New Life Church - Downtown Little Rock

The Book of Acts: The Jerusalem Council - Pastor Blake Polston

Just like we do today, the early church wrestled with unity in how they should live as a community. In Acts 15 we see the church working to establish kingdom grace in a culture that had been singularly focused on following commandments. Salvation comes through faith in Christ alone, but unity in the body of Christ requires work. The problem becomes when we allow culture to shape our faith more than we allow our faith to shape our worldview.
