press. No. Yeah. And blood is just like felling out of the bones. Jimmy, another sanity roll, please. One of them making that. I do. Okay. You lose one point. Oh, my God. He then moves his bloody thumbs from his sockets and sticks them in his mouth and bites down. No. Can you hear the bone crunching as he bites his thumbs off? Yeah. I'm sorry. That's just, I'll be right back. He then proceeds to chew off the rest of his fingers. Give me another sanity roll. Okay. He's doing all this with, you know, no expression. I have a one. I rolled a one. Nice. So, you lose another point. No expression, no, no noise, no indication of pain. Right. Because he's dead. Meanwhile, your butler has fled the room and run out to fetch the police. Did you hear this? Or an exorcism? I'm qualified to exorcism. I'm qualified. I'm a licensed exorcist. I'll have you know. I'll have you know. I love that. It is one of my skills. I might be too late. I know. He's getting away from you. He's the guy. He's under a spell. We're not breaking along. And both of you just seem to get this crazy shit to stop him happening in my bedroom. Good point. Yeah. You can go out on the carpet, buddy. Oh, my God. This person. Uh. From Persia. Maybe Persia. Maybe you've heard of it. All right. So, get the joke. So, at this point, you can hear the bobby's whistle out on the street. So, not that I would know what that sounds like. Minutes later. You can hear your butler downstairs. It's just this way, sir. Oh, he's devastating. So, uh, by the time the game of the room, North Coat has finished chewing his fingers off. And his lying sort of slumped in the chair. He's apparently dead. No, Dad. I'm not going to go touch him. That's for sure. No. So, yeah, the bobby, the bobby comes in. Oh, pardon me. Oh, blimey. You know why these look like buckets? This is never for you, Pete. Yeah. Fun fact. No, he does go pretty white, but, you know, of course, you see murder victims before. Yeah. And in dating, he says, what went on here, ma'am? Oh, are you okay? I'm afraid of getting mad at you. It's okay. So, I'm sure I can be. Where's my opium? Oh, yeah. One second. It's not legal. It's just frowned upon right now. That's right. That's right. It's like this giant Muka right over here. That is for tobacco. And it's what they all say. It was just an artifact. Yeah, it's exactly. It didn't work. All right. So, you did a... Oh, my gosh. He's an auntie. He's part of the chair. He is he's an acquaintance of mine. And I was supposed to see him earlier yesterday. He allegedly disappeared. He came in and his throat was cut. Please tell me they're putting a sheet over him. No, he's taking her statement. Yeah. Was there another one there? No, it was just the one. And I'm pretty sure that I saw it happen, putting a sheet over him. Kind of a moot point. I know. His throat was cut, but he was still talking about. And then, upon asking him to communicate and giving him pen and paper, he perceived, yeah, jazz his eyes, and then bite off all of his fingers. And then you got here. So, Bobby writes all his things. He goes over to art to Northfoot's body. And kind of-- Back up, back up, get back up. He puts a finger up on the-- Oh, go do it. As cold as the earth, man. He's been dead a long time. Explain the fresh blood all over my bedroom. That is a stumper. Ask my brother. He will tell you the man was standing in the room, moving with me. So, everybody's like, it's true. It's true. Amazing. And he was not in this condition when he left. So, obviously, this man had something awful happen to his body before you magically got your way too late. Bad. Son of a bitch. Pretty much. What do we hate you for? My text is crazy or something. No, no, no, no, no. Really, don't. What do I do there? I don't know how the finances work. Oh, I just, oh, don't you dare call me crazy. He's me, so I'm extending too. I think you're crazy, mom. Yeah. No offense, but I think you're bonkers. It's enough joking. Okay. So, this has happened. This is horrible. This has happened. Anything happened to three of us? You're all snoozing away, peaceful. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. So, if he takes your statements, he says, well, I'm gonna have to call the yard, man. Well, a good thing he knows someone there. It's complicated. We always care about each other, it's unbelievable. We love each other from afar. So, a couple hours, your rest of your night is basically taken up with, you know, more bodies, coroner shows up, they take the body of a... But what are you doing with the items? Stashing a little bit, clothes from afar. Yeah, he didn't have a satchel with him. I don't know what you're talking about. And, you know, a detective inspector from Scotland Yard, taking your statements, so forth. Who's it? No one you know. It's not what we're going to do. You guys are with me. I really want, yeah. I want to see what's going to happen now. It's probably already married. I'm still holding on hope. So, number two, I love the fair, but my show is like the wrong kind of part to some of these stories. Some of us. We all take the food that's for the room. So, go ahead and give me a credit roll right here. See how this all goes, man. Make it. Okay, yeah. Yeah, so basically, you know, oh, well, we may be in touch with you for further questions. Days go by, and things go by, but, you know, I'm sure you do have enough to do with it, man. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, this happened. Sorry, of course, from the anime, of course, walked into yours. I'm sorry, you had to see this. You've been off all of his fingers and go right on. Oh, wow, wow, wow, wow. Who tell us to? Do you want to see us? You hear some talk about resurrectionists, which is the sort of euphemistic term for great diggers. Wow. Yeah. Like surgeons, people who are practicing medicine? No, like, people who are selling the bodies of people who practice medicine. Oh, right, in the middle, man. Exactly. I'm going to have a few deaths of the doctors. Thriving black market operation, in the sense that the practice of selling divers to universities was strictly regulated about 50 years ago. Well, black market has popped up around that. All right, well, right now. So, you know, honestly, I think I am going to go for a while. My dear friends, I'm sure it's early by now. Convocation. Yes. Sun is coming up with skies. Please, join me for breakfast. Make sure you don't need anything first. Wait, put that down. We're having lady fingers. Wow, well, sure. I love lady fingers. I'll be right over. Okay, I'm going to make you excited. All right, you've got to go for it. Those are like sets in a bar. Oh, you haven't had these ones either. I just had one. Oh, you just had one, all right. Yeah. I think about not quite as tart as I normally like them, but so good. I'm just going to use the lemon juice until they're a little sweeter. Oh, no, no, no, no, no. Oh, yeah. I'm going to have one. Um, there you go. It's, uh, I don't know how you guys want to know what to say. I might take some more pieces. There's a really little piece of that piece. Yeah. Oh my god. So, let's eat. Let's talk to you guys. I'm even going to bother calling up Arthur. That was horribly traumatic. Because I'm sure it's only a matter of time before he calls me. That's true. That's true. I don't even want to say. I don't want to say my brother here. I really don't want to say something like you told me you hadn't seen me have. Let's save this. I don't want to face this judgment. Oh, my God. All right. Let my friends have breakfast. You can do this, mold. Okay. So, um, so we go over there. Go over there. And, uh, Padma fills you in on the details, of course. Unbelievable. Like, yeah. You have all the various reactions that you had while I was distracted. That's right. Yeah. Oh, my God. All ten of them. Exactly. All ten of those little piggies. Until they were gone. Yes, you heard. Sorry. They just put them in his pockets and they took them away. More pups than you did. The coroner just picked them all up. Put them in his pockets. All right. So, you put them in the north couch pockets. Like, yeah, that's like, oh, my God. All right. So, the coroner made a necklace out of him. Hey, wait a minute. Oh, what is it? Is it? Yeah. A corner anymore. So, remember they like to know the blood was all? He is. Oh, he is. It was just not in the order. He's out of the order and he's cut off all contact. Okay. Oh, contact. Oh, okay. Oh, Jesus. Jesus, he's amazing. Incredible. Oh, yeah. Seriously. This is the tops. I'm gonna put the tea on. I don't think the tea would go very well. I'm gonna put it up. He would have peeled it. Yeah, welcome. Thank you. They're unbelievable. Thank you. He is new to the recipe. They're super easy to make. That's the beauty of it. All contact. I knew they were good. Tammy said that she liked it. She's like, I need to wear a mask. Wow. Do you like one of them? All right. These are really, really good. It's so amazing. I'm just staring at them and... And I was like, oh, I pulled by the oven. I had all these eyes just now. I'm ready. Sit down. They're not done. Sit down. All right. This kind of muffins the blow of the corpse coming into the bedroom. So good. So you've got, you know, you're in Padma's parlor. You've got the canvas and the chalice in front of you. Extraordinary. The rest of you can make history or archaeology. Oh, lovely. A history of archaeology? No, and I'm going for a mask. You should have a default, at least. I feel bad. Archaeology. Yes. Yes. Oh, yeah. What the heck? Go ahead and check your archaeology. 30. Wow. It's one of my, um... Okay, I think you can finish right now. Yeah. Oh, my character. All right. Isn't that how this came out of mine? Despite my exploratory. Oh, no. It's different off the guy. Well... Yes. You merely rob tombs. You don't actually care. I like to remind you of that thing. You're the one that wrote to me. I think the British Museum would like this. No way. I'll let the chaps there sort it out. It looks shiny. So, um... Make you think it was like his name. Thunderbolt, whatever. You know, for Blackadder. Oh, uh, Flash. Flash. Flash. Yeah, huh. Was it Flash? Something? Flash heart? Is it Flashheart? Flashheart. Look, Flashheart. Look, Flashheart, yeah. Mm-hmm. Aww. Anyway, so, um... All right, so Celeste, do you actually identify this as being characteristic of sort of Romano-British design? So, it's definitely... Definitely fifth century at the latest. Oh, like, stuck out of the chalice? The chalice. Let me see. Let me see. Let me see. Let me see. Let me see. Cop this stuff. No. Mm-hmm. Is it those and my bad foods? I remember as a child, some parental figure, telling me tales of Arthurian legends and the legend of King Arthur and one of your... and Lancelot and Gawain and the rest. Um, this seems very much... Gawain lived in those tales. He was unstoppable. Kid, he's dead. Why were those friends? He was unstoppable. He was dead. Um, so anyway, I can see all that to say. This seems to be, I mean, the holy grail. And I mean, this reminds me of it. Reminds me of it. Chalice of the Romano-British period. But it reminds me of those tales, is what I'm telling you. This is very strange. One, two, three. And a dead man walked into my bedroom to give me a briefcase containing the holy grail. Well, oh gosh. You're like, this is going in my front window. Holy grail, just in. You can all laugh at me, but I find it very odd that Arthur, North coat, and King Arthur... they look the same. Explain that. Someone is obviously gorgeous painting. What? Well, how old does the painting look? I don't know. I mean, it is true to Melinda's style, which I am, of course. It's terribly familiar with what I know, and does not look altered or forged. How hard would it be to simply sign the name at the bottom? Well, what are we to believe? Hey, I'm an antiquarian. The paint levels would be different, right? Like, the age of the paint would be... All right, yeah. It looks genuine. All right, fine. You've seen forgeries that look genuine. That look. Yeah, I'm sure you have. All right. Is there someone they would... The part of it is because Melinda Price has been in our lives before. That's right. And considering... Really, the only one who knew about what happened at Backgreen, it's true. I find it incredibly hard to believe. It's true. Now, anyone would specifically choose to fake a Melinda Price painting. It's true. So it's... I'm just saying... Not the cup of Christ. How do we... Oh, well, it's from that, um... Yeah, so... Do you think that they would make something to resemble what they were looking for? In that case, it would look like something. Well, just because it's not... It says the Holy Grail. There's not me in this cup. There's not some sort of... Well, the dye wash. significance. Of course. I'm just saying maybe they made a symbol. Maybe they made a symbol. And indeed, are there any symbols on the cup? It's a plain gold chalice. It's just plain. But I'm saying the chalice maybe is a symbol of... What does it take me to grab? Okay, are you going to say? All right, I'm taking my nose. I have no idea. I was just like... I was just like, maybe we should take it to... an antiquarian. Oh, hello. Tell us what's awkward. Northcoast brother? Yeah. Northcoast brother. Southcoast? Um... Eastcoat. I think this would be a bad idea. Because you saw how... passionate and volatile he was when he was voicing his concern for his brother. It's very true, but we could tell. He may blame us for what has happened to his brother. By now, he probably knows that the major is dead. I suspect... I'm... Yes? To get asked. I'm very, very sure. He is most likely probably going to come this way, in this way. We should probably run. We should probably... We should get all the next two years. I'm going to see him. But no, I understand. We're going to Scotland. I do understand that... I do understand that he is incredibly upset. He has just lost his brother. Right. He's in the painting. Yeah. So he's in the goddamn painting. I want to know what he's making. All right. I want to know what he's making. I want to know what he's making. I'm kind of thinking about before we just whip them out and show them to him. He is going to... He is undoubtedly coming here, I'm sure. To speak with at least me if not the rest of us. True. Could we hide? Well, I was going to just suggest perhaps we... Question him gently without necessarily whipping these artifacts out right now to be like, "Tell us what you know." We can ask him with his purse for everything? I might give it away. Won't run. Like this? I think you're right. I think we need to just see how he is. And I feel though, because of the connection of Melinda Price, this whole Arthurian legend. And Merlin's cave. We might need to go back to back green. I don't want to go to Merlin's cave. No one wants to go to Merlin's cave. I don't think going to Merlin's cave. Except for all the neighborhood children. Apparently, kids play in the cave. I would love to explore the cave. That's an indicate no. There's nothing there. There's nothing there. Unless there's sea locker, then there's plenty of limestone. Are you in the market for limestone? If you want to spend an entire day just... Oh, this was a lovely pointless passage. I think we need to see what Arthur knows. Oh, I'm sure he's on his way. Okay. So why don't we just... I'm exhausted. I'm just going to sit here and meet my bacon with my dog. I'm going to consult a period. I'm just giving him a moment. I'll just sit here for bacon. No, in my house, she'll be lying on the chaise line with me. Oh, yeah. Good puppy. Good doggy. All right. Well, Danielle, do you time for her? Nice. Are you in the much spirit? Genealogy? You're going to look it up? Yeah. Okay. Easy enough. I'm in the library use role required right now. Mm. I have an idea. Good. It'll take you a few hours though, because you want to be sure. Mm-hmm. Cross-referencing double-checking. Yes. But after about four hours of research, Oh my god. Around about tea time, you can confidently say. Yes. But there is no record of any Arthur North Coast ever existing. No! Fucking hell! Yes. No! No! No, god. No, no, no. No, no, no. No, no, no. I can't believe it. I can't believe it. I can't believe it. Yeah. That's like been telling Spider-Man. All right. So, um, oh my god. Can I do some dowsing over the, um, chalice? Sure, what do you want to ask? I want to say, is this... Ooh, that's just like a grail. Okay. Are you with the whole wheel? Yeah. Where's your power? Pow! Is eleven. So, I'm going to roll for you. Oh, I wanted to see what it would tell us. Well, bust it out. I want this pretty good. Bust it out while I'm rolling. I need... There's your grail. This is the grail. All right. Mm-hmm. So... That's established. This is... Is this the very... It is like a grail. Yes! Isn't it? All right. So, holy grail. So, um, let's see. You're communicating to me. Going this way is going to be... Oh no, it's, it's, uh... If it goes clockwise, it's yes. If it goes clockwise, it's right. Oh, that's right. I really forgot how to do this. Okay. So, okay. So, we're going to ask... You're going to ask, um... Are you the true grail? Well... Anyway... You're blowing on my tea. [laughter] I don't think I'm in a tea. Okay. I don't have my pendulum in my purse, or move it out. Yeah, my ribbon's too thick. Yeah, it's too thick. It's the bale too. All right. What do we... I don't have it in my purse. I'm going to find something. Well, at any rate, it goes clockwise. That's... Yes, it is the grail. It is the grail. That's what you... That's what you get. [applause] Oh, I'm sorry. [applause] Whoo! Guys! All right. All right. So, um... Wow! Are you looking at this? So, I think a bit dead man came to me in the middle tonight and gave me the holy grail. Just as you said. Oh, man. Whom... We got a dead man. We don't really know. Well, no, no, no. It was Richard. It was the man's room. Yes. Richard Northcoat's all over the peerage. Arthur Northcoat. Is nowhere to be found. Does he have a brother who listed in this lineage? Wow. He did say he was straight that he... Straight up liar. Right. So, the person who he's caring for, I'm sure was three men. So, there's a ruse, but it's the one on his brother. And what was not his brother? Because he did say he was caring for his brother. It's true. That's why he returned to London. Hey, remember when I broke my leg? Yes. And we were looking at that painting? Yes. And I saw... What did I see? I saw something similar to this, right? Yes. Yes. The fresco depicting... Depicting. So, those are the night's battling corpses. It was the night's battling corpses. Yes. And there was a... Something involved. There was a grail. And there was a cup, right? Yes. There was an old man... Administering a golden cup. To a seriously wounded one. To a dying king. And the king looked like... And the king looked like he had been mortally wounded. And the cup was bringing him life. And the king and the fresco looked like... We could go back and walk. Oh, fuck me. I'm not going back. You're not going to remember six years later, but... Or dare you. Or five years later. But... Okay. You know what? Have a quick roll to see if I do. We'll have to really zing it. Idea roll. I'm zing you. Do you have any idea if you? This is not... This is my idea. Oh, okay. I make it. Did your roll less than 120 of your idea? I rolled 32. All right, we got to go back to look at that painting, because if it is a king, if someone was nursing that person to help, how do we know that Major Northboat wasn't the person nursing this Arthur back to health? God, that's genius. I love it. Let's go. I mean, I don't doubt it for a second. No. Yeah, though. It's the increasing dread. I'm trying to stave it off by coming up with ideas. At least had the easiest time of it at back home. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You're not so much. I'm not really excited to go back, but if it's to prove that that is the same man, then by all means. I... We need to see this painting. Well, mostly what I'm more concerned about... Okay. It's a dead man. Brought me to a sale in my little pet. Can I just reiterate that one more? No, no, specifically he was dead before he got there. When and how did that happen? Right. Like... Why didn't he drink from the cup? Yeah. That was a grail. Maybe he did. Didn't just drink. That's why he was a zombie. Yeah, maybe the cup brought him back to life. Well... I'm sure he wasn't telling me that. I'll drink from the cup. No, don't tempt us. Don't tempt us. I'll give you something for that successful hero. You can't remember the face, but you do remember that the grail appeared to be full of blood. His throat was slashed and filled with blood. He was like the last victim of this thing, I think. Was the cup clean when you got it? All I'm saying is perhaps they... I've seen people's throat slit. I'm just going to sing for the record. And a lot of blood comes out. And that's an easy way to dispense with blood. And if someone were to drink blood out of a cup, I would slit their throat. Well, I'm just saying more. Who? Who? Who? Like before we go running off to back green. Yeah, I don't want to go to back green. I'm just... Of course, I'm kind of concerned. Because the dead guy, who's throughout may or may not have been slashed, to fill a cup, to give to someone else to bring back to life, whatever, came to my house. Again. Again, it's supposed to be ridiculous. Well, I kind of... I can't top but be like... I'm really worried. This is my cup now. We're sure. That's a perfectly legitimate... Who's going to be looking for this cup? Like really, like why did he bring me this cup? Especially if he, if he say voluntarily, allows himself to be slashed. To say if someone else, all of fresco. It's Arthur. But why was... Okay, if he was dead, why was his body somehow allowed to leave with the cup? Somebody wants us to know. Someone wants us to know or... Someone wants us to know... Why was he still walking? Well, that is a mystery that we will never be able to solve. But I'm telling you that Arthur is the Arthur in the painting. He was brought back to life. Play with the music. He was brought back to life. Awesome. He was brought back to life. Crowley is behind this. Crowley knows what's going on. He's in cahoots with this. I'm telling you guys, you cannot trust him. But what I will say is Arthur is the Arthur. He's moving through the fish. The part of it that you have to say is because of that, to that end, if North Coast had never... Oh, then he was tending to his brother. And this has been a long time in our first year. He should be Arthur's brother. Arthur is a vampire. But mostly I'm saying, if North Coast trusted him and took care of him, and North Coast is apparently trusting us. Hello. What is that implicate? Are they really the bad guys then if North Coast is... Why would they want to bring Arthur back to life? Arthur's never died. Yeah. But then why do they want to put him into life? Why are they... He's not in the order. He's not in the parish. Who is this guy? Well... We need to find out who he is. Yeah, how did he get contact? I guess what I'm trying to say... I hear what you're saying. He's not in the order. I understand the questions. He's in the order. Well, there's that question. But I'm thinking like... That's the question. I'm thinking that the reason Arthur was so concerned about North Coast is Islamious, was because he needed him to complete some final stages. I'm so excited. You would die without this. You would die without Richard's assistance. And soon so my information is... He just knew he had the cop. And so he... You needed the cop. He needed the painting. If he needed the cop... And let's say he successfully got the cop. Why do I know how the cop? Why don't they have the cop? Because he trusts us. But why wouldn't he trust people who used to... North Coast? I don't know. Maybe he was... Well, he seemed to recognize you. And he seemed willing to help to find... You know, willing to pass on whatever message you needed to convey. But he couldn't because he was under some type of spell. And so someone who knows who then reanimated him, but did not allow him to pass on his message. Had to be Arthur. They let him come here and give me the cop and then had him put on his own paper. So I'm like, "No, all right, all right, all right, I'm gonna get up and... You're gonna get up and off my ass." I'm gonna go, I'm gonna go do a little picture with water and get a damp towel. And it's like a munch. Please, lay down on the cheese lounge. Please relax. You're obviously very haddled. Talk to me from the water. Yeah, Colleen licks your face, tries to reassure me. Colleen will. She's awesome. Colleen! Colleen! I know, next time I switch, I'm gonna tear out someone's heart. Next trick, you're gonna teach her. Good girl. Good girl. Oh, that's pretty good. That's pretty good, right? I like that. Oh, if I tell her Colleen Ma, and then she'll do it. Yeah, I just feel as if I'm just like... I'm concerned about why does it have... If this cup, I'm just saying specifically, if this cup has recently been in use, why did it go missing? I don't have any questions. Yeah. And why do I... I mean, we could go like guns blazing, like go to Arthur's residence, and we could just whip out our guns and say what the hell... No, you've gotta crawl his falling cart. I do. And crawl into Arthur. That's how we get to our turn. You cannot trust Colleen. Well, we make it, we pretend like we're gonna trust him. I think, no, I think you're right. You know, we ask him and see where he leads us, prepared for whatever. But we can't give it away too much. I say we do not let them know that we have the artifacts. No, no. We just tell them we need to find... We're concerned. We have information about the brother now. Right? Right! Well, if you... And if you... It happened to Padma's place, so in the newspaper, they would find that... I don't want to get in between us. Or the police, I'm sure, well, no, because he doesn't have his brother, so they wouldn't let him know. No, so he probably knows in the newspaper, though. We don't know. Do resurrect your things, read newspapers. Okay. Okay, even if he did read it in the newspaper... North Coast death wasn't in the newspaper. Hey, guys, even if he did read it in the newspaper, they wouldn't... The newspaper wouldn't have said everything. You know, there might have been personal things that she didn't tell the police, and that we're trying to take to him. Surely, it's as we don't. We're gonna pretend, we're gonna pretend that he's still North Coast, right? Yes. Yeah, we obviously, is it? Maybe he said well, maybe more North Coast. We want to tell him. Yeah. Because we believe, we're acting like we still believe he's his brother. Yeah, okay. We're paying respects. We're paying respects. We're paying respects, and we have sense of information. We have information only, we can communicate that. Okay, that's a good... Maybe he'll reveal something. Wow, yes. We should bring flowers. We should, yes. Okay. Isn't that the custom? I guess so, yeah. Uh, I don't know. Yeah. I don't know. Lily's something. We can send them along with it. Oh, we'll send them along with a card saying we'd like to speak. We'll speak with him. And I'm going to put a bulb of garlic in my purse. Oh my god, you're really going to be the vampire. I do. And I'm going to put silver bullets in my... Oh my god, and I'm going to get a small line. It's just a caliber of slugs. Well, this is my question then. So what? If we're contacting them, um, giving them the impression that we have something we're willing to share with them, so I'm knowledge to impart. What's that going to be? If we're not actually telling them about the objects. Well, I think you could tell them about its last moment. That's exactly what I was going to say. I wouldn't want you to tell us what we have all right. Well, we should be very concerned about its brother. It's a wobbling time. We should tell them the objects, but we should tell them what. No, no, we should tell them something else entirely and see how we react. Is that? I don't know. It gave me a picture. I think it was a goose. Give me a picture of a goose. I really don't, I think, I think like I understand, I understand what you're saying, so I'm trying to figure out what would be the best way to how are we going to contact them and tell them that we have something to reveal and you have to expect them to reveal something to us. Well, I think you might want to, because we do, okay, see here's what we're doing. He was all crazy like, where is he? Where are they? And basically we're thinking that, thank you. And so basically I'm thinking that because he was so impassioned, we can play on that and be like, we know you were so connected to him, if you have any questions, kind of what you, I was there, and if you need to, if you want to hear about his last moments, if it gives you any, maybe he wants to solve the mystery, right? We can just pretend with that, I think. I think that's maybe... Okay, that's the angle. That's kind of the angle I'm thinking, but you don't, what's what your resolution is? No, no, no, no, I believe that that is a much more likely way. It's just mostly like the objects. No, no, we are mum on those. We're not taking a picture of goose. Maybe he'll ask us about objects. He may, and we have to be really canny. What sort of objects? No, we're not saying any objects. He might mention. I'm saying if he mentions them, like when I'm talking about objects, whatever would he mean. Then we go back to the horror, but I'll get his fingers off. Oh, I'm sorry, he's all he did, and that's all he gave me. Like baby carrots. If you try going to images the urn into my, my guess. I'm thinking I'm suing for conversation. Mental, mental arrest, for a more opiate, and then I'll put my purse like right next to him. See if he ranks to the ball, or my silver range. Yeah, just kind of like see if we can see him in a mirror. I don't know. All right. Do you think this is too small? I throw it off. No, he should bring a mirror to see if he can teleport through there. To have, just to have. I got a mirror in my trunk. All right, what the? You really think he's a vampire? That's one of the theories, yeah. Why, why would you? Are you diggers? Why would he be alive for so long and look so beautiful? 'Cause he's in your mail. Even I noticed he was beautiful. That's right, because he was a beautiful man. And Cyril is officially a one on the Kinsey scale. So it was purely aesthetic. You know what my type is. I like the big old opera singer, you know. I like that. He likes a bit of a jump in the trunk. Yeah. All right, so we've made, we're going to send some flowers. Yeah, let's win the prize. Let's win the prize. And an offer. I would definitely would think it would be appropriate as he died in my bedroom to offer condolences and spend flowers. Yeah. All right. And then he made you want us-- If we mean-- Obviously not. Or if we have any assistance or further service to you. Of course, please. Very good. And so you're going to go to Crowley's to deliver this-- Deliver to Crowley's. There's a care of. Okay. Because we don't know where he lives. Sure. And if he's not listed as Arthur Northcoat, 'cause Arthur Northcoat doesn't exist. Well, who was the name of the guy to call me? Oh, that was Crowley. Oh, it was under his throat. Right, right, right, right. Turn around. Turn around and I can't trust that matter. Blue's definitely-- Yeah. Yeah, exactly. And they should? Turn around. I think they should. I think they should. I think they should. It's not soon. All right, so what's been done? We've sent some flowers. Okay, send a card. After much to me. I say, honestly, we wait for them to contact us, but truly-- Yeah. And we're going to head to that crane probably. Okay. We'll look at that painting. It's really, it's the connection. That painter. Offly, offly busy woman. She's perfect. Fucked up shit. But look. She had a genre. I really, I was very fun for landscapes, but the-- It's not so much anymore. The next step. The next step, side of it. Mm-hmm. All right. All right. Accumulating a collection by this point. You're working on your art. Yeah. It's just, she's like the-- she and North coat. Like that is the connection to background. Not so much about Merlin's cave. Well-- Because that whole thing. I don't know. Here's my non-- What is it? Wait, I'm not a character right now. So-- Your metagaming observation. And metagaming. I'm just saying that even though Merlin's cave was a red herring last time, it may not be this time. I'm just saying-- Let's get-- In the greens of that-- Mm-hmm. The area was ripe without the re-enlegant. Mm-hmm. And again, North coat was out there. Mm-hmm. For sure-- Really the prices worked. Very true. Was out there. I feel like that's a strong enough connection. I agree. We are compelled to go there. I agree. What? Really? Yeah. We gotta go back. Oh. I know. Well, I know you have-- I have some things. I need to suss out. And I feel like it would be terribly important for my psyche to just let this-- Yes. --some to rest on it. Yes. So-- Okay. I'm not lovely, no. Okay. So I need the constitutions of Lily, Celestia, and Padma, please. 14. Oh, and so 11. Oh, nine. Thank you. Nine. Okay. So you got-- You have the flowers and the card ordered and sent. This happens around good afternoon. Um. You get a short letter from Crowley at the end of the day of the last post a delivery saying, "Have received your flowers. We'll pass them along to Arthur Northfield." Oh, trust this guy. I just hate-- I'm sorry. I just hate Alistair. I just have to tell you guys. I don't like his back. I don't like him. I like his good name. Anyway, any other plans for the day or evening class book? Can you only come stay with me? Yes. I'll stay with you all. You want to stay with me? Well-- No, I'll stay with you. Alright, okay. It's still living on Slanted Street. Oh, what a great position to be here. Why does he gotta ask that question? I don't know. That's crazy. What's wrong with you? What's wrong with you? What's wrong with you? Yeah, that's what's wrong with you. My brother has me. My brother has me big beefy friends. Hey, I do. I have beefy friends. Hey, now we've got a party. That's what I'm talking about. It's my house for the night. Does that feel? I know some men. I know some men. Yeah, you think. Did not put him on his own. His own volition. He used to say whoever said him. I do think he did or did he didn't. Well, this is the thing. I felt that he knew me. Yes. He made it to my house. Yes. Clearly intended to deliver something to me. After contacting me when it was known he was still probably alive. Right? But then, once I asked him, he was able to communicate. Something stopped him. Right. And that's where I'm feeling. That's the spell. That's whatever spell he was under to be able to leave. And so, I feel like there is something larger at hand, which was to say, I don't know where I live. I'm kind of curious. There is something to see if they do return. I mean, that's important, but at the same time, that's what they want. Yeah. No, I know some guys. I know some guys. All right. They can hang out. So I get some burly protectors to come out and just stand guard. Okay. Sleep down in the parlor. Yeah. And the drinking all your brandy. No, they're not. No, they're not. They're under strict. Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. This is an assignment for them. Oh, they'll be receiving. Yeah. Do compensation when their assignment is over. Yes. That's only in many ways. Fine. So if they disobey. Hey, if they disobey, then, you know, they really want to disobey. No, they don't. They really don't. All right. I love you, Bailey. I love you too, Padma. Let's go to sleep. All right. So nice passes peacefully. And then, Cyril, you're hanging out there as well. Well, hell no. So it's all the ladies. No, where am I? I'm in slow. Oh, yeah. I just wanted to save Padma. Don't be sure. I walked Celeste at home. But I do feel like there's something important to me since we killed. What was that? Oh, just I feel compelled. Should something return. It would feel important that someone is here. Who's in the line? I'll stay. All right. Even nicer house than I do. So the night does pass without any break-ins or corpses or strange artifacts being delivered. Oh, dead men. If I said corpses. Can we add that, please? In the morning, however, Lily and Celeste, you both wake up feeling terrible. It's almost a little fluey. You're not just aches, aims. Coming down with something. Pretty bad. Lily, you lose two points of constitution. Wow. It's temporary, so just make a note of it. You're down two points of con. Oh, my God. Celeste, you're down one point. Okay. I have to like a two. My con's already so low, so you're going to penalize me for it. Good job. All right, so. Yes, you feel. I don't want family doctor. Circles under your eyes. You feel drained. Dude, I look like a little bad. Oh, my family physician. Okay. Well, when you wake up, you're awoken early, like six a.m. You don't wake up on your own, but you are awoken. You do as well, Padma, since you two are at the same place, by someone in the door. Both at Celeste's place and at Padma's place. It's six a.m. It's six a.m. All right. Someone like at my bedroom door? No. Okay, no. Okay, you know, traumatized. Well, you know, traumatized trauma. Yeah. Someone's like a better one. That's my brother. Okay. So, Celeste, for you, it is a chief inspector trout from Scotland Yard. Mr. Trout. How are you? Padma for you is inspector Mulford. Oh, there I'm checking. You do note a rainbow. I told you guys, come on. He's hot. Five years. Yes, in the intervening five years, his hair has receded a bit. Of course. Then you get hair plugs later. Oh, wait. No, I mean, you're squirreled. He lost like a little hair in a jolty squirrel. That was a style at the time. So we will, even though these are two separate question questioning sessions, we will treat them as sort of a group of questions. So, you know, good morning. Sorry to bother you so early, but this is a matter of grave importance. Oh, good word, grave, grave. So, you know, come in, etcetera. Of course, James. Oh, my goodness. Oh, dear. Of course, James, you're not. Oh, yeah. So, um, Mulford Hill asks Padma, um, where were you at, uh, around 12 a.m. last night? Just this past night. Um, the sleep news here? Yes, I was here. I was asleep. I feel like hell this morning. And we have our earned guards. I'm going to show you. Well, before me, we did not leave the premises when we're trying to leave. Um, very well. So, jot that down. And then he says, what was your relationship to Irene Heimore? I mean, Heimore. That sounds terribly familiar. It doesn't sound like anyone I ever knew. It doesn't sound like anybody I ever knew. For Celeste did, he asks, what was your relationship to Margie Kenwood? What? None. And to Lily, he asks, what was your relationship to Mildred Selkirk? None that I know of. Wow, that's a bunch of names. Sure is. And he said, what was my name? Irene Heimore. I mean, Margie Kenwood. Yeah, Remore sounds familiar for some reason. But now that I can think of, why do you ask? Well, um, it so happens that Miss, uh, Wank, was murdered last night in Whitechapel. It's savagely disemboweled. And a slip with your name written on it was found in her mouth. In Whitechapel, you say, but that's the one thing. And so Mulverhill confides in the apartment. We have reactivated the Ripper task force. Oh, oh, oh. These were all women of, uh, load station to catch my name. Yeah, that's terrifying. Were they found together in separate places in the same period of time? They were all murdered last night. They were found several blocks from each other. We believe they were murdered probably all within the same hour. How can that be astonishing? I, okay. Speechless, just. Oh, God, I like this rifle for my life is right for my life is right for my life is right for. I know I'm sorry. Want to spend the night? I know you're so mean. Oh, was there anything else? I mean, was there anything else unusual or of note? Tell me about the murders themselves. Does it remember to say? Just, uh, disemboweled with a large knife. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. That is the M.M. Mm-hmm. Okay. Did you notice anything else in these strange markings in the area or any of the notes? No, no. All we have to go on is, uh, presence of your name on this paper. You and, uh, two, two others who are being questioned at this time. Well, me. I'm worth it. Right. Miss, Miss Farthington Smythe and another, Miss Adams do you all know each other? Yeah, Celestia Adams. Yes. Mm-hmm. As a matter of fact, yes. Okay. And, uh, I was like, how do you all know each other? Well, I frequent her shop and we developed a friendship and I think Celestia, um, I think. Um, we study, we study, uh... We're part of a women's guild together. Yes, we're part of a league. We're part of a women's college. We should have even bought me. Yes. We're part of a women's guild. Yes, we're part of a women's guild. Yes. We're part of a women's guild together. Yes, we're part of a league. We're part of a women's college. Yes, we're part of a women's college. Yes, we're part of a women's guild together. Yes, we're part of a league. I'd say if you assume you all have, you know, covers worked out. Sure, yeah. Just because those sorts of questions do you come up with? Yeah. All right. How do an adventurous, a school teacher and a queer teacher? That's a good question. So, you have a beautiful thing. She has knowledge of history and some sort of might consult with you. Okay. Oh, tell me about the note paper. Although wouldn't Trout remember that we are at least Celestia and I? Yeah, he vaguely remembers being involved. It's been a lot of work. Yeah. But yeah, he and of course he knows you. You're over there. Oh, wow. You're upper class, you know. Right. So you matter. So, tell me about the ink or any clues about the quality of the painting. Can you tell me anything? Yes, we're looking into that right now. We're matching it against other handwriting samples we have from nine years ago. No, eleven years ago. But right now, they're just slip some paper. Just that's it. Okay. All right. So we have nothing besides this terrifying warning. I can only think it as a warning Inspector Trout. Do you feel this is a warning? I don't know what to think of it. Yes. I would ask that you not leave London under any circumstances. We got to leave London now. Says Cyril. Yeah. Well, I'm off the back. Me and your ladies take care. Okay. You don't want me to leave London? Why? Well, at this time, you were obviously attached to the circumstances. Order in some way. Okay. I'm not going to go so far as to say it was suspect, but it is strange that you would appear connected with sexual issues. So you can see saying that's us too? Yes. We might as well. We might as well do the filler as well. It's like a piece. Yeah, it's like a split screen. Yikes. Yes. Okay. As Jade, about as Padma. Mulver Hill would know about Northcoat. The word Mulver Hill? Oh, he'd know about Northcoats? No, so in my house. Yes. Yes. Okay. So he adds that as well. Considering the events of Monday night, especially, we think perhaps your life made me a ginger. Mmm. Yay. It's sort of a piece night all around. You're great. Yeah, it is a piece night all around. Great. Great. Great. But there's a bone to be had. I'm so excited that I could do that. Okay. No? Okay. Okay. Okay. Mulver Hill, I trust, you know, you do hear of anything he would. Mmm. I'll see what I can do. Keep me informed considering my other recent experiences. I'm quite concerned you understand. I do. And I will see, I'll see whatever strings I can pull inside of the yard. I do appreciate it. Is it poignant? Is it poignant between them? No. Oh, is it? No, it's not. He has, he has, I mean, I'm just saying from Mulver Hill perspective, he has obvious canonize. Oh. Oh my God. I don't know. Oh my goodness. Jesus. He's married. Whatever. No, I know. I'm old. Sit there. That doesn't mean you can't have a moment. It's true. You can't have a moment. Oh, okay. I don't have a moment. Okay. Sweet. Bat, bat. Mmm. All right. Okay. So I'm getting... What in the hell? Yeah. He closes the door. He's burning in the background. You think that concerns me too? Mm-hmm. He's once a part of time. I'm very beginning. Oh, it's pograin. Mm-hmm. Jack the Ripper was specifically mentioned in that whole chronology as well. I remember that story. Oh my God. That's shit. Is anybody answering your phone? Your butler. The butler. I don't answer my own phone. He comes in with a silver platter with a bone on it. More for you, ma'am. You hear it through the mouthpiece of the subject. Yeah! I've got it! At least it's mis-added. So last year, I take it. You have received a visit this morning as well. You weren't on the... No, no, no, no! Oh my God. This is the way I'll have the same. Oh my God. I love her immediately. I love her. I can't believe it. She also... You've got the phone. It's connected. It's connected. So one's pulling your stays. That's right. No, she's rational dressed, ma'am. Oh, okay. That's true. Yeah, first of all. Oh, sorry. All right. Give me a spot, hit and roll as you head over to Pat. Oh, my goodness. You better... Yes! I think about one point. You were pretty sure you were being tailed. Oh, fuck me out. By who? Can I see anybody? Oh, yeah. It's two men playing clothes. They have a sort of upright sort of bearing. They don't look like thugs. This is what I'm trying to say. I love that trout. What a guy. Okay. What about... You're guessing they're connected with the art somehow. Okay. Well, there's nothing else, probably, to make sure that you're not moving. Yeah. Oh, right. And then the clues. And like, you know, where is she going? What's she doing and why and all this? 'Cause she's clearly lying. Not about everything. 'Cause we're meeting people all the time. Yeah, especially quickly and a lot of them. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, look knives. Mm-hmm. Oh, yeah. I'm not pleasing. And in the street, just right there. Mm-hmm. All right, so you're there. I'm here now. All right, so we go into the parlor, wherever. Right. I'm sorry for it. I mean, Celestia does look pretty bad. Lily looks worse. I look awful. We are messed up. You're feeling very weak. I want some tea. That is even stranger. Mm-hmm. I don't know if you're feeling so poorly. I feel drained. Yeah. No, I feel awful. Yeah, I would say that'd be... I would probably... Maybe a good body part. I would call Sarah. Sarah. Because... Well, he's also... He's involved in this. Mm-hmm. This is being played in "Kippers of Cyril's name" on it. You know what I'm doing? Look, indeed. You can just call me and tell me that that's what it is. Hey, it's Sarah. That can be your message. I'm there. It's a purchase. Breakfast. Breakfast. All right. So we're all together. So we're all together. We need a game in the parlor. We need to be also our own hero. We can't lean town. But Cyril can. Huh? Well, the only problem is, though. Yes? I need to see. He's not familiar with her. He is not... Oh. But... I'm just saying it would be possibly difficult for him to note specific things of potential significance. No offense, Cyril. Just because he's not... He hasn't been there before. True. Not again. So I'm thinking, but I'm thinking, he would recognize that the king would be the same. As Arthur. He's seen Arthur. Mm-hmm. It's a possibility. It's a chance of shock. Do I only go just there? Arthur? I'm just... Lily. Mm-hmm. You could have died. We all could have died. It's right. Go into an abandoned building. Five himself. Yeah. Could have been that bad. Oh, but he's tough. He's an explorer. He's an explorer. He's a brawny dude. Yep. He's a brawny dude. Yep. He's a brawny dude. Yep. I'm just... He's a brawny dude. He's a brawny dude. Yep. Oh, my gosh. Do you have any details? No? You have a key to choose? I can pick it up and point at it. You can highlight a balloon. Clear it. Yeah. Anyone knows what we got if we take a balloon? Balloon! I'm going to balloon my way to vacuum. Oh, my gosh. Stop. Jolly good. Mm-hmm. Strong headwind is all I ask. Tell you. Mm-hmm. Wow. Helly Hone Deep. So, what's about... Your powers are being a dream. It's about eight or nine. Oh, that's eight. Eight or nine. Eight or nine. Oh, that's eight. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my goodness. What's going on? You guys are falling apart. What's happening, huh? Yeah, you're starting to feel increasingly weak. How about me? Okay. We're clearly being drained by something. Someone is sucking the energy out of you. It's a ritual up. Badmunk's time to ritual up. We got to do some serious shit. Existisms. For everybody. I have a... All around. All around. I'm just taking... That is the quote of the camera. Existisms. Existisms. Everybody. Wow. I have... I think... I have any scale in here. Why are there horses? I have firstie. I don't want to hear screaming horses. I know. I might help. I don't know. I don't know. Well... Yeah. Okay. No, no, no. I'm actually curious to contact In front Alan. And I know English. Yes. Because he's connected with Crawley. He's also my dear friend and Alan. Yes, he is. I feel like he would be honest with me. He would. And we're obviously in dire. Yes. We're under orders. Like maybe? Maybe we should call Alan. But actually he come alone. Okay. That's a really good idea. But now I feel like I mean that I think we should call all of our allies. To help Owen Florence could help us. Can you Instagram ritual while we wait? Yeah. I think we should definitely be that. Cleanse ourselves. I think I'm going to send a message to A.E. Wait. Mr. Wait. Mr. Wait. Yes. Yeah. See if he can help. Okay, sure. That's a really good idea. Yes, it is. When he begins. Alan is in her order. Super skilled. So even if Florence cannot attend with her busy schedule. And wait is also... Oh yeah. Nice. Yeah. Yippee. Alright. My roles for availability here. Hey. Yeah. I'm kind of a good deal. Kind. Just bend it. Uh-huh. Are you serious? Yeah. Oh, that makes perfect sense. Okay. Oh my God. This is terrifying me. I really don't trust him. I'm feeling bad about this. You don't just bend it? No. Because he's affiliated. He's proudly. Oh. Oh. That's fine. Yeah. Maybe you should withdraw to another room. Yeah. No, I want over here everything. Alright then. Here, I have this crease hole you can hide in. Listen in. Yes. In the art. Hmm. So like some very ritualism. Yeah. We're doing some hexagon rituals. Alright. That costs three magic points. Fine. You all do it accident. We're all doing it. You don't know what to have to. Yeah. You can do a pentagram ritual if you wish. Ooh. That's real simple. Yeah. That might help you. Oh my god. Rude. That's all I know. Yeah. What's that? What's that? Right. It's all take. You just have to describe it in here. That's right. Yeah. So we're doing some rituals. So do time. The doorbell once again announces a visitor. Oh man. And this time it is also heralded by some asthmatic coughing. And Alan is looked at with that condition. But he comes in being thin and makes it as well as does. What's the thing? I've actually, in gameplay, never gotten to interact with Alan. No, he hasn't. I'm pretty excited. Yeah. I always thought at least in a taste of it now. Yeah. So, you know, he's like seeing him for the very first time. Aw. He's wearing just a typical, you know, suit jacket. But he's got some Buddhist prayer beats around his neck. That's his usual affectation. And he has a sequence as well. And it's natural. Well, Mr. Bennett. I know that you're good friends with Mr. Crawley. I don't know if you are entirely aware of present happenstances or present happenings or certain people in certain situations. Yeah. And I think of that nature. I am looking for your help. Because it would seem that following a rather gruesome event in my bedroom a few nights ago. The three of us have been drawn into rather nasty serial killing. On top of the fact that we seem to be suffering from ill health rather simultaneously with each other and said the events. I see. I read about these murders in the paper. Perhaps you're under some dire magical attack. Well, so we're thinking them, the three women who are murdered. We're found with a slip of paper in each of their mouths and each slip had one of our names written on it. all it does indeed sound like a black magic yes very well let's see what we can do please do so who here knows spirit vision I do I do I do alright so sparkle motion ah-ha so so Bennett asked to join hands with Padmon Lilly and each of you doctor sells two magic points you all concentrate and book and opening your eyes you can kind of you know see this extra layer of reality imposed over your usual reality everyone is surrounded in this glowing nimbus of light however the three ladies all have something attached to them it looks like spiritual lamp right it looks like basically a big fleshy tumbleweed with various of its branches going into you their records yes exactly and it's sort of a flowing and pulsating with your breath like as you breathe in it's a parasite it's gross so I'll need to say I'm a big joke you're all a horn it's a sounding what was that oh just just those of you with spirit vision oh yeah what is it can't see it because what do we have to roll oh I make it and then oh yeah so you each lose one it's disturbing I got a 90 but at least inclusive you know I'm at 50 this is not good I'm at 53 you know I've been losing it 92 that's great well we're all dying it's okay so you're you'll come out of the yes yes and and Bennett you know sort of terrible yes indeed why don't we remove them there are a couple different ways well what what sort of talism I have basement yeah I said the one tells me feeling punishment um yes far I think it's my I believe you have a talism in the banishment indeed I do excellent I also happen to have one on my person and I believe I can create another although that will take me some time oh man but I'll just need a a room to take each one of you into another time oh all right hey I met him well at this point I'm feeling yeah I'm feeling like this is terrifying I need you to do this thing so who wants to go first well I feel it turns the two of you I have been suffering somewhat longer I you should go first let's say Lily first and she has her own spell so I'm gonna go in with the room with Mr. Bennett okay so he just has you lay down on the couch and he he puts the towels in on your forehead all right oh yeah all right so he he lays the talisman on your forehead and you immediately feel clearer we're stronger exactly all right so you can take the talisman and he throws a little trash oh he says this talisman has done its work okay power is expanded all right that was his right yeah I'm done okay all right again the talisman is laid on your head yes immediately feel better wonderful back out thank you ever so yes and he says Padma now we have two choices I could try and create a new talisman that will take me a while or we could attempt an exorcism ritual since we're so strong let's do it let's do it feel good no I do what a hell okay oh shit okay I want to help I do know exorcisms at least I'm prepared you know what you're getting to well let's okay that's best Mr. Bennett do you think it's best to do our system or wait for the talisman I don't think there's anything to be lost in attempting an exorcism not initially all right I will enter into spirit vision and guide you through how the ritual since you aren't able to see the being creature right so so that's right so it's less do you in and Alan Bennett go into the room with Padma you go down that inter spirit vision kind of guide you through and you begin to vote from the ritual give me a sanity roll please no I guess okay so you lose one sand you're going to lose six magic points okay Wow and what is your power my power is eight okay give me a percentile roll please 14 all right so it's a five-minute ritual at the end then it says the entity has departed cuz I'll run thank you so much thank you thanks so you're all free of your tormentor now we can do to prevent such thing from reattaching yeah that's a good question how did they how did it get there what were you exposed to that I wasn't specifically why we being targeted well we are associated with nose coat and back green and we get serial associated with that girl good for us yeah I want to go alone no yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah no to predict ourselves like power yeah no to predict ourselves in the future which I think is really important so no Padma said that okay yeah I think yeah we need to have some type of psychic self-defense would be good at that come on yeah no mm-hmm okay all right so we have to we're under attack and I'm gonna have that banishment do you think do you think holy could be behind us yes of course it wait is Bennett still I wonder if it's still oh no I might be talking with Bennett okay because I do I trust Bennett and he is banished yes I think he's great yeah I do trust him now he knows you stay don't trust Carly fair enough and I since why why Arthur why does Arthur know Crowley how they know each other Crowley wasn't it back green right so how would he know exactly so I think I think Crowley's in on this I think it's some type of dare I say it some type of takeover in the order Wow bold I think I think he's trying to use this to undermine Mathers and take over the order yes I know that sounds a little unhinged okay so we do know you're a little paranoid I'm a little I'm still lingering we okay so we trust Bennett yes but I'm just talking to Celestia point yeah yeah and we think well I think uh-huh Crowley is trying to take over the order with the help of Arthur somehow and overthrow the order you should that's my theory so I'll be the first to die that's so so you're just on guard for that I'm just saying why is Crowley no Arthur how did that connection he wasn't in back green we just were kind of trying to figure out like who put those yeah I know who's that we don't even know if it's named really Arthur even though he looks like King Arthur in that painting because it's the same man you guys he's a vampire right well there was his ability to stop and get green does does it oh you're right I hate that green kind of hit the place burn it burn it burn it to the ground I must explore become hunters launch that sounds like just my kind of place how many stagheads are on the wall 50 12 how many points would it have did that I want to add 10 to their ranks so anyway we're talking we're trying to figure out okay but my theory is probably trying to overthrow the order through the help of King Arthur I know that sounds mad it's bad enough to be true this is the thing though as I'm also worried there are the implications then if I'm ripper esque happenings yes have resurfaced now like why murder why the works yeah especially if they are at least closely associated with well I use what I think the ritualized killing was used to enact the being to create the being that kills or attempted to kill us slowly that's a good point it's black magic so the paper all right I wonder if whatever entity will know that we've gotten rid of those leeches yeah yeah I'm sure especially if we see each other the very fact that we would live more than a couple of days true we left it I found it to really the Constitution back then they're going to come back slowly okay oh wait what am I at now whatever you're at seven still I'm at 10 you know what you can't do much right now what time is it now it's about four in the afternoon I think I saw the pheasant I saw the pheasant I did not I'm still working through it six years like I have no idea anything about this but I think really oh you know what you just go get some deli you know what you just go get some deli cheese deli chicken that's it because my father and I was hired is a resident in the house I know you did us true we'll get some food thank you yeah yeah I want to get visit you're going to get food awesome you're gonna run so yeah make a food run yeah all right while you guys continue to go get some fish and chips yeah all right so I'm gonna go right in my original yeah I say cereal why don't you go explore for some food for us all right so you're dining well yeah so so you're having your mid-afternoon we're past and the the four thirty male duus and your butler brings it in and he says a letter for us far things tonight oh so you take the letter out your your your nostrils are wafted by a familiar sense so it's a smell from your past oh boy and many past smells that I remember you many smells and and it says you know dear Lily oh yes have heard about the tribulations afflicting you and your friends would like to meet for dinner at the convent yours truly Marilyn I read it to you Marilyn is the woman who has helped me regain my health after the horrifying events of well past couple years she's I trust her implicitly she would like to see if she's heard about what's been going on with us what I think we should know the convent you say the convent yes the newspaper how would she know wait and that and that question does pretty how does she know this anyway I do trust her I do trust her I'm so tired of hearing talking about it um well I'm going to agree to meet with her we can ask her to her face and she does not lie I trust her very much she's very cagey fight me in the she's never liked you she's never lied to my face she plays she plays her cards close to a chance yeah I do say something bothering you quite destroyed my tikka ah we have no divers that's traveling sofistry she's gonna we can ask her she'll answer us so a couple hours dinner get ready for dinner you make your way to Soho you make your way to Soho I don't say we go to the early protectors with the American carriage man me yeah the ultimate really true the yard but someone like to watch the carriage you know like mmm yeah they're in a trailing carriage behind you oh it's gonna say they can be in the carriage with us like kind of keeping an eye on it'll be a tight fit oh well they could be stretch carriage yeah come on that's the thing the stretch characters are the ones that would see four or five people snap so you're gonna hang on the side yeah okay they're barely they're burly they're burly guys we're sitting up front of the driver that's right got one up front with the shotgun well Fargo style all right all right so so yeah it's sort of a foreign quarter home to many immigrants also known for numerous theaters and entertainment halls are very sorts the convent is so called because it was originally a convent built about 200 years ago it is a squat windowless brick building three stories tall okay it is unmarked although as you approach the door you do know a small shield in the gig carving they're everywhere we can do not to lies I don't know so Lily you know the place well yes you you enter and there's like a small anti-chamber with a coat check and that sort of thing there's a a dormant there you all he knows you he says oh yes hello hello Lily you and your associates are expected upstairs in the dining room okay sorry I leave the way all right so you all note the the heady aroma of incense you pass through into a large windowless salon with leather armchairs and tapestries hung over the walls thick pile carpets potted plants that sort of thing many women lawyer about chatting there are a couple gentlemen smoking cigars and talking of these with them it's quite obvious that this is a house of ill repute oh wow into the dining room have you been here for no well upset I'm just now finding out oh wait this is video this whole time yes something else you learn about in the inner order so you cross the salon pass through a door which leads to a staircase you head up two flights and come out into a March dining room there you find Marilyn Constantine head of the convent she is well dressed she has a sort of a brocade and satin dress on she's in her probably early to mid 40s good-looking but you know showing her age a bit but she definitely has a a good presence about her you know she sort of commands hello greetings Marilyn Lily so glad you could make it she welcomes you all in there's a big mahogany table you know laid out for dinner candelabra lace tablecloth and so forth all right so I'm fascinated to know why you how you know about what's been happening to me and my friends indeed let us eat first before we get into that so it is not pleasant and so yeah she kind of talk small talk with you all okay she seems to know that you're all members of the the Golden Dawn really well I suppose not much a secret to you um indeed yeah I do she knows I do gather much much information from those who pass through the doors the convent I'm sure all right yeah as the last dish is cleared away yes he wipes her mouth yes well to business then okay first of all I know about the murders that occurred last night of course recent the papers I'm going to tell you right now that Arthur North coat was the murderer wow how do you know this hmm I I'm an associate of Arthur North yes he like I am a servant of Sheila Nicki but our methods differ I see and it was not until last night that I came to realize how much they differ how do you know it was him specifically did he tell you that he did it no he did not I I gathered it through my own methods well how are we to know it's quite a claim you're making here I believe some you should be going to take it on work I do I believe her I mean you can ask questions but I believe it I believe it it coverates with my ideas that Arthur is some type of well you think he's a vampire but well tell us well okay I mean what is this order of what is the Sheila Nicki that's a good question it is it is a worship of an ancient goddess great power is similar to Kali perhaps perhaps she is a mother and a destroyer however I specifically know of Arthur's involvement because something happened to me last night that has not happened in eleven years and that is that I saw a gruesome murder being committed against a prostitute through the murderer's eyes why do you why is it through your eyes I sometimes have these visions and the last time it happened I made sure that a stop was put to it how I killed the bastard Wow who was doing but are it wasn't our sir no it was not Arthur Norcoat who was forced to eat his own privates as his last name oh sure I have to eat their own fingers I can definitely picture that I saw someone else eat the body bird Wow um it's intense Wow well you then Marilyn you must know that Arthur is not Arthur there's not a North Oat yes I know only that he is a man posing as major North Coates brother I do not know who he is specifically okay I know he is a sorcerer of great power himself and that he had lodgings here at the convent his visits were frequent enough he came to me wanting to learn more of the rights of Sheila and I accommodated him because I was able to gain my own benefit from his research however I fear he is now in possession of the Grail a artifact of great power um why why do you believe that he well what makes you believe that because I've had it in my possession for the last 15 years and I lent it to him and now he has disappeared he's disappeared he returned here last night and I confronted him about the murders so it was under it was in your safe keeping the ground it was until you lent it to until I lent it to him about a month ago if we were to require this item for you would you be able to do something to stop him what would be the implications of not having it returned to your yeah exactly does this Grail do well well it's an artifact of great power it is said to be able to restore the dead to some ones of life it can place them under the mental power of the person who brought them back I've never used it for those means however it is it is a repository of great magical power I have made use I do know that Arthur is vehemently anti-Christian and had spoken of doing something this coming Easter Sunday to disrupt the St. Paul's service any way we could stop him so sorry well it seems to me that your relationship with Arthur was a bit more intimate than you might have led to let us to believe in that you led to him the Grail well certainly he the fucking great as I said he's a he was a magician of great power you see was do any reason believe he's dead I don't know I say was as in I don't know where I knew him yes like that of course well he left quite abruptly and without taking anything without taking any of his things did he have a room here then you did can we look at the room yes I believe you did mention that yes let's let's look at the things show me so she stands and leads you out of the dining room I'm debating she was willing to give it to somebody else I say destroy it hey do you what it Marilyn I was wondering what are your thoughts on Alistair Crowley do you know him he's a he's a freaking visitor he's a good sure yes is he really I believe it with your male client where you're right with my mail sometimes he brings a male companion to join him and one of my girls takes a long time to get this thing going he's he has I have had long discussions about this country rights and I have shown him a few things but nothing terribly you trust him not entirely there's something yes like someone in the same room indeed see so she doesn't like she doesn't like it I'm elbow you to it all right I believe that's how he that's how he met the North Coast oh wait sir Richard frequent oh how do I know he's living here link cuz you were detoxing from morphine you were tied to a bed upstairs with all that screaming oh never mind well okay so down a hall the whole building you know being windowless everything is lit with lamps and so you're taken through a door into one of the apartments Lily you know these yeah well there are many they're they're all like these like sort of two room apartments kind of a front room a bedroom the back sweet yeah sweet nice and you know that most of these rooms have lots of tapestries and carpeting just to kind of keep the chill out because it's all just stone and brick construction but she brings you into this one room and it is the walls are totally bare Marilyn actually conscious yes Arthur insisted the tapestries be taken out when you moved in Wow I wonder what the tapestries placed oh they're just downstairs oh well I'd like to see them I know certain the fiber arts you like the textiles mm-hmm so you find that his bedroom consists of a large bed wardrobe in an oil lamp and the adjoining room can set contained a writing desk bookcase an armchair in a small side table another way all right I guess what what a little table is there anymore let's see there's one other item mm-hmm what that you notice there is a painting on the wall it is a Melinda price and it is none other than the painting of St. Michael's Chapel that used to hang in there's oh paid dirt oh yes no whoa um holy crap sure could you take a photograph of this painting sure we have a reference later get that brownie out yep it's all top down oh okay all right all right all right yeah so let's talk to me about the painting it showed the St. Michael's Chapel in the middle of oak wood with the trees marked with the crosses you know okay that was about it that's it okay wow okay you search the desk you want to search the desk there is paper penini nothing written on however one of the drawers contains a heavy metal key looks to be a somewhat older make kind of like a classic you know big key please so it's in the drawer or in one of the it's in one of the drawers all right I'm gonna take that take in the key yeah all right so is there a bladder no just some paper any all right well let's look at the paper book shelves all right let's take a slice of that paper uh-huh ah yes good idea take some of the paper bookshelves it's kind of a half and half of books and then unbound newspapers magazines and journals the books look to cover 18th and 19th British history mostly related to military matters in the development of the Empire what is he wasting his time with this girl well he's a king trying to oh yes to power yes indeed all right what else is there I just did it the bank loans so interesting in the case mattress maryland oh it's gonna ask you something was great to know for God I know when was the last time you saw a major north coat he did not come here nearly as often as I saw maybe about a month ago hmm did you tell Arthur that you were that you knew he did it or did he confess to you that he I told him that I knew I was how did he react he became extremely angry mm-hmm I honestly was afraid to my attack me oh but I stood up to him and we we've quarreled before he's a very strong little person and we've not been without our disagreements also another question yeah you keep losing it all right can we go to have three so yeah maryland takes you downstairs into a spare room on the on the ground floor there's like three tapestries she infurls them all and they're they're like pretty typical for the rest of the tapestries in the in the place which is to say just kind of abstract floral and you know designs that sort of thing what was so offensive about these abstract florals why couldn't he handle abstract florals maybe just having clear space I mean if he is producing magic and this is where he's meditating nothing can hide behind here they're strategically wise to true is it just what is it just really oh yes you know like you know and brighter than they're somewhere okay well I face failure all right all right so we have the key maryland is key does this ring a bell for you all do you have any notion of this key my fit then no well looks like an old key it does yeah this wouldn't fit any of the doors here all right thank you you know I had all our doors replaced about ten years ago new locks might be time for the locks again okay well we'll just wait for the link to return she's going to visit her old room all righty so going forward then well she may have something to ask oh that's true anything that I didn't hear anything fun oh well have you thought about turning him into the police I will not go to the police well I know but if they look for him they may be able to find him and stop him from doing this again why why won't you go to the place well for one thing they wouldn't I couldn't give them any evidence that they would accept yeah I will happily testify to his presence here if it comes to that but there's nothing that I can bring them personally oh is it is it at the the baseboard there I think a treat rolled under there uh-huh it's like gambling all right all right let me go all right no they were simply flowers flowers we're like to believe there's absolutely nothing that to that song that green that green I know zero can should I go by myself well I'm wondering I mean I might be able to see them over him they know where we're going yeah if perhaps you can request message we can request possibility strings molders is there anything else we can do in town well we found Arthur's rooms we know he's been gone for a while now well only a day over a little over 12 hours yeah oh not even 16 hours yeah because the prospects were murdered just the night I mean that morning is right okay so um yeah I what time is it at this point it's like eight o'clock thirty eight yeah um yeah I really don't think wow we haven't received anything back from Crowley about the flowers no we haven't that's very rude you did thank you yes the last post the day that wasn't at all right there that was that was she waiting till the end of the day such a bitch right um it might be genuinely just drop I'm sure you're not sure yeah it's busy yeah tracking is done yeah so or forgot we're happy so now we know for sure okay so yeah this is my question yes because she knows where the girl doesn't she doesn't she believes the Arthur has it that's right Arthur clearly does not have it right how did it get from Arthur then to I mean obviously North put brought it to me right who then because it sounds like Arthur would want it how did it get away from him who now now that's the big question yeah question I don't know I would like to ask over hell like what do you know like is there like is there anyway we might be able to why would we want to come back does this have to do ah oh I know I'm so excited for skirts I think it's a skirt where more skirts now yeah really lady I think you've had a tension of the tights you make good time I know up now this is not really trying to love you yeah don't make it easy oh no no jumpies we're not for that so little I am thinking that is an extraordinary revelation Jesus kind of power some machine when we gave thing yeah that's a whole other very it's a whole other thing they maybe we're in league I don't think so you took it too far I think he would just went nuts and like he did he did I think that's exactly what happened I mean I think he's obviously his other motives she trained him in this and then and then he I think he sought her out yeah exactly who is he who is he really who is he really and what is he trying to do and why does Crowley give a give me track him down get Arthur Arthur we can ask Alistair I mean I think we need to confront Mr. Crowley I do too and I didn't want to say that because I know you feel about him no we need to we need to confront him we know we have the grant we possess it I know we should be pretty much on stop exactly drink no I just I just I just as far as we know we still have the grail yes who knows if we come back it may not be there what where's the girl right now I don't know oh this padness is it's well oh I think I know yeah she's got it in a whole thing in the line big old line of grails you couldn't tell us yeah so we're wondering if we're wondering if the grail is still at your house like maybe yeah I think we should I really think we need to confront Crowley I say let's go grab the grail yeah I shall put it on my purse and then yes wait to see what he knows about here from over hill oh yeah well we're waiting for over hill all right all right all right all right so you make your way back from the convent is his newsboys shot the latest headlines about you know has the record returned and so forth it's the news is electrifying the city I'm gonna just oh you're gonna buy your place first yes all right so arriving back at your house you do find the grail still there yeah I got to bring it in the painting because that identifies our there's something else okay alright I'm gonna pack a little spatula for myself we're posing here I don't know what else to do second result second I want to make sure that I know where it is yeah first of all yeah so let's keep it with us yeah okay so shall we little thing that she does all right so you you head off yeah so basically we're gonna we go in both kind of actually is there any chance to okay I know that Dr. Westcott has completely severed all ties yes it would be worth inquiring if there's anything just like in the work well just if there's anything extra special or a note besides excuse me do I still know where was caught did I know can I contact him you could put in a discreet okay so I'll do that I'll readably discreet yeah I'll write him a little message and code we had a code that we developed right and so we'll see if he writes me back okay exactly just I mean I'm just just curious he would know maybe you know yeah okay he would notice yes all right so you just scratch that quickly you send your note off to Mulberry Hill and then it's off to Crowley and Bennett's flat on 67 Crescent Street what Helen how are you we're really here to visit Alan we need a good let's have some tea we just felt so distraught yeah still really distraught right let's bring him a little something a little something for thanking him there we go do you know cakes perhaps yeah or an item from your soul I don't know something visit yeah like some some cake or something okay yeah oh I'm pretty I'm sure he's a vegetarian so Katie doesn't Oh alright so we go there his favorite cakes I'm sure yes he's interested in culture in my own oh your slices yes so he welcomes you in what's the place look like it's sort of a bachelor path yeah yeah but obviously neither neither resident are particularly well off but and it's a little messy little messy but lots and lots of books okay it's been all their money books sure what are you doing spotted why not this is everything we're doing oh no no we tried yes please do fail by three 93 just let oh any fine just like such a state of shock from the mess yes yeah you spot several titles on the shelves of like rare tones of coltmore there's a copy of the kamasutra there's the complete vertical translation of a thousand one nights oh yeah unexforgated yeah various things of that nature very bachelorette indeed black velvet nude on the wall yeah so probably is there and greets you all he looks to be in kind of a foul mood Izzy yes yeah right as I am in wrestling with Ellen yeah thank you so much for your assistance for your advice the other day I want to bring you by a little something on our way home oh thank you you'll have to forgive me I was just heading out okay I'm sure allister with the would be happy to entertain you meant to stay on do you mean to say yes I don't mean to have a sit yes let's wrap yes all right all right so tell you you'll find your seats can is then it departs probably looks at you I'm staring at him so about my cards and start flipping some cars just put on the energy you know how to do this mr. Carley again want to express our deepest condolences for your friend on the tragic loss of his need dear brother I hope that all of you are doing well despite such circumstances oh yes I to be honest I I didn't know Randolph very well Randolph what major oh oh oh how much Richard no I don't it was and and frankly despite his earlier connection to the order I didn't consider him to be a cultist a very high power or standing really Arthur on the other hand was that really for you to judge yes I believe it was based on what I know are you speaking ill of the dead we're gonna save it Arthur sorry yes Arthur on the other hand I think was a substantially potent magician we go again was when I first met him ah whoa what did you first meet I think his power is only through I've known him for about a year where did you meet him through a mutual friend have you made me a touch to encourage him to join the order and see expressed interest um I've dropped hints and he hasn't seemed terribly interesting do you know we were just concerned about being I sense your flowers on to Randolph's address that's where he usually stays I see you do appreciate it again we were just terribly concerned especially as you are so concerned yourselves just that same day mm-hmm yes that is true and I appreciate that see not your mutual friend this wouldn't happen to be Marilyn Constantine would it yeah I know her as well you studying sex magic to see I probably have snorted just like it I'm afraid that my interest in sex is truly mundane mmm just where it belongs um I see yes there's an ally about half gates I'm sure you know just do you love me yeah yeah don't you dare speak well that is that is quite insulting considering you're standing in the order and considering him you forgive me I misspoke of course and I didn't mean to insinuate that you are of any less capable I find that yes um see let's see let's see do we want to do we want to just lay the boom on this fuck what is he what does he know if he knows this maybe he maybe he really does view Arthur as a good person just like Marilyn did and if he does he needs to know that Arthur needs to be stopped and there'll be another person that we can get to track this guy all right or he's perfectly into hoops I don't think I don't think he really don't think so I think he'll I think he'll stop murder why I don't know whether it's for their greater the greater good I know but I say we just I say we just we own it folks so what is your own thing I'm just like what are my thoughts my thoughts we never cared about my thoughts before that's not true well we didn't trust you a little bit nervous matters bastard that's true where matter with matters now I say we leave the boom but that's my thought all right what's the negative if we lay boom what's the downside you'll learn some that we know what's going on and he already think it's the adventure underway more he already tried to jealous it doesn't mean he knows that he knows he knows that we know that he knows that they know I'm saying I think they should know that we know no yeah well so what do you think of these awful certain sort of murders there we go there we go there we go like terrible things a foot yes I read that in the papers most most unfortunate did you say that I have a piece of papers the math is just a thing we know yeah oh what better ladies considering them rather gruesome details of both events have to wonder if somehow they might be connected this is a touch of black magic indeed yes what would you know black magic in their order members what who are you to question or what she does I'm genuinely curious we understand certain events we understand it has black magic because it's not good magic killing these innocent people believe that I just feel that um you know I I just think it's a little too I just as we all do think it's very strange that these murders would suddenly re-emerge and it didn't if it didn't have some sort of I mean why would why would someone copycat to that extent it just seems very strange who would copy the murder in such a way I think it may have some origins in the spirit realm but it's some type of demon that possesses a person to do the same thing over and over again I'm not unfamiliar with that theory yes okay check his bookcase for a particular book sure okay yeah I'm looking for the lesser cute Salomon seven is there yeah it's got the means lady taste he has the means I think we need to let him know that Arthur okay so do okay how do you all feel about me saying something do you gotta do do you gotta do this is it yep Marilyn told us you think Arthur is responsible for those murders and since you have an acquaintance with him as well we were wondering if that would be true you think that's good hmm it seems more intriguing than shocked thought to ask Marilyn about that the next time I see her yes you should do that perhaps I can get some information out of her mm-hmm like what if you would be willing to give me some information if we have if we have the information sir mmm mostly I I would just like to know perhaps how members of the inner order go about creating the one's that's not information for us to do you may use that on other inner order members and they may acquiesce to your demands but we hold those practices and beliefs to be very serious and not for someone of your standing to have knowledge of we have something that Arthur main require and if you are and if you are with this person with this Arthur North coat right because which is not his real name surely you know that you have to know that he he is not who he says he is all I'm saying is if you're in cahoots with him it's very it's going to be very dangerous for you because we have items that Arthur may need and we need to know where he is keeping on the deal that's not our nature well I can assure you I'm not in cahoots as you put and that it does it sounds like I'm not the one who should be worried if Arthur is what you think he is what do you think you think you think he's a vampire oh god so they're just chortled way no he's he's sort of taking it all in yeah he's observing strictly observing like a friggin when I'm shorting to the see try not away so he he goes over to his bookcase and it sort of he walks right into his bookcase pulls a book down comes back to you and hands it to you and he says well then this may come in handy what is it what is it it's a copy of Dracula oh that's a bird that's a bird I'm gonna throw the book in his face I'm not even joking we should go guys I'm gonna throw the book in his face you know he fetched out of the way does he there's nothing he has no information for us we should leave the child is he is he is and dangerous and dangerous we need to leave we need to leave now I'm ready to kill it as soon as I get home you don't know any of that I know I know that's why I'll tell him he knows you're out of order I'm curious if you're BFFs with Alan Alan is how to make ones by what do you tell yourself that's true there's a reason why Alan's not completely under the spell Alan is not gonna tell this yeah believe me I've asked yeah what does this guy look like probably yeah yeah get this picture I'll just see who like we saw he's a monkey I haven't seen him yeah also my checked he wasn't in there yeah all right no I mean this all happened so it's very tense right yeah electric I'm gonna ask it as politely as possible not trying to rub it in his face really yeah Lily get out of the way oh my gosh you know I know that honey in there honey in the near well me vinegar he says of course as you well know members of the in order this one see to see about rituals they're tight you're a bit better yeah like Jim a little easily yeah he's a little underweight he is a little underweight skeletal I think it's the nose to use this guy come down yeah yeah yeah he's got some kind of like garlic or something floral oh yeah actually I think that is like a cheap line she fur like she feels like okay so I'm staring at him and he's saying all that stuff and I'm mad and so had to do that skin it did yes like well and it hasn't stopped out one before I chime in he just gives you a wink I do apologize that I'm able to help you thank you for your offer to hub us if you see Arthur tell him so tell him a little around him who grabbed her big old mouth yeah she's like a brilliant I'm like let's do this yep all right all right I welcome us do it yes it is late well okay 19 sleepy times right there's always you don't want to live true that I think we should listen primrose Hill actually I think you should go for a long or a little ride past with our with our honor really protectors has been known to stay there there might be other interesting possession right let's do it yeah so you and he didn't even more than ever now he probably hates me too okay feeling is mutual nice probably to you okay so alright North coat let's see those as we were for last time on the game I was going to do his brother in the basement this is actually a new location oh he has moved in the last six five years oh no oh the new locations inspector trout I want to drop by the yard drop off a paper oh yes we have reasonable I have reason to believe this is that's smart you could turn them in I mean you could say we're nervous about whatever okay so analysis do you leave it at the front desk and they promise you travel yes yes all right task force is working around the clock man I can assure you okay we're getting we're getting hundreds of leads we don't think it's a moment at the stop but we tell mover Hill about this paper because I want to make sure that you look at it hang on I'm waiting to hear from him already what him with mail he's gonna get the ideas the thing your pride is what will destroy the world all right all right that's fine we'll destroy the world patience you leave a note at the whole desk okay I was that okay wait when the knees are stopped all right all right moving on all right so outside North coats apartment you it's a it's a ground floor apartment hmm story building okay they're a little off ticker well you see it but there is a light on oh okay I'm in sense because we just be like pretend to be drunk and like so I'm really sorry I'm I think there's no reason well what time is it it's like yeah getting like it's like the ten o'clock he's someone's there someone is there it's like is there there's a light oh all right can we listen at the door is already we're listening or just a little before we get killed you could just see how people are inside this is one person you know I don't need to know exactly what's being said but at least the number of voices oh I got a hundred on my Oh like an I'll never trash can you know that we see oh yeah by four thirty three okay I said okay yeah you sneeze oh god you don't hear anything from inside all right so he's making a window since it's on the ground it you'd someone who has to get a boost what to look in the windows I'm little she's little bar you are great yeah let's do this basically you just take a knee if you can get out here yeah so looking in you see a single oil lamp burning table and you see man bustling around inside sort of dusting the the mantle piece and so forth it's a butler does it look like you're wearing you look tailcoating cleaning so it's obviously yeah they're any other lights on no light to be doing but I mean no I mean it was a small house like that he's probably the only servant exactly so we should wait until he leaves a room and then going can't be there for very long well but it's he slipped there then yeah all right all right then I come out here what okay learning the Amazon all right so basically that's well we want to get in right do we want to get in I just thought we would zoom by and just see if anyone's staying there again I think we have what Arthur what's of interest are but if there's anything else of interest for instance how to bring your fake dead brother back to life to do stuff such an operation yeah I would be curious to know but we're all right let's say we assume that all these things are true okay where is he out hard during prostitutes in Chapel Hill yes you do know that the study that you're looking into I mean the cleaning that he's doing looks like it was needed because there's like books everywhere papers it's it's kind of a mess hmm so it'll be a frantic no it's like a building up every time yeah I'm gonna create a mess like the bookshelves are like half-empty with many books out you know he's using all this knowledge we could call on him and see if he's home at this late though it would be hard to do it but seeming ridiculously suspicious so I think we should go home go sleep see what's going on the next day count the member of prostitutes with their names written on slip to pen may happen again who knows but we've been working on banishment talismans yeah right right right huh maybe perhaps after Alan suggestion we took some time yes doesn't order talismans over breakfast I think that we should I think we should go home it's late or get some sleep and see what's going on the next day everyone sleeping in the same place I would say yes I'm in a state of heaven and I feel terribly terribly uncomfortable I'm Celestia staying alone fine Cyril join the party yeah might as well all right yeah I know okay okay which is my command yes oh oh oh so we're sleeping good so the passes on eventually okay you awake to the morning edition search for ripper continues no new murders good oh wonderful all right now what we should call on our fair shouldn't we yes sure we're gonna see how he's doing yes okay so weapon up running pop and dagger meanwhile you guys had some letters out so yours was to Westcott to be right me back what did he say with the 7 a.m. delivery you get enough from Westcott also written very kind of generally code discreetly but basically just saying that he determined the time of Randall North Cook's death to be approximately 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon Wow and that he died from the mixing donation caused by a slip threat Sunday and we saw him Wednesday you saw him one a.m. Monday I saw him well you saw him one a.m. Tuesday morning because we were supposed to see him Monday he never said that's right and so then he was dead already oh which means so that means he was pretending Arthur was pretending the whole time or he can do it well I did receive his invitation on Sunday afternoon so you would have died right around that otherwise he wouldn't have been so upset as to where he's where there was I think it was just an alibi to make up something because he knew we were the people that he contacted before that so that was my point who sent the grail to us then especially he'd already been dead for a while so someone wanted us to get the grail we don't why we don't think it's it definitely wouldn't be Arthur no not Arthur but why would North Cook because we have that knowledge he knows but it does seem like North Cook was at least in cahoos at one point yes yes what is changed that he's suddenly no longer on his side and I started killing people but it sounds like this something that's happened in the past yeah I mean it doesn't like it was the same person but yeah something happened just say not saying I'm just saying yeah what are you saying are we gonna stick with it being Arthur who I would've said that well it's just like you know I think maybe he was lying okay yeah I think he was pretending and covering his tracks exactly first of all second of all creating a thing of like an alibi sort of but still to me though there's a question who is his other person then who sent it to us I know cuz Maryland doesn't know where it is no no sounds like Arthur then is looking for it and Alistair Crowley knows nothing never give anything up no but I don't think he wanted us to know what the nor would he probably send it our way no so who then sent it that's a I mean even if North Cook wanted it sent he's been dead for days but he seemed to have a common sense however he was stopped violently that's right so there was some stuff seems like someone else didn't he say the grail it it brings the person to life while they have possession of it and as soon as it leaves their possession they die mm-hmm I thought that you said something about it's okay I thought it wasn't it brought them back to a factor that's a factor oh I got mine oh good okay what Maryland said was that it brought them back to some sort of semblance right a semblance and and that someone brought back to life by the grail could be controlled by the person right that's my question that's my question who's this other person because Arthur didn't send it not Arthur no who is this other person then who sent it to us this is what I'm thinking all right I am thinking North coat was fighting whatever the spell was exactly and knew we would know yep and so he was trying to give us the information and somehow managed to get us the grail and then that and then the moment he was you asked him to communicate is when whoever was controlling the spell how is it they were unable then to stop him from bringing it to us because I don't know he used up his last drink I think it was the last of his yeah the last of whatever what is North coat was doing that unless but then too like if he was killed someone killed him just to bring him back to life to deliver the like who did that that he had been it under his I think under his own volition I like in his last moment he drank his own blood of the challenge yep maybe it would have to be that maybe he did something to he was the older man in the mural he knew the procedure yeah that's true for extending life beyond okay so possibly he was to try to invent what we presume is North coat himself and there is no other yeah puppet master but who stopped him whatever the spell is that well doesn't he doesn't but if you're under control but someone else it's what sound like I know I know but I'm just it happened as soon as he handed the the grail bet to you so he lost basically power I think I mean I really do think that I really do think that the spell is something that just kicks in to like the moment something outside of the bounds of the command so that's why when you're saying who's commanding him to bring the real to us that's their argument for that but then at the same time I'm like he couldn't have gotten that far exactly so yeah it's different I don't know we have to I think we need to see Arthur I just need to find him yeah we do but we do know also that Marilyn and let us not overlook her has the power to view through other's eyes she's being through Arthur's eyes could very well be that she's playing a much greater role in this than she's willing to admit I guess if you say so I'm just saying because if you want to go back and doctor and show she talked to us I don't want to go back and doctor I just wouldn't be surprised if she's I say let's go under the pretense of you know wishing her our best we heard from Crowley but not from you yes fine let's go so the north coat apartment we get all of our letters back gonna say what you get a letter back from over hill now when you turned in the paper did you say where it was from or did you say this paper is of interest to you yes okay so letter from over hill says I've had the the tales lifted from you you're free to come and go as you please but please consider paying you visit the paper you dropped off as a great interest all right all right so we know it's him well should we tell the cops first we're also wondering is I should notify them all right that we have an idea of who let's go see Mulberry Hill first okay I think that's before we possibly die yeah exactly I agree with that okay so you make a trip down the Scotland yard after your breakfast you are ushered in to see Mulberry Hill right away he says my secretary informs me that you dropped off this sheet of paper where did you find it it was a cover from the residents of a person of interest Arthur North coat had this paper in his study under release calls the conduct I'm aware of the content okay so that's what was found I won't ask how we did meet me breaking into your house so like you know like hijinks yeah up to your usual hijinks I see you know Arthur North coat you say yes any relation to the deceased he would have to be so nice nice can you take me to his residence yes that's where we're headed right now right excellent let's go all right so on the way over he he says that the paper you provided does match they paper recover from the house close enough to provide reasonable suspension okay so you ride with the apartment yes Mulberry Hill mocks smartly a few minutes later a survey the same survey we saw did you ever see him well we saw the back of the dusting oh the guy from last night yeah yeah because we burst in past North Coast yeah so this is not the same servant from that time oh but this is the fellow from last night okay so yeah we we planted ourselves with the other gentlemen yeah so so Mulberry Hill says you know it's called jars or etc you are ushered in so you find obviously North coat North coat or the North coats we're in the habit of living in the pretty funky condition so yeah a messy study books and papers everywhere looking around you see you know this extensive library which half of it is off the shelves covering subjects of basic English grammar and instruction and other English language educational works world history British history works on modern technology and science various occult texts including many golden Don pamphlets though all are at least six years old six years ago something was unleashed a bakery okay well something is back green wasn't six years ago no but North coat right oh you know many of these many of these books have been well used in many cases abused pages have been torn out and tacked up on the wall many are scrawled upon in a amateurish hand others have been damaged built on or generally mistreated a chalkboard hangs on the wall looking very out of place presently blank so Mulberry Hill proceeds you know after kind of taking everything any proceeds through settings like okay show me Arthur North coat's quarters so the serpent takes you all through is he here you ask no mr. North coat has been gone for some time he departed Sunday afternoon I have not seen him since Sunday he saw us he did have me no because Sunday afternoon was the day that North coat Randolph was murdered right we were saw him Monday Monday afternoon is when Randall was killed okay I do believe a young Arthur was preparing to travel he asked me to fetch him a traveling bag so you know what you're saying any idea where to and oh no idea sir the family law the North coats took trips all over Britain and the continent of course the only place they went to repeatedly was a was an old hunting lodge up north so uh well you know show me through to his quarters at least and there you find a very untidy chambers stacks and stacks of magazines and newspapers all over the floor so he's not here he hasn't been here for some time on Arthur's bedside people just for a few days why is a popular history of st. Paul's 50-year-old yeah oh shit what day is it it is Thursday April 20th okay so got a couple days until Easter Sunday okay do you think he's at the hunters do you think he's at the lodge I do well Melinda price I mean so we take a six hours to get there I think we need to at least scratch that itch are very magical very green very might see I'm interested in the hunters lodge ideal yes so I think we should go the back green and then do we ask more he'll do a company us then yeah I mean do you want to ask we do you want to go with this do you give him reason to go with you you got a lot of men on your investigation well I know it's the ripper well that's good reason yes and yes it wasn't it pull grains it was at the other oh shoot what was the name of that seance guys yeah horrible well no no in between the seance that you want to with the china town well well he was touching at you arrived horribly horribly you know conventional okay it's the thing I'm showed up I did walls mm-hmm so he might know more than he is admitting but that might mean that he can be a nice and the apps here can get it all right so yeah I mean he I think had my pretty sure he's pretty suspicious yeah this point yeah but it also seems like he's been kind of suspicious about it going this on in the past anyways he doesn't have to come but I think we should ask yeah okay he says yes I believe I will come along and I'll bring a couple offices with me oh they can be monster fodder me chills me chills all right so tickets are arranged and you depart for back chain chutney sandwiches are packed lots of garlic still we're gonna vampire yeah well it's something yeah probably just the fairies out of time circle thing you know with the time you know right the Emperor all right so we're on the tree you some part of Nancy on the way carnomancy on the way please can we start them after yes yes yes oh yeah then see yeah totally yeah you get the emperor again yeah sorry sir here we go fly break it up for a bit a mile in coming to my kingdom are we bringing my murder and profit I'm keeping it with me on my personal yeah okay all right so it's I don't know I'm kind of feel but it's like you have to bring I really want to leave it either have to bring down have to bring it in we need it we need the whole everything me everything bring it all yes all right let's go take the four hour train right over hill just a little bit like what who's your wife and what does you look like you know as your wife and what does she look like guys I'm sure you were called we all met yes I guess you know it's Celestia and I'm during the Bidwell incident yeah I wish it was not protocol at all for him to have been there no and we're inviting him he knows that we are somehow he's allowing us to conduct our own sort of investigation without stopping us right I want to grill him kind of like really what do you know on like what do you think you're persuaded oh can I get a bonus did she know oh I make it yay no bonus needed what I'm about to tell you cannot leave this part as you recall during the bidwell case there was some suspicion that bidwell may have been the river oh that was during the palgrine I'll tell me it was grand father the Belgrade grandfather was was it was an old wizard yeah okay anyway there was some suspicion because bidwell had come back and the murders started so I was put on the case by outside I'm what outside influence if you might ask let me just say that there's some suspicion among some of my brethren brother in a secret order that I belong - oh my goodness that's the worst that may have been one of our rights right I've got a marriage I would say you could use that and that built bidwell was a member of that and so the files on the river were sealed for a hundred years in order to deflect any suspicion for my order okay and although I don't know who or what is causing is is behind these latest murders again I have been called upon to see to it that if it is one of our own that it is taking care of I see I see I'm sure you understand how close to me back green all right four hour train ride two-hour court coach ride you come down into back green find it having not changed one bit there is one there is one difference and unexpected snowfall blanket of the town with a good two inches of snow April in April snow okay as the forest looking actually no no it looks like the springtime forest trees are coming back they have died though yes okay so where are we going to the lodge let's go so you arrive at the lodge any precautions you want to well I have my dagger on me and you come spear vision hey I have invisibility spell that's true it takes a day to perform I'm saying just see yeah see if anything what visibility spell no spirit vision spirit vision I don't have to do you want invisibility maybe I'll save it then oh any magic points you guys are spending the other day of come back oh good hooray cuckoo cuckoo cuckoo cuckoo cuckoo cuckoo oh ku kri kukri kukri yeah okay all right that is a germis knife all right of course I have with those my exploring day that's right of course right exactly even a human even if I'm not human yeah by the Gurkas lovely lovely lotus one I would like one of those guys a lot of power I'm good fun to power lotus one it is said that it or one of force it is said that once you're on it cannot be reached she'd before just tasted well nice yeah that's awesome I like how boring he looks yeah exactly I got my old trench good it's an elven gun and a kukri and a cane and my club wow yeah all right we're ready the club is like you can't I have my dog in my gummy my nice so you find the front door unlocked all right let's go inside it looks a lot like how you remember it several years ago the Queen Victoria with the Union Jack and the regimental flag crossed above it look I just heard it for days that you know messy dusty however the St. Michael's chapel painting which now hangs at the convent yes has been replaced by another Melinda price let me go investigate what is it what is it what is it this the picks of battle scene a handful of Arthur's Knights are desperately fighting off Mordred's overwhelming army a few of the former seem to be fighting fighting on despite lost limbs while the latter where arm are adorned with Christian crosses and holy symbols really so it would be Mordred's army with these elements are basically it reminds those of you who saw the fresco which I think yeah yeah half of us it's reminiscent of that that's not but but Mordred is in the foreground of the painting Arthur and Mordred do battle for the final time Mordred's mouth is foaming as he drives the shaft of the spear into Arthur's side a look of demonic glee on his face but he's the Christian yes he's a Christian well I suggested that Arthur and Merlin well pagans and okay Arthur grips the hilt of a sword with both hands driving it deep into the breast of Mordred right there's a little bronze plaque on the frame on the gilded frame that says the depth of Arthur okay the second difference is that you see a traveling bag sitting in the room so we look at it what is it change of clothes toiletries and a lot a lot of pound of notes take his razor to just to piss him off take his razor yeah he's got a beard isn't he? So you're an al-50 count richard well done Lily it's sharp-lived so we're looking around the lodge yep where's your North coat yeah you you explore the lodge from top to bottom he's nowhere to be found is in the forest he's in Merlin's cave Lily saying shit Martin's chapel check out the shackles because remember the night that was there yep his head with a head cut off it wasn't a night he was a guard he was a 17th century oh sorry I got excited but yes there was a headless soldier all right we should go to the chapel it's a great idea let's go okay I mean so do you think that the painting of the chapel is now hanging his house and the house you have your hired thugs with you as well burly protectors are a bounty time-possible than one detective yes duly noted all right so you you have the woods I brought them up of course yes yes you you find them quite changed an aspect these woods feels like no longer the sensation of a beating heart feels it feels normal like you know there's no there's no fungus and there's no like sense of freaking doom it is still a primordial forest but you know it's not alive and waiting to eat you right so you're breath puffs out as you make your way for the chill yes following Padma's map and the crosses carved periodically and free trunks and soon you are looking at St. Michael's Chapel here it is the shield or gigadore and I know there's been so I've become across me well the forest floor itself is relatively snow free because even without the leaves the canopy I'm alright so there we are at the chapel the shield and a gig so however there is snow in the clearing of the chapel and you do see a set of footprints sorry so we'll set a footprints let's follow the prints yes all right we have questions we're not the only one in a secret society so you head into the chapel it is much as you remember it mm-hmm it is still rotting at least no just wow that's weird cold the skeleton the open two years no that's an easy that makes me easy there's still the opened tomb yes oh yeah but it wasn't in there so okay let me just check something here big bad it's loading loading loading loading here we are here the boss it's a boss I like this you look up at you she looked up at the crunch I know oh yeah I like the sound it's like the deal with the Monterey Aquarium yeah I know it's almost jellyfish walk from you okay so you're all making your way in yes Mulgore Hill and Lee rude dog looking around yes zero oh you've got that place around you you find yourself gripping your elephant gun under your trot coat yes ready fraction oh but wait without realizing why you are pulling your elephant gun out you're pointing it at Mulgore Hill's back go ahead and make a roll to hit up and gun skill 55 okay so you are within point blank range so it's double to 110 so what did you roll 35 so it's not a critical hit but you did hit him so go ahead and roll the damage you'll see how do you really feel that well I'm not tonight it just moved on oh he's he's moved on he's moved all over the table all right so yeah you lift the gun and just go oh my god we all hear that oh yeah and you just blast and and Mulgore Hill just flies for hits the ground oh yeah I'm gonna run to Mulgore Hill yeah I'm gonna shoot him I don't know yeah all right so so he hits the ground groaning he's not not dead oh my god dead no he is he is seriously injured yeah the bull came out the front okay so you start tending to Mulgore Hill yeah it was it was a clean it was a clean shot okay he's probably got a punctured lung and and you know he's in critical condition well we have a ton of bodyguards can we have two of them carry on carry out well basically what happens is as the gun goes off they you know the book it what possible spin around and you know or not they're not constable sorry detective detective inspectors spin around pulling out their own revolvers put it on yeah yeah well the early protectors and of guns can we get over here all right so so you're motioning them to take a little bit more yeah out there shouting it's Cyril you'll drop the gun if you just have two of them yeah we have two cronies left yeah all right Cyril so you you feel like you're back in control of your own faculties really okay what the hell is happening drop the gun okay drop it yeah okay all right so you shot Mulgore Hill and probably kill him so and so as you're all yeah as you're all kind of shouting at each other the the burly protectors are are hoisting Mulgore Hill up the headless corpse rises from the pew pulls out a broadsword and puts it right into the back of one of the bugs oh shit come here Sandrolls please 30 I fail I fail and we're going for under over I fail oh I make it okay so everyone who made it lose one really you lose six go ahead and give me a idea role no I don't of course I make it increase your kathulamethos by one another one okay and nothing okay oh no what do I realize you think I knew it at the ground collapse okay I mean like you have listen he's already dead so I don't think shooting him's gonna help no I mean actually something's gonna take a couple of minutes floating floating I'm gonna say spirit vision I want to see what's going on okay wow so a little painted you're doing your vision one to force against the corpse okay you can give a shot can I actually do stuff on doing spirit vision no just check in yes so how many magic points that's two magic points oh my god any sort of understanding of what was going on yes that's that's why I'm tracking around okay okay all right it's not like you're out for hours or anything all right all right all right horrible so you're one to force in it I am yeah I'm battling the history and I made a thing okay okay so how many magic points remember how this work do you choose how many magic points you're expending right that matches against the targets Constitution and then if you win that then it's paralyzed I'm gonna spend three okay okay so how many magic points that reduce you to nine okay let's see here okay so what I need is a one earless 14 all right so you yeah you just point the lawn the glass or wood it's what all right so you point this wooden wand at this thing and there's like a slight sort of like ringing sound thing just like falls over nice okay one down meanwhile you're doing spirit vision you're looking yes yes and you just see this like weird kind of creepy almost like fog like energy kind of coming up out of the tomb myself painted you are this is all it's all worth to pop out spirit vision and do some sort of exorcism on the tomb are you sure you're getting any of this anyone else I'm gonna pop out and be like okay creepy fog so one of the one of the burly guys is down but the other ones are dragging over the house the two detectives are now now that you've dropped your gun they've taken their guns off of you and they're just kind of looking around like what is going on yes you know they're kind of freaking out yeah I'm going to know that all hell is breaking loose yes pull out my coop re while reaching for my reaching back for my gun again okay since everybody else is distracted right right you're gonna be vigilant protector make sure that I go get people covered okay so Padma you're saying the tomb all right all right all right so that's the end of that round so now you can start doing your exorcism ritual okay Celesteia what are you doing I'd like to chime in on the exorcism ritual if I can you know I do okay sure yeah so Padma you can drop back into spirit vision and start performing the exorcism ritual okay it takes five minutes so you two begin doing your ritual right do we get a break on the time since we're both doing it or is there any advantage we're doing it say that or if one of us for instances hold out and distracted will that would still keep going that's a good idea that's okay all right let's both do it and I would say also that Padma you get a bonus okay from solicitation yeah all right all right so you start that really you're still fainted yeah well you're just guarding the technical guarding as well one of them starts moving towards the tomb should they should maybe that's a good question zero oh god that was a horrible joke oh yeah and so round four the detective is moving towards the tomb when a man comes leaping out of the tomb yes it is Arthur Northcoat he is naked and wielding an eight inch long nice yeah damn it Lily we're not at the concert anymore he's wielding a dagger like an eight inch like like a butcher knife sized dagger it looks like a picture dagger looks like an ancient dirt oh like a disemboweling night or chance maybe what sort of thing so he leaps out of the tomb and lunges at the detective oh my god zero one he just he just leaves for his like and the detective just like you know bending over with his intestines spilling out sandals from everyone I'm passed out I'm passed out oh yeah yeah uh-huh pass pass oh okay I'm 98 oh all right so you was one okay oh oh that's disgusting okay so I still passed out please you're still passed out so the the other detective opens fire zero that's not going to worry about you yeah I'm going to lay out around and worked on the phantom yeah okay what's your what's your decks my decks is eight okay so the detective's gonna go for you no he misses all right open gun is Arthur still coming at them pass so okay go ahead and roll damage nice 13 gonna roll Arthur's dodge he misses yes so you hit him now we're gonna see what he's made of exactly how much does it 13 just counting on boss hit points okay so okay so so the the 60 caliber round hits him and you know causes a pretty nasty looking wound in his chest you know blood you know found their stabilizing hey what's a damage bonus that's only on melee okay yeah and it knocks him back a bit actually but but he just sort of like growls oh of course naked man American psycho bail he's not wearing sneakers though and and yeah starts just starts coming coming forward ah oh my god no all right I still passed out see here you're on four five explore the world right steely resolve all right so so we're gonna shoot again and no that's a miss shake it another guy that's got this and bow okay Arthur is close enough to strike out and hits and slashes the man across his bicep oh and the man drops his revolver what are burly dudes doing at this point well now they've heard the gunshots they're about to come back and okay so all three of them left with yeah they're taking over here and see here no but the one thing I can see is skulls on the page yes you wake up okay okay my decks is 12 I have a lotus one and I'm ready to use it in some use it somehow against it's not gonna help me here no why not it's going it it helps you with magical rituals I don't have any exercises would you get the lotus one right wouldn't that help not if she doesn't know that I have spirit vision I just see what's going on text rose invisibility takes a day okay all right so your elephant got it out what am I gonna do it's out mmm it's two rounds I mean you can reload we should have won the mover hill yeah that's a that's an action how close is he can get you can get to you you have your dagger on you you're big fucking sword oh yeah I think in my three green yeah all right you're gonna get it right yeah so Arthur has a higher decks than you so no really any is more life than anything Arthur was in okay do you have a Dodge all right or you can also try and parry with your kukri that's just your kukri skill 45 45 so if you can roll 45 realize you're gonna parry is below okay oh shit no oh no yeah I got an impale so oh are you serious oh no 14 points of damage oh oh wow that's spicy hit points spicy meatball so you see his knife just flash out his throat night night Sarah nice doing y'all he likes kippers adventures adventures first thing again oh no each combat round is approximately 10 seconds so it's been a minute so I'm in a minute it's five minutes and pretty much everyone's down Lily the detectives revolver is on the ground we try it shoot mm-hmm all right what's your do you have any skill in hand no so it's your default skill just 25 your point blank range that gives you 50 or less Miss okay I want to force and I have exorcism okay so you actually get two shots around and I have a revolver all right all right all right all right I feel like one of us needs to intervene I feel who would have the higher higher odds with the one before yeah how many magic was you I have eight I have nine magic points okay yeah who would be better at the law at the wand both whoever's got more so I'm gonna use the one of force on King Arthur okay go for it I'm going to use Emperor I'm going to use the more magic points you have remaining the more the the higher the odds they are able to knock him out right but the fewer magic points you spend the less time has been unconscious but that may not matter to you right now she's just time up five minute points okay so that knocks you down four okay let me let me see here if you spent one magic point yeah you would need a five or less I'd better spend five magic points I'm saying the more magic points you spend the less effective less your chances are wait what the med the magic points you spend the fact how long he's paralyzed if you succeed oh but the magic points you have remaining after that spend are what you use to oppose against his power so the best I could do was to use one magic point exactly and after oh five or under mm-hmm let's do it mmm go go go go go go no yeah so you point your wand at him and nothing unfortunately now of course at this point the Burleigh protectors do come back in oh no we're gonna see them get what systematically they have to be good for something all right so Lily what is your dexterity 12 okay all right so Arthur is going to strike at you since you shot at him or the dagger on me too oh my god he missed yes he's distracted by my beauty possibly you're keeping both well he just he sort of lashes out at you you know okay all right so now you can take a shot at it and fix your shot I'm gonna try again 34 okay all right he missed his dodge by one so good damage damage on a 38 1d 10 1d 10 come on on at least 8 1 oh yeah second shot oh yes okay let's try them again make it nice 10 damage 9 yay 10 total 10 total all right so you you know he's he's coming at you he's just like yeah and just yeah so the first shot just like kind of wings him gets him like kind of the shoulder but the second shot gets him right over the heart and he just drops to the ground okay I go over to his body family you're still in spirit vision you're doing that just as a ritual stick right you can see these these tendrils are still encircling him mm-hmm and they're they're infusing him and you can see his light his his aura kind of dimmed and it's starting to slowly rejuvenate can I say anything or am I just like I'm gonna go you're you're in toning stuff under your breath all right so he drops to the ground yes I want to like make sure he's dead okay so you fired four shots you have two shots left okay she didn't put blank in the head a couple times mm-hmm all right so really there's no there's no need for damage I mean you put it yeah okay so you put two rounds in him and his brains just splatter all over the floor oh he's so gorgeous Pat will you're in spirit vision and you can see the aura just dim completely okay you can complete the ritual if you wish yes just in case no oh my god this house is clean holy I'm gonna complete it so you complete the ritual and the the tendrils seem to dissipate yeah yeah everyone give me a listen I feel my five so during the wait push I want to push it yeah I'm in a push mine - okay if you fail I failed I didn't tell you the consequences so I'm gonna because you may not want to roll oh because I'm gonna say it's what you're listening for if you fail it's gonna come right through the doors what if you okay so in other words I'm gonna give you a chance to react if you make your listen roll it'll give you a good head start if you take your initial failure you'll have a small head start if you fail your push you'll have no head start no okay no she no no pushing so basically while the exorcism rituals being performed the thugs kind of stepped outside for a smoke and to check on over hill mm-hmm so suddenly there is this furious barking and then shortly after that you hear some shots of alarm okay screens really Jesus what do you want to do is there a back entrance or window yeah it's a woman right there's gonna be on the way it's but it's they're a second string here some other kind of wasn't anything we can like run around outside and then come around to hide and see what burst in the building you are there are windows so you could you could scramble I'm gonna say we scramble at the window and hide beside the building I'm going I'm gonna further distance yeah okay all right so all right so you all pile out through the window now so let's do you're just making a run for it yeah I'm gonna fall Celeste yeah yep I'm making a run for it yeah hopefully oh I'm in numbers is more what I'm yeah mmm yeah although I mean we're gonna get least get to the tree line before it maybe see us yeah we can hide and then exactly that's what I want to do yeah exactly yeah so you you all run out the other side you hear the screaming colleague comes running after you with her tail between your legs and you all just book it across the clearing to the part side and then you stop to look no no once we're we're going for the tree line yeah so looking back over your shoulders basically you've got a sort of rear 3/4 view of the chapel yeah you can't really see the front right right but you can hear the screams of your brutally protected oh for guys and you can see over the the peak roof of the chapel you see what appear to be the set of maybe maybe branches but maybe like squid like tentacles they're sort of one in the same sort of waving and then and then descending and coming back up again and then you see like half a torso kind of skate out across the lawn yeah and and there's just this weird sort of screeching noise it's just on the edge of your of your range of here I'm gonna take Holly's book and an even one yeah she didn't stop where I think we're gonna follow all right sand rolls from you all the course yeah oh my god I fail I make mine I way make mine just another day in the life of tentacles yeah exactly okay so Pat I'm gonna use one anyway so last year you lose two little you lose five I'm kind of I mean did you start with when before you went to the woods and you lost your six before and everything 50 and now I'm at 39 oh yeah so you're gonna have another definite insanity yeah I've lost it but you use another if you get another point of the limit those I don't want that but you're getting it yet you have it okay you're you're gonna have his basically hysterical muteness for the time being you're just you're you're just running with a silent scream yeah yeah oh my god that is good but that's not your definition okay great nice and so you guys flee in terror from that green place Mulver Hill is left behind as our everyone else you went into went into the woods with including Cyril but the once-in-future King lies dead in St. Michael's Chapel and the St. Paul's thing never went through Easter Sunday comes and goes nothing happens and oh it was everyone else about so guilty about leaving no no way no we have to well we know the risks but it's so bad what do you get what we can't fight I know there wasn't any time there's no time wait go on so you wait you wait on tenter hooks to see if anything else comes out and the Ripper murders cease and just enter into the the annals of a London crime history and like I say nothing happens at St. Paul's that Easter and indeed things seem to return much normal well you know you're just all a little a little bothered by perhaps the thought that it is said that King Arthur can never truly die he he waits slumbering for a time we're gonna need him most and to murder prostitutes the most I'm supposed to kill the future fuck you blew it well you don't know you don't know I don't know that creature could be avenging him so and the fact that there are no tendrils I saw tendrils everything was sneaky little the fact that there are no further murders you know give you some level of hope if we could if we kill that couldn't kill that creature maybe head off is that it well I'm gonna give you a sanity rewards okay so Padma you get nine Sandy whoa so let's yeah it's nine he's two lily good six oh I know I'm beginning to debate if you're left with the sense of any ambiguity but you know things seem to return more or less to normal your your fears about probably actually crew well-founded uh-huh as he does attempt to take over at a certain point in alliance with matters early the next year there's a there's a showdown at the inner sanctum now probably shows up in a kilt and a black mask and nothing else I don't know but the the order collapses shortly thereafter and splinters into various groups weight actually becomes the leader of one of them gates and far form their own and so perhaps you all go in different directions but you you know maintain touch with you and stay in touch with each other and there'll be a little postscript preach one of you but that is the that is the end of the golden dog against all odds three-quarters of you survive really amazing and then quick it to India I'm out of here you're just gonna like well nice I'm gonna go leave flowers the mouth of the forest recovery are you yeah I'm not gonna go in them well actually yeah that'll be part of your postscript because you're We're not the only one, but we'll cover that later.
