I feel the presence of God. I feel the anointing of the Holy Ghost. Listen, we want to welcome you this morning to this broadcast as we begin a new series and it's called You Are Never Alone. There is ever a time that you need to know that you are never alone. It's in these troublesome times, trials and tribulations that we are living in and we begin a new series. You are never alone. And on this morning, I want to talk about in life's lowest moments, he's there. In life's lowest moments, he's there. I want to read something to you from the book of Isaiah chapter 43 verse 2 says, "When thou passes through the waters, I will be with thee, and through the rivers they shall not overfill thee. When thou walkest through the fire, thou shall not be burned. Neither shall the flame kindle upon thee." I just love how honest God is with his people. You notice God says, "When thou passes through the waters I'll be with thee." And he said, "And through the fire it'll not burn you up." So God is telling you, you're going to go through it saints. Faith in God does not avoid trials and tribulations. Faith in God does not means you're not going to go through anything. In fact, faith in God means just opposite. If you have faith in God, you're going to go through the fire. You are going to face the trials and the tribulations of life. But thank God we got to promise that when we pass through the waters, they won't overflow us. And through the rivers, he said, when you pass through the waters, he says, "I'll be with you." And through the rivers they won't overflow you. God's not going to allow you to be, he's not going to allow you to be defeated. Amen? When you walk through the fire, glory to God, thou shall not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. So he gave us a promise that trouble is coming. But in the midst of the trouble, he gave us a promise that we'll never be alone. He said, "I will be with thee." I mean, God is who you need on your side. If God is with you in the water, if He's with you in the flood, if He's with you in the fire, if He's with you in death, if He's with you in sickness, if God is with you in your marriage, trouble, in your relationship with your children, in that business deal that went sour to the person in the military, to the politicians, those who are genuine in their walk with God. If God is with you, He's going to bring you through it. He guarantee, He says, in fact, I'm going to be with you. Not a second are you going to be by yourself? Not a minute, not an hour, not a day, not a week, not a month, not a year. You're going to be by yourself without God. Hebrews chapter 13 verse 5, at the end of that verse, he says, "I will never leave thee nor forsake thee." I will never leave thee nor forsake thee. It's a promise. That means whatever you are facing right now, whatever you're going through right now, God is right there with you in the midst of that trouble. I want to take you to a passage of Scripture in the book of Acts 27 when the apostle Paul was facing one of the greatest real storms of his entire life. Listen to what the Bible says in Acts 27 verse 20 through 26. Paul said, "The terrible storm raged for many days, blotting out the sun and the stars until," listen to Paul, "until at last all hope was gone." Paul said, "They lost all hope. They thought it was over. They thought they were going to die. They thought it's over for us." Are you listening to this? You know why I love reading Scriptures like this? Because we have heard so much of the positive confessions concerning faith that you would almost think that you ain't going to go through nothing if you have faith in God, which that's absolutely false. That's not true. And this is why I love reading my Bible because the Bible tells you the truth and nothing but the truth so help us God. Amen? Paul said, "We thought all hope was gone. They thought they were going to die." Paul said, "No one had eaten for a long time." And that was 14 days, 14 nights. "No one had eaten for a long time." Finally Paul called the crew together and said, "Man, you should have listened to me in the first place and not left Crete. You should have avoided all this damage and loss because a few verses earlier Paul had warned them not to leave, but the Bible says, "When the South wind blew softly." That means it was nice and calm and those sailors thought, "This too is crazy we're going." But see Paul had the Holy Ghost in him. The Holy Ghost knew it was about to happen, but they didn't listen to Paul. And now let me say this to you. This is encouraging right here because not all of the troubles and trials we face was based on our own bad decisions. Thank God, right? Now of course we know a whole lot of stuff happened just because we were stubborn and we wanted to do things our way and we suffered for it. And there's grace for that as well. But in this situation here, Paul was caught up in a storm because of somebody else's stubbornness and somebody else's decision that was beyond his control. He was a prisoner. He can't tell them what to do even though he warned them they ignored him. So Paul was caught up in this storm because of somebody else's stubbornness. And if you are going through something not because of what you did, but because of what someone else's decision, God is going to even get you through that. Isn't that encouraging? Listen to this. Listen to what Paul said in the midst of this verse 22. Paul said, "But take courage, glory to God." My Lord, that's good news. In the midst of the storm and they hadn't seen light nor day for two whole weeks, Paul said, "Take courage." None of you will lose your lives even though the ship will go down. Wait a minute. Like, bro, come on. I mean, look, we've been in this thing for 14 days and 14 nights and you were saying what? But you know what? I'd rather have the truth any day of the week than twice on Sundays. I stole that from this nurse. Amen. Watch this. "But take courage, none of you will lose your lives even though the ship will go down." And they're thinking, "This guy's crazy." Verse 23, Paul says, "For last night." Ha ha. Here comes the good news. "For last night an angel of the God to whom I belong and to whom I serve stood beside me." Oh, glory to God. Mando boshikatarabasandebabahaya, mambrokose te libesande. Someone just left your hands to heaven and said, "Thank God. I'm never alone. Thank God I'm never alone. Thank God I'm never alone." In the midst of the storm, in the midst of losing all hope that they would even survive the storm, God had no left, Paul. In fact, listen to what Paul says. Paul said, "For last night an angel of the God to whom I belong and to whom I serve stood with me." And he said, "Don't be afraid, Paul, for you will surely stand trial before Caesar. What's more, God in his goodness has granted safety to everyone sailing with you. The angel of God showed up on the 14th day to tell, 14th night to tell Paul not a man on this ship is going to lose their life. How to been begging that angel, "Can you just lift the boat up and fly over, fly us out of this mess and drop us on the land?" God could have do that if he wanted to, but he wants us to trust him. And this what the angel said to Paul, "Don't be afraid, Paul, for you will surely stand trial before Caesar. What's more, God in his goodness has granted safety to everyone sailing with you. So take courage, for I believe God it will be just as he said. Can someone lift your hands to heaven and say, "I believe God, it'll happen exactly as God said." Exactly as God said, it's going to happen. God is not a man that he should lie, nor the son of man that he should have to repent. If he said it, he's going to make it good. If he spoke it, he's going to bring the thing to pass. Glory be to God. Paul said, "But we will be shipwrecked on an island." You know what I like about God? God ain't going lie to you. He's not going to give you false hope or comfort. God's going to tell you exactly what's about to happen. Well, it's good, bad, ugly. He's going to tell you. There's been times in my life where God let me know, "This is going to go bad, but I'm with you, son. I got you." And I believe the Holy Ghost is saying through this, "You are never a lone series. I'm with you, even in the midst of the storm. I'm with you." Yes, the winds are blowing. The waves are rocking the boat. You can't even see the light. You hadn't seen light for the last 14 days. But I'm with you. I got you. Some will lift your hands to heaven and say, "God's got me." Thank you. Can you type below this video and say, "God's got me." Thank you, Jesus. Listen to what Paul said. Verse 34 going down to verse 44, "Please eat something now for your own good." Paul said, "For not a hair of your heads will perish." Then he took some bread, gave thanks to God before them all, and broke off a piece and ate it. When morning dawned, they didn't recognize the coastline, but they saw a bay where the beach had wondered if they could get to shore by running the ship aground. So they cut off the anchors and left them in the sea. Then they lowered the runners, raised the foresail and headed towards shore. But they hit a show and ran the ship aground too soon. The boat of the ship stuck fast while the stern was repeatedly smashed by the force of the waves and began to break apart. The soldiers wanted to kill the prisoners to make sure they didn't swim ashore and escape, but the commanding officer wanted to spare Paul. So he didn't let them carry out their plan. Then he ordered all who could swim to jump overboard first and make for land. Listen to verse 44, "The others held on to planks or debris from the broken ship so everyone escaped safely to shore. Just as the angel set to Paul, not a man, not a man, is going to lose his life. The ship is going to be lost, but Paul, every single man sailing with you, is going to make it through their storm. They're going to make it to the other side. And they made it safely to the other side. God has given somebody under the sound of my voice. God's given you grace." He said to Paul in 2 Corinthians 12, "My grace is sufficient for you." 2 Corinthians 12 9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in the time of your weakness. You are never alone. My God, you are never alone. And in life's lowest moments, he's there. Come on, let's pray. Come on, join your faith with me. Father God, right now in the name of Jesus Christ, me and Pastor Amy, we join our faith with your wonderful people under the sound of our voice. I pray for strength. God let your grace rest on them. Let the strength of God come on them. Give them that peace from the inner and outer turmoil. Give them that peace in their hearts, that they're coming out of this, all right. That they're coming out safely, that they're going to make it. And let them know just because they are caught up in a storm. There's a means that you are not with them. You are right there. You are right there with them. You said, "I'll never leave you." You said, "I'll never leave you nor forsake you." And I'll be with you even unto the end. We thank you right now, God, for lifting that weight, that burden, and bringing the comfort of the Holy Ghost in the name of Jesus Christ. Somebody say, "Amen." Listen, we love all of you, and we just ask you a wonderful viewing audience. Continue to support this ministry in the work of God.
