(upbeat music) - Better strap yourself in. It's time for the Howie Car Show. (swooshing) - I mean, if the Lord Almighty cannot say, Joe, get out of the race and get out of the race and the Lord Almighty's not coming down. (laughing) - A sharp turn for history. As President Biden announced at 1.46 p.m., there would be no last campaign for him. - Wish. - In a separate statement, President embraced his Vice President. - Look at that face. Oh my God, I love it. - Live from the Matthew's Brothers Studios. - Would you agree that this is the most serious security lapse since President Reagan was shot in 1981? - Yes, sir, I would. - I would. - You know what Stuart Knight did afterwards? - He remained on duty. - He resigned. Big swing and a miss, yeah. - I think that I am the best person to lead the Secret Service at this time. - I believe you're horrifying an aptitude and your lack of skilled leadership is a disgrace. Your obvious skating today is shameful and you should be fired immediately and go back to Garden Doritos. - Rump swabs, hacks and moonbaits beware, it's... (upbeat music) - Howdy, car. - Kamala just said Joe is not done, far from it. Well, in that case, you can assume that he is done. Everything they say is the exact opposite of reality. She mentioned bow again, she said that a couple of days ago that she met the St. in Bow Biden when they were both the Attorney's General of their respective states. One, the largest state, the other, the just about the smallest state. But, you know, we'll see. 844, 542, 42. You know, a story that has been kind of overlooked the last couple of days with all the other national news going on is a story in the Herald that more than 300 quote unquote, serious incident reports have been recorded at Bay State illegal alien flop houses so far this year. So far this year, the year is just a little over half over. The Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Liveable Communities, again, whatever they say is the opposite. Liveable communities have been made unlivable. Has listed a total of 316 serious incident reports at hotels, congregate sites, scattered sites and co-shelders in the Emergency Assistance Family Shelter Program, again, flop houses. The Herald filed this public records request after previously reporting more than 20 people have been banned from the migrant family shelter program. Again, I repeat flop houses. For inappropriate actions unquote unquote, these individuals have been expelled while the state referred them to individual adult homeless shelters. A 29 year old man was reportedly booted from a hotel housing migrant families, illegal alien Haitians in Marlboro, as a 16 year old girl staying at the hotel got a restraining order against him. Their rumors are that he impregnated her and they moved him to another homeless shelter. They didn't arrest him, they called the Lyft, which was paid for by the taxpayers and sent him to Worcester. Joining us now in the line to discuss this is Senator Peter Durant from Spencer and he's been one of the people in the legislature who has been trying to find out some of the details about the chaos and the turmoil and the budgetary overruns in these flop houses for illegal aliens on welfare. Senator Durant, thanks for being with us here on the Howie Car Show. - Thanks for having me on Howie. - Were you surprised by this report in the Herald yesterday? - I'd like to say that I was surprised. I guess if I was surprised by anything, it was the number. Hearing about 300, as you had mentioned in your opening, there were earlier, there were 20 people that were removed from shelters and as you rightfully point out, they're not just kicked out, say, "Hey, here you go," or referred for prosecution. - Right. - Yeah, they just moved to the next place. So if anything, I was a little bit kind of taken back by seeing 300 incidences. This is just how this is the tip of the iceberg. We've been saying this for a long time and I hate to sound like a broken record, but we keep coming back saying this is more information. This is more information and I don't know where it's gonna stop. - And of course, they won't give us the details, but they say that serious incidents by their definition involve, "Serious misconduct, threatening behavior, or actual harm, involving or effective an emergency assistance program, any emergency assistance family members." They can also involve perpetrators that are family members, program staff, external community members, or anyone else. So, as far as I can tell, Senator Durant, there's been one arrest. One arrest, that's in Plymouth County, which is the one county left in the state that has a Republican district attorney. - And then I would guess, Holly, that this is not the first time in these individuals' life that they have committed crimes. This goes back to what we've been asking about all along, which is how are these people being vetted? How do we know who's coming into this state? And I think the answer is simply we don't. They're not being vetted properly if they're vetted at all. And this really just throws yet another black eye on this whole incident. It's out of control here. And I don't think that this is gonna be the end of it. We're gonna continue to see these things come up. Thank God for people like the Herald. They don't get stonewalled as much as we do. But they're able to find out some of this information and it's not good. - Well, again, the state of Massachusetts just gave us the bare minimum that they had to under the public records laws. But you would think that they're so concerned. I mentioned last week, Mary and Ryan, the district attorney of Middlesex County, she's so worried about these random shooting incidents in Cambridge, Somerville, Medford. And again, she should be. But what about this guy in Marlboro? That's her county too. And she didn't want to press charges against it. She just put them in the lift, charged it to the Commonwealth and moved them out of the county that she was responsible for. So can you commit, what crimes can you commit and get away with if you're an illegal alien and on welfare in Massachusetts? Apparently any crime. - Yeah, it seems like there's no end of the list of crimes that you commit. And wouldn't you want to show that you're taking a tough stance? I guess maybe that's a stupid question, but it seems to me like when you hear about these things, take some positive action, show people, hey, we're taking steps to make sure the system is safe, but this doesn't even seem to be happening. Just shuffle them around, don't worry about it. And we'll see where they commit crimes next. It's outrageous. - Yeah, and there was a story last week in the Patriot Ledger about how that they're running out of the time limit, supposedly now. And so the Quincy police, there's the Eastern Nazarene College, which has closed down. It's become just a total flop house, the campus. And so they're moving them out and dropping them off at the Wallace and Redline station. And so they're saying, the authorities are saying, well, there haven't been any serious incidents. One of the people that was being ejected through a brick at a staff member, but there are no serious incidents. I don't know about you, Peter, but, you know, if someone threw a brick at me, I'd consider it a fairly serious incident. - I think that might qualify as serious. You know, I think that would be assault with a deadly weapon. I'm not quite sure. - Right. - I'm not a lawyer, but, you know, I would kind of think that might be assault with a deadly weapon. - And they're just pooping it. - You're showing in to Ohio, another instance, right? So we're gonna clear out terminal E. Well, that will just move them to the MBTA stations. We're gonna, we'll have to pay millions of dollars to rehab another place, Norfolk, prison, of course. You know, the price tag is gonna be up around almost a billion dollars for that. Just for the-- - A million, a million, yeah. I mean, at 800,000, by the way, that's gotta be a real low ball number. 'Cause they shot that place down almost a decade ago because it was dangerous for the prisoners. Now they're gonna move in 400 people and they're gonna get it up and running and not safe for 800,000. I don't think so. - Oh, yeah, yeah. Well, does anything actually come in under budget? (laughing) - For the state, so, you know, we might not, we might not want to account on that money. But, you know, again, so what we're seeing is a concerted effort to bring people into the state, keep them here, accommodate them as much as possible when we end up with violent crimes or problems we just shuffle them around so that nobody can maybe see what's going on. And I don't know why we would expect different results. - And many of these criminals are registered to vote, now, aren't they? - Well, that's the question. And we're working hard on that right now to find out what the case is. So, once we saw what happened in Taunton and we see that, you know, oddly, people living in the hotels are registering to vote. Again, you know, we really have to be careful because it is possible that a legal, you know, homeless person who's down in their luck goes into the hotel and registers, it's kind of strange that that would happen, but it's entirely possible. But we're in the process right now of compiling voter lists, new voter lists from all of the cities and towns where they're located, where shelters are located, to see if we see a pattern. And then we're trying to take the next step to find out how they registered and really who they are. Are these people illegal? Are they eligible to be registered? Because again, our concern is that if you go get a driver's license, you're automatically registered to vote. And we know from experience that the registry has very lax controls on registering people to vote. So, we'd like to know the answers to these questions. - People are texting in and saying, what's the difference between what the, what the authority, the commonwealth and the local DAs and police are doing and what the Archdiocese of Boston did 20, 25 years ago, just shuffling around a petarassed priest from parish to parish. I mean, it isn't, it's the same, it's the same MO, exactly. - Yeah, exactly. And it's kind of easy to make that comparison, right? This happened before. I don't know, maybe it's a new England thing, but it's just-- - It was shocking, shocking outrage 25 years ago when the Archdiocese was doing it, the Liberals were all bent out of shape. Now with nothing to see here, folks, move along. - Yeah, yeah, it's just trying to be buried under the rug and it's just, like I say, we have to really thank the herald for digging into this. There's a lot of people working, we've got people working on trying to find out this voter registration issue. And you know how it's all just about the rule of law, right? All we want to do is actually live under a system of rule. - Right. - And you know, play by the rules. And so we just want to make sure everybody's doing that. - Yeah, you couldn't, you have a choice in human society. You can be a nation of laws or a nation of men. And that means men with guns and power and they're going to abuse it. The only thing, the only thing preventing a total anarchy and oppression is law. It's what it comes to. I mean, it sounds like a civics lesson, but it's true. And they have no law. They don't think they have any laws. I'm going to read you some of the stuff about these brain tree burglars that they arrested from Columbia. And I'm going to read you the rest sheets from the New Hampshire State Police. But anyway, Senator Durant, thanks for being with us. If people want to get involved in your campaign for re-election, where should they go? - We'd love to have them. It's electdarrant.com, electdarrant.com. Come on over and sign up, and we'll put you to good use. Thank you. - Thanks, keep us informed about what you find out with these illegal aliens registering to vote. I'm Howie Carr. (upbeat music) - The Howie Carr Show, we'll be right back. (upbeat music) (dramatic music) (crowd cheering) - Howie Carr is back. (upbeat music) - Raycon just launched their upgraded model of the best selling everyday earbuds. I'm holding them in my hands. That's byraycon.com/howie. Matt, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? - Should Biden remain as president until January? Yes or no? - Yes, he should. - No, has the lead with 69%? Yes, has 31%. All right, 844, 500, 42, 42, 844, 500. 42, 42, I just watched the Christina Rex report on Channel 4, and she just talked off camera as Turtleboy pointed out to the juror. And the juror reiterated, we don't know if this is a new juror or if it's one of the ones that's already stepped forward, but the juror told Christina Rex that they voted unanimously. This isn't the Karen Reed murder trial to acquit on the murder, second degree murder charge, and the leaving the scene of an accident charge. So that's one in three, and they voted nine to three guilty on the manslaughter and some lesser charges, and that they thought about, the juror thought about trying to tell the judge this before she gleefully declared a mistrial to prevent embarrassment to her friend, Meet Paul Morrissey, and her neighbor, and Quincy for many years. And, but the juror said they were unclear how to communicate to the judge. So what a mess this is. 844, 500, 42, 42, you heard Turtleboy say he's trying to get the police reports from Falmouth about the founder, Mick Alberts, allegedly at the shipwrecked on Saturday night. Just so happens that I was out and about Saturday night myself, I was in the north end with my family, and Vino Taca de Monica. And that's one of George Mendoza's places, and it's on Richmond Street. It's a great, great restaurant. I was there and I looked over and you know who stepped in? David Yannetti, one of the lawyers for Karen Reed, and he and I just exchanged pleasantries, didn't, you know, it wasn't planned or anything, we just said hello to each other. And we didn't get into a brawl. There were no, there were no brawls on it, at Vino Taca de Monica on Richmond Street in the north end on Saturday night. We were behaving ourselves, unlike the Mick Alberts, allegedly, weren't 844, 500, 42, 42, 844, 500, 42, 42. Bob, you're next with how we car. Go ahead, Bob. - Hi, I'm curious if history will repeat itself this time around, where Joe Biden will pardon a former president, just like Joe Ford, on the former president in Richard Nixon. I'm not a quirk. - No, I think I would, if I were Joe Biden, I would take no chances. I would pardon myself. Jim Biden, Hunter Biden, maybe even Frank Biden, maybe everybody in the country named Biden should get a pardon. You know, that's, when he did it, Gerald, he pardoned Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford said our long national nightmare is ending. I hope our long national nightmare is ending in six or seven months. Thanks for the call, Bob. 844, 500, 42, 42, we don't have time to take another call, but we will come back. And I've got some more info on the illegal aliens in the news committing crimes. Some, not just here in New England, although I do have some in New England news, but the New York Post had a couple of amazing stories about what's going on in the Big Apple. I mean, you talk about a mess, and the papers down there, except for the New York Post, what refused to report any of this. The New York Times thinks everything is just hunky dory. 844, 500, 42, 42, we will be right back on Howie Gart. (upbeat music) - Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. - 508 says about the illegal aliens, they're just committing the serious incidents and inappropriate actions that Americans can't be bothered to commit anymore. Yeah, I know. 413 says nine to three on manslaughter, I hope I never needed jury trial in Norfolk County. Yeah, you and me both, and I live here, six months out of the year anyway. Good Lord, 844, 500, 42, 42, Lynn, you're next with Howie Gart, go ahead, Lynn. - Yeah, Howie. - Hi. - Yeah, nice to talk with you. First of all, I just wanted to mention the things about Harris, you know, and how she's ready and so on and so forth, they call it the coronation of Harris. All these skunks that are around here, Elizabeth Warren, say, "Oh, she's ready." Mr. Frosty says, "Oh, she's ready." Mara Healy says, "Oh, she's ready." The fact is she's not. Richie Neal, "Oh, she did terrific work," and Biden, he did so much because he solved the climate crisis. What climate crisis is that? Is that where you pay $3 a gallon for gas or what is it? So what do you think? And another thing, you know, about the near assassination of the president, Secret Service gave him three agents and they sent 12 over to Pittsburgh or whatever. - Yeah, I know, she was asked about that. This Kim Cheetos, maybe we should call her, you know, considering she worked for PepsiCo and Cheetos is one of their products. I mean, it's just outrageous that Joe Biden was at a fundraiser, at a casino, in a controlled environment, 400 people, you know, well-heeled the carriage trade, the Democrat, beautiful people, and she had 12 agents. Donald Trump's got 20,000 people in an open-air forum with, you know, roofs, buildings with basically flat roofs. I don't care if they call them sloped, they're basically flat roofs. And he's got three agents and they don't even, they don't even have radio communications with the local, there were three local sheriff's departments there and they don't have any radio communication with them. And they didn't, and the sheriff's departments, the local cops had a meeting of all their SWAT teams at nine o'clock, the Secret Service didn't even attend. I mean, this is just, you know, sloppy, careless behavior and, you know, and the woman has no shame. She doesn't care, she doesn't care in the least. Thanks for the call, Ned. Gretchen, you're next with Howie Carr, go ahead, Gretchen. Is this Howie? Yes, it is. Howie, I'm a longtime listener for 20 years. I got a book from a New Year's ago in New Orleans. I live in Northeastern and I just wanna tell you, you are one of America's greatest heroes for supporting Donald Trump and I've seen it. Thank you. I really wanted my husband and I are out here telling you how much we love you and Donald Trump. And I wanna say that, is that okay? No, that's fine, thank you. That's enough, though, that's enough Vaseline, though. Gretchen, move on. Oh! (laughing) Hi, Howie. No, you don't have to, no, no, Gretchen, you could talk. I just said, I just was telling her just to move on from giving me the rub-down. You know, she didn't, please, Gretchen, don't take that personally. I just wanted you to not talk. I'm not one of these guys who likes to be, you know, get a tongue bath all the time. Gretchen, I didn't mean that. You took it the wrong way. 844, 500, 42, 42. Sorry about that. All right, here's a, this is from the, this is about the, you know, we talked last week about the Biden, brain tree, burglary, banditos, all these illegal aliens that have been allegedly breaking into houses in, in, in, in brain tree. They got, they finally got arrested. I got some, I got some background information on these amigos. Johanna Patricia Pada dash hyphen Morales, a 36-year-old Colombian national. She was arrested in 2021 as soon as Biden became president without sufficient documents to lawfully enter the United States. She was removed from the US to Columbia on February 22, 2022. She has an extensive criminal record spanning four years and includes multiple felony arrests for by law enforcement agencies for various burglary offenses from four different jurisdictions. She's just coming here to burglarize the homes that Americans can't be bothered burglarizing anymore. She was arrested on July 11th by brain tree police and charged with possession of burglar, burglarious instruments and conspiracy. I love that word burglarious. It's word, you only see it in police reports and in court documents, but burglarious rhymes with hilarious. Only it's not too hilarious if someone hits you with some burglarious instruments. Carlos Orturo Camparo Carrillo. He's a 47-year-old illegal alien third-world savage from Columbia. 2017, he attempted to unlawfully enter the US on a flight that originated from his third-world Hellhole, Columbia. He was arrested, he was deported. He was arrested again in 2020 after unlawfully entered the US near New Mexico. He was removed again in 2020, sent back to his third-world Hellhole word after work for a living, not beyond welfare. Then he comes back, he's arrested in Newport Beach, California. He's convicted of possession of burglary tools and conspiracy to commit a crime. Okay, he was sentenced to one year in prison, deported. Then they catch him in Niagara Falls in March of 2022. So they got him coming into New York City, New Mexico, Newport Beach and Niagara Falls. And so then he was convicted again in New Mexico for unlawful re-entry, but in May of 2023, he was removed, he was thrown, he was sent back to Columbia and now he's back. Now he's back. The brain-tree police department arrested Ocampo, the savage criminal from the third world for the offenses of assault and battery on a police officer, B&E, entering a building in the nighttime for felony purposes, resisting arrest, dangerous weapon carrying a knife, possession of burglary tool, instruments and conspiracy. He's an undocumented Democrat. As he, at his arraignment, he shouted, "Vote Biden, he give me more welfare." I made that up. Third one, Liz, Lizeth, Marcella Hernandez, hyphen, Gantara is a 23. - I get compliments on the hyphen. - Is a 23-year-old. - Is a 23-year-old Columbia national. She's an intern criminal, I guess you might say. She entered the US illegally on February 15th, 2022 near Hildalgo, Texas. And she heard there was no work in the United States. On December 7th of last year, an immigration judge ordered her removed from the United States. Apparently, she wasn't removed or she snuck back in to go back on welfare. So she was arrested on July 11th with the other two. She was charged with possession of burglarious instrument and conspiracy. They've all had immigration detainers filed against them. We'll see how long they remain back in their third world hellhole. Not long 'cause you have to work for your food down there unlike here in the United States. How about some New Hampshire state police? I'll be getting behind on the bladders, but I got a new one today. So I'll catch up as the days go by, but here's today's last week's New Hampshire state police blotter, Troop A, Jennifer Melindres-Fajardo of Manchester, New Hampshire, operating without a valid license in Raymond, New Hampshire. I can have a, give me a, give me a bugle here. Alexander Benjamin Pilia hyphen Hernandez, 33. (upbeat music) Of East Boston, arrested in Nashua, operating without a valid license and speeding 26 plus miles over the speed limit of 55. All these amigos have very heavy feet. Shavon Tubbins, 30 of Manchester, New Hampshire, operating without a valid license, arrested in Merrimack. Cladio Santana, hyphen Santos of Manchester, New Hampshire. And I get compliments on the hyphen. Operating without a valid license, speeding 25 miles plus over a 65 mile an hour speed limit. Cladio, you got a heavy foot though. He was arrested in Bo, New Hampshire. 844, 542, 42, David, you're next with highway car. Go ahead, David. - Howard, yeah, this is a 20 year old kid. He's gonna range find her. She's flying drugs, got a remote control device, overseas accounts, and I'm just thinking, well, he in touch with TikTok or Facebook, and now Jeter is not a cheater, whatever her name is. Cheetah, he's not answering questions. And it makes me think of the FBI. You get loose investigation, Comey struck page and zip-conally. It's 51 intelligence days to sign off on that thing. And we're supposed to believe that everything is up and up, really. I mean, how ridiculous, this is so absurd, Howie. I just, I never met a 20 year old kid, Howie, that knew how to fly drones and had remote control devices and scouted that whole thing out like a sniper. It's just, it's just too much room for questions. - I know, let me, you know, talking about the range finders. You know, Stephen Lynch, the Congressman from South Boston, he actually questioned Cheetah about the range finder. Well, play cut 28, Matt. - Did he have a range finder? - Yes, he did. But may I explain that at a number of our sites, especially when you're at outdoor venues, a range finder is not a prohibited item. It is sometimes an item that is brought in by individuals who are gonna be in the back. - Did anybody, anybody confront him on that? Anybody ask him questions? What are you doing with the range finder? Anybody confront him on his presence where he was in proximity to the president? - So again, to my knowledge, I believe that that was the process that was taking place was to locate the individual. - Did they confront him? Did they go up to him? Did they talk to him? - I do not have those details at this time. - Those are important details. - Yeah, I would say so. Here's Marjorie Taylor Greene asking about whether a stand down order was given after they hear. They heard this guy was acting very ominously, shall we say, but he was a person of suspicion, not a threat. That's a distinction without a difference. It certainly was in this case anyway, cut 44. - I'm not certain at this time how the information from the people in the crowd was relayed to any law enforcement personnel. Now, you knew that everyone knew, the people there knew that there was a danger, they knew there was a threat to President Trump, and it was allowed to happen. Was there a stand down order, Ms. Cheetel? Was there a conspiracy to kill President Trump? - Absolutely not. - Then how did this happen? And why are you still sitting here, not turning in your letter of resignation? - Last question, but please answer, and then I'll recognize Mr. Presley, please answer the question. - That is what we are investigating to determine. We're investigating to determine why you haven't resigned. Huh? I think we can get to the bottom of that quickly enough. You're under oath. May I remind you, madam doctor, as AOC says, madam director, that you are under oath, 978. I think it is time for a silver alert for Joe. This is also weird. Well, he's not in Palm Beach or I would have heard already. I get a silver alert at least once a month from Palm Beach County. 844-542-42. We'll be back in just a moment. I'm Howie Carr. - Did you know that between hosting a four-hour radio show, multiple media hits, political advocacy, and walking Roscoe the Wonderpug? - I call it a dog. - Howie still finds time to write three columns a week? - Oh wow. - Read his latest at HowieCarShow.com. (upbeat music) (crowd cheering) - Victor, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Victor. - Hey, Howie, 30-year listener, brother. I love you show, man. - Thank you. - Hey, you know, directed Cheeto Frito there, she's not getting the credit that do her. Now listen, Whitey Bulgea was unable to roll C4 bombs up to the stage. And they're just overlooking that. Yes, they saved them from Whitey Bulgea. But on a serious note, in the Marine Corps, you get two days training on the rifle range and you can hit a target 1500 feet away. That's right. Football fields down range. This guy, this coconut, on the roof, that was not a professional, could not possibly be a cabal to take out the president. Thank God President Trump survived. But I will say this. I am having a reunion next week, Howie. And one of our guys is a Secret Service guy. And he is the most legless, drunken fool you ever met in your life. They need to clean up the Secret Service brother. - What happened in Columbia a few years ago, remember? They had cocaine and they were partying with hookers. And that's one reason they say that the Secret Service was so slow to respond in November of '63. Jack Ruby, it had them all over to his strip club the night before and kept them up all night. I mean, was it a plot by the mafia part of the plot or was it just a serendipity? We don't know. Howie, I think that you're absolutely right. And the other thing is boredom. It's been 42 years since a president or a presidential candidate has been wounded in an assassination attempt. These guys go sleepwalking through their jobs, probably hung over a number of them anyway. It needs to be revamped like everything in the freaking government that's non-operational. I love you show Howie, thank you so much. - Thanks, give my best to the Secret Service. And they're not all drunks, but this is just, this was bad. And you know, she also said this morning that they asked why was this guy allowed up on the roof? I mean, and she said he was outside the security perimeter. But that roof that he was on was only 500 feet away from the stage. That doesn't seem like much of a security perimeter. Does it? 500 feet. That's like he says, you become a marksman. And this guy wasn't in the service obviously, but he went to the range all the time. His father had the rifle and he borrowed it. And, you know, it wasn't a difficult shot. What saved Trump was turning his head. Other than that, he would have been dead. 844, 500, 42, 42. Dr. Sebastian Gorka was on one of the British channels today. And he was asked about Kamala's qualifications. They were shocked with his answer. Cut 47. - Seb Gorka, this is your worst nightmare. The Trump team have lost their greatest asset. Joe Biden. - Great to hear from you. No, it's the worst nightmare ever from the Democrats. I mean, let's look at the statistics of it all. This woman, this disaster, who's only faulting qualifications, having a vagina and the right skin colour, this woman in the Democrat primaries, I'm not talking about an election in the Democrat primaries, God bless you. - Sebastian, let me interrupt you. Sebastian, let me interrupt you. That's pretty unkind language about the vice president. This is an accomplished lawyer. - A God bless you to lawyer. Pardon me for laughing in your face. - Copy nothing. - Screw. - See you tomorrow on How We Car. (dramatic music) [MUSIC PLAYING]
