They want to interact with you. So like Google Chrome, right? They see everything you do. They see how you interact with it. You know, if you're a business, you know, that you can neck down from all the way to how long someone looked at a certain part of a wedge webpage and how many times it interacted with a certain part. But this whole next new level is they're looking at how you even think about interacting with that data layer. So they're getting into even deeper into your brain, and that's in the ways they can help make predictive text. Now, everybody, welcome back. So what the heck is a funnel hub anyway? I've done a couple podcast episodes on this, but the best way to describe it is it is a purpose driven website designed to engage your prospects no matter where they are in your value ladder. So with that said, imagine a funnel hub as the brain of your digital marketing efforts. It's where you guide your potential customers from casually checking out your site to becoming devoted fans. The main goal is to attract new customers, nurture leads, boost those all important conversions, creating a memorable brand, centralizing your content in one place and making your customer's customer experience top notch. So by blending different marketing tactics together and keeping an eye on the data because we love our data, everything we do is data driven. We look for constant ways to tweak our funnels and our funnel hub, and our funnel hub crafts a smooth and enjoyable journey for your customers. It makes it very simple for them to follow through the process. And right now customer experience is what it's all about. The more your customer experience can be improved and modified and optimized for your customer's user enjoyment, the better off you'll be. So it's not only about keeping them happy, but it also helps you to grow your business and to rake in more revenue because at the end of the day, we're in the business to generate revenue. And that's what we want to do and we want to do it in an ethical and safe way and we want to do it in a way that we give more value than we get in return. How does this work? So an AI analyzes customer data and it offers personalized content and product recommendations. Now you may do this through setting up a automation flow using make or Zapier to record data or download data from your Google analytics account every so often. And maybe you have it set up on a once a week basis or maybe you're doing some maybe split testing and you want to have it done on a regular daily basis for a couple days because you're optimizing. So analyzes a customer data, develops personalized content and product recommendations. Now, if you're in the e-commerce space, you may have one product, you may have 20 products. If you have one product, you may not be able to use the model of recommending your own product, but maybe you have your model talk more about the increased benefits or the features and the benefits that the customer is going to get. Using machine learning algorithms, your content will be adjusted for each visitor. So imagine that. Each customer that comes in is going to get a different unique personalized vision of your website, your funnel hub, your business. So this kind of personalization grabs attention and drives conversions through the roof. When people know that you are, when people know that they are getting the information that they want for their specific problem, they're going to be much more likely to engage and convert and they're going to research more. A funnel hub provides a great way for someone to research your product and services because now you've got content on there. Maybe you have blog posts, maybe you have YouTube videos, maybe you have a podcast that's attached to your site. All these things provide information so that as people are being moved through the funnel, they can learn more about your products and ultimately make a decision. Now another thing is AI chatbots. These chatbots can provide real-time assistance. They can answer queries, they can answer questions, make product recommendations. They guide visitors through your sales funnels seamlessly and they can handle multiple interactions at once, ensuring that no customer is left hanging. Instant responsiveness deletes. So as soon as the lead comes in, they are responded to immediately either through the chatbot or an email or a SMS text message instantaneous. You've been on a website where you put your email and your cell phone number in there and you instantaneously get a text message in an email at the same time. Pretty amazing. So let's look at some of the ways that artificial intelligence can turbocharge your funnel hub. First, data-driven insights. And one of the first data-driven insights that we're going to look at is customer behavior analysis. So understanding your customer is key to effective marketing. And I think even more important that is knowing your customer and knowing your customer's pain points and problems and what they're looking for, where they hang out, what associations they're part of, having that really well-developed customer avatar. AI tools can also sift through massive amounts of data. We know that and they can identify patterns and trends in customer behavior. Now, this analysis is going to give you very deep insight into what is driving your customer's behavior. With these insights, you can fine tune your marketing. So you can go back, look at the data, look at where your customer has been and what sticking points they've had. Optimize things and improve their customer journey, turning your funnel hub into a powerhouse, a turbocharger of customer conversions. Now, one of my new favorite subjects, predictive analytics. So imagine knowing what your customer wants before they do. Now, that's a little bit creepy. It's almost like mind reading, but predictive analytics can forecast future behaviors and trends. This allows you to adjust your strategies proactively and in real time, in some cases, with some of the different AI applications that are out there. Imagine being able to respond to things as they're happening. So when you anticipate your customer's needs, you stay ahead of the curve, ensuring your funnel hub always meets customer expectations and boost conversions. Now, let's talk about how automation and marketing tasks or automation of marketing tasks can turbocharge your productivity and make you more efficient on a daily basis. First of all, lead generation and qualification. AI can automate this by analyzing visitor data and interactions, ensuring only the highest quality leads are passed on to your sales team. Now, this seems time increases efficiency and boosts your conversion rates. With AI handling all this grunt work, all the day to day stuff, your team can focus on closing deals and driving revenue, and that's what it's all about. Email marketing is at the cornerstone, the centerpiece of a customer engagement program. Your AI can automate email campaigns, sending personalized emails to people based on their behavior and what their preferences are. So imagine that they come, they look, they fill out maybe some gated content and they get a lead magnet or they go through a survey funnel and they answer some questions. Now you can send them out personalized emails that address their needs. It also schedules follow up emails to reengage potential customers, ensuring a smooth and continuous sales process enhanced user experience. We talked a little bit earlier about enhancing the user experience. In today's global market, if you don't have multilingual support and you're not reaching a diverse audience, you are making a huge mistake. Our economy has been a global economy for, gosh, probably the last 30 years and it's just gotten more and more global. Okay, I just did an interview the other day that will be coming out in probably the next week or so with Andrew Pearson. And he was in Macau, Macau, China, I guess it's Hong Kong, Hong Kong? Yeah, Macau is in Hong Kong. So you've got to have multilingual support. AI powered chatbots can offer this multilingual support, making your funnel hub accessible to a much wider, much broader audience. Inclusivity, enhances customer satisfaction as people feel valued and understood. So I'm going to say that again, so everybody hears that inclusivity. When people feel included, it enhances their customer experience, their customer satisfaction, and people feel valued and they feel understood and they feel heard. So it's so important, especially when we're dealing with a multilingual global economy that you understand that. Interactive and engaging content, going over the days of static content. So AI enables the creation of interactive quizzes, surveys, and personalized videos. These elements captivate visitors and keep them engaged, providing valuable data on preferences and behavior and further personalizes their experience. Continuous improvement. AI can help you set up feedback loops. AI strengthens its ability to learn and improve. So when you can analyze customer interactions and feedback, AI creates continuous feedback loops. This allows for real-time adjustments and improvements in your funnel hub, keeping it relevant and effective. Sentiment analysis, one of my favorites. So AI is good at understanding your customer's sentiment. It's key to maintaining your positive reputation. AI analyzes interactions to gauge customer satisfaction and identify the areas that you need to improve it. So this proactive approach helps ensure issues get resolved quickly, enhances overall customer experience, and ensures customers remain happy and loyal. So case studies, Amazon uses AI for personalized recommendations and seamless shopping experience. Netflix analyzes your viewer behavior and preferences to offer tailor content. Spotify creates personalized playlists and recommends music based on user habits. They've got that thing now on there, that AI tool where you can set up a DJ, and the guy's got the DJ vibe to him, and he plays the music that you like and listen to. So hopefully you found this information informational and engaging to wrap things up. Integrating your artificial intelligence and your automation tools and your funnel hubs can really revolutionize the effectiveness of your funnel hubs. So from personalized interactions and the data-driven insights that you get to automation and enhanced user experience, AI offers endless benefits. By continuously improving and adapting to customers' needs, businesses can create more engaging, efficient customer-centric funnel hubs. So as AI technology aboms and grows and learns, its impact is only going to make it a more indispensable tool for us as modern marketing. Thanks for tuning in to the AI powered marketing show. Until next time, keep innovating, keep iterating, and stay ahead of the curve. We'll see you in the next episode. [MUSIC] [Music] [BLANK_AUDIO]
