Amanda Oenbring is the CEO of the Upcycled Food Association, whose mission is to champion upcycling as one of the most critical solutions to mitigate the climate crisis. By working with stakeholders, including farmers, the Upcycled Food Association uses data and research to change the way food is consumed and disposed of in order to help fight climate change.
