If you know anything about modeling and analytics, you have to get the data right and that's in some cases 75% of the work. So we do a lot of that. We do quite a bit of digital marketing as well and then customer experience as well as another one of our strengths. Welcome back. First things first, let's break down what a shadow funnel is. So unlike a traditional sales funnel, which tracks direct interactions with leads, the shadow funnel is all about those unforeseen indirect touch points that subtly influence a potential customer's journey. These are small interactions across various digital channels that often go unnoticed but play a crucial role in shaping a lead's perceptions and decisions. So I optimize in the shadow funnel, you can reveal hidden opportunities to better engage and convert leads. So for example, let's look at your traditional sales funnel. You have most cases you have some sort of a lead magnet that attracts somebody to your funnel. Maybe you don't. Maybe you have first page is your sales page. Then you have your order form. Maybe you have one or two upsells and a thanking page. Now if you use the lead magnet, sales page, order form, upsell format, thank you page format, then you have a number of places where somebody can drop off. The shadow funnel is for the person that goes through the very first part, your sales page. They've already opted in, they've given your email or maybe they haven't opted it in and you don't have anything. You have no information whatsoever about them and they drop off. So let's say you have a optimum rate of 3%. That means 97% of the people that see your either ads traffic, your organic traffic or your emails, well it wouldn't really be impacted with emails because that's traffic that you own and control. But if 97% of the people were dropping off, it's not very efficient. So what we do with the shadow funnel is the shadow funnel is focused on those 97% of people or prospects that drop off. So and that's where we are going to be over the next month or so I'm going to be focusing more on the shadow funnel and explaining the concept. It's a hard concept to understand because it really doesn't have any structure. It doesn't have any, it's not like it does have a certain degree of structure but it's not like you can look at a diagram and say okay, you know, here's page one, page two, page three, page four. It's a little bit more complicated than that. So with that said, let's move on to getting things started here. So let's kick things off with data collection and aggregation. So the goal here is pretty straightforward. Automate and gather the data from various sources into one unified spot. So imagine tools like web scrapers, data aggregation platforms that pulling information from web analytics, social media, CRM systems, and even third-party data providers. Using AI to analyze the various routes leads take and identify their drop-off points can help you optimize lead paths through the funnel. Platforms like heap, mix panel, or AI enhanced Google Analytics can help you reduce drop-off and streamline lead conversion pathways making your funnel more efficient. Sales forecasting. Sales forecasting is also vital. AI-driven sales forecasting models and able businesses to make informed decisions based on accurate predictions. Tools like Clary, Avisio, or custom-built forecasting tools can optimize your resource allocation and strategically help you plan your business to stay ahead of the curve. Data cleaning and enrichment. Who would ever think you would have to clean data but last but not least data cleaning and enrichment. Ensuring your data is accurate and relevant is essential for effective targeting and personalization. AI can clean and enrich your data by cross-referencing with public sources maintaining high quality data. Platforms like clear bit, zoom info, or custom AI solutions can help you keep your data in tip-top shape ensuring your marketing efforts are always on point. Keep your data clean folks. By incorporating AI into your funnel you can enhance and automate every stage of lead generation and nurturing process. This framework improves data collection, behavioral analysis, scoring, personalized engagement, automated nurturing, real time engagement, path optimization, sales forecasting, and data enrichment. The ultimate goal, higher conversion rates, and better marketing efficiency. Just remember the ultimate goal of your shadow funnel is to get them out of the shadows and into your active funnel.
