You know, his brother, Frank, who still owes a million bucks for killing somebody in a car accident in LA 20 years ago, he said, well, this'll give Joe more time to spend with us in his final days. And so, then a quote unquote source close to the Biden family responded, you listening to Frank? He's a booze bag. He's an Alky. He's more drunk than Ted Kennedy and Bill Well put together. Talk about it. This is really a close knit family they've got. - There's a lot of news going on right now, but nobody's bringing up the real important stuff. I don't know that they're that good. They're saying that they told him to challenge Trump to a debate and they put in this stuff that Trump's mic would be turned out knowing that would kill him. I don't, I think we're giving him too much credit. - I don't know, Holly, but I'm guessing Biden's gonna be really pissed when he finds out he quit. - I know, that was, that was my first thought, your first thought, everyone's first thought. It's, you know, the story has been kind of buried because of what's been happening with Biden and the Secret Service hearings, but it's pretty outrageous what's been going on. 300 major security incidents in the flop houses in the last year. 844-542-42. An individual with a rangefinder is not a threat. What about a man laying on a building that has direct line of sight of President Trump with a gun that people are screaming and pointing out? Is that a threat, Ms. Cheetle? Once that individual was identified, they were neutralized. No, they were neutralized. Crooks was neutralized after he shot President Trump in the face, Ms. Cheetle. Go ahead, Bill. - Hey, Howie, everybody keeps wondering how come she doesn't resign? How come she doesn't resign? The reason is because she has been told by her higher up to put her there for a reason. You are there to block everybody. You were to block getting access to agents to testify, and guess what? If you were not gonna resign no matter how hard he screamed because if you do understand, you are expendable. - Hey, Lois Lerner never resigned. She, they had to pay tens of millions of dollars to the Tea Party groups for her political persecution. And when she was at the IRS, and now she's living in luxury on Martha's Vineyard, as Thomas Jefferson said of the federal bureaucracy more than two centuries ago, they can cease by death or few by resignation never. Same as it always was. I'm Howie Carr. (upbeat music) - Live from the Matthew's Brothers Studios. - So today in datum, there was a status hearing on the Karen Reed case. As you know, it ended in a mistrial. And the lawyers for Karen Reed have filed motions saying that at least five of the jurors, maybe six, have said that the verdict to acquit her was unanimous on the murder charges and the manslaughter charges. Or excuse me, the leaving the scene of the crime charges, the manslaughter charge was split. And so it was a brief hearing. A new trial date was scheduled for January 27th in the dead of winter. So I guess there won't be a need for a buffer zone unless they move the trial to the Southern Hemisphere. And to check in on what happened and what the next steps are, we wanted to talk to Turtle Boy, the blogger who's been deeply involved in this case from day one and broken most of the stories, Aiden Carney. Aiden, it was kind of anticlimactic today, wasn't it? - Yeah, yeah, I'd say so, Howie. Although, I mean, I think it was all in all a good day. I mean, because the trial date was the most important thing that came out of this, right? So I thought she was gonna come in there and say, we're gonna be back here in September or October or something like that. And she said January 27th, which is one, six months away, which to me, the more time, the better. All that does is give the feds more time to come up with indictment. Michael Proctor will be former state trooper, Michael Proctor by that point. So the longer this goes on, the better it is for Carri. - So, I know, I listened to you, I listened to Sean McDonough, I listened to everybody saying that the feds are moving. But again, we have no indication. I mean, it's just radio silence out of Northern Avenue in South Boston, the federal courthouse. - Well, they don't tweet about it, Howie. They're not gonna go out there and hey, here's what we're doing, McAlberts. We're really close, we're gonna get you tomorrow. That's not how the feds operate. They operate in silence. And when they come out with the indictments, boom, they get you. Like we had no idea that Monica Cannon Grant was being investigated by the US Attorney's Office. And then boom, one day, boom, she's indicted. They're cops, radio, house and get her. That's how the feds do. That's Roger Stone. Like when they get you, they just come in and get you. And they work in silence and they make sure that they have a case that they think is bulletproof. That's why they have such a high conviction rate. And to me, they're not gonna allow this to just stand. Like I know it's a fact that the case, that the investigation is not over, that it's active. And that they know what happened. They know darn well that Cannon Reid did not kill John O'Keefe, which means that the only other place he could have been and killed was inside 34 Fairview Road. And they're not gonna let that stand. Like they gave the defense, those ARCA experts, they gave the defense what they thought was enough evidence that would get any normal judge or district attorney's office to drop the charges. But this is not a normal judge or a normal district attorney's office, which they found out the hard way. So if they know the Cannon Reid is innocent, then they know that John O'Keefe's murder was covered up. And I have a hard time believing that you as attorney's office, if you go on their website and you see some of the things that they bust people for, that they're just gonna overlook the cover up of a murder of a cop. It's not gonna happen. - Now she's going to hold hearings on the defense motion to declare a mistrial. But yeah, as you said it, you tweeted out today that we all know how she's gonna rule on that. - Dog and pony show there, yeah, I mean. - What's the, did you set a date for the hearing? - Yeah, August 9th, I guess she just wants this to come back and see her haircut, I don't know. But I mean, I thought we could have had a moment, we could have just done it out right there and she could have gotten over with injured tonight because you know she's gonna deny it. Even though another juror came out today and allegedly spoke with Christina Rex from WBC there and told her that same story, 12-0 on the two council, this time they're saying it was nine to three instead of eight to four on the others, but 12-0 on the big dog, murder charge, that's the one we're all here for. Like that one should be dropped 'cause all these people are, - Is this on video tape now? Do we finally have someone stepping forward and going on camera? No? - Nope, so she will not say, as far as Anna will not clarify if this juror is one of the jurors that already came forward and spoke with the Al Jackson and David Unity, but it's the same story and it's 12-0 every single time and any ethical or moral district attorney's office would not be able to sleep at night knowing that like, wait a minute, did they really intend on acquitting her? We can't do this again. If there's just a misunderstanding about what they could do and what they couldn't, I mean, we should clarify this 'cause this is a really big deal. - You know, you wrote last week that Yuri Buchanan, he was proctor supervisor and he's the one who liked it when proctor was texting out to his buddies that he was looking for nudes on the phone. How the hell is he still on the payroll? How is he not suspended? But he's right, tell people what he's been doing the last few days. - Not only is he not suspended, he's also on the prowl how he's going around to the homes. He visited two women in Walpole and in Wooper, North Shore, South Shore, right? Over one of them messaged Janet McKee but like a year ago and said, "You're going to jail or something like that." And then another one called Lizzy Proctor's workplace to see if she was still working there, to see if she had been fired. And both were visited by what I now call secret service for Lizzy Proctor and Janet McKee. Like this is what would happen if you sent a message to Trump or Biden, you would get like these people showing up and you're still asking questions about it. So these men with guns come there and they demanding to know where did you learn about that? Who told you about that this was a coverup? Did you read that on the internet? - That's a good Yuri impersonation, by the way. - You can't believe everything you read on the internet. So now he's the thought police on top of that. He's going around policing what you are thinking in your head about whether or not he's corrupt or not. So he's there to show up and you're like, "I'm not corrupt. You're just listening to the wrong people on the internet. You shouldn't listen to that stuff anymore." And he's trying to get them to admit that they were basically inspired to do this by me. That's what this all comes down to. This is all part of their plan to say, "Oh, look, he's getting other people to do his dirty work for him and contact these witnesses." And it's like, "No, people just believe it or not. People just don't like you. People are offended by you. People don't like the fact that you people are clearly shady and participated in the cover-up or the murder of a Boston police officer. And they want to tell you about it." And that is their right to do so. - And also, and again, I repeat, this guy is the one who, out of all the state cops, when proctor, dirty proctor who's now suspended without pay and is going to be fired, when he texted that he was looking for nudes on Karen Reid's phone, this guy, Yuri Boucanic texted back that he liked it. He liked it. And now he's running, now he's not suspended. He's running around, hassling more citizens. Who didn't do anything wrong? - And the federal investigation showed that he was well aware of Michael Proctor's conflict with the McAlbert family and his long association with Chris Albert's family in particular and remain silent about it. He's his immediate boss. That's his job to step up and do his job and he didn't do that. But there are, as I found out today, there's two sets of laws in Norfolk County because I attempted to, there's a person there who I have a restraining order on who's being charged with felony witness intimidation. But because she works with the Commonwealth, she showed up today and I attempted to walk by her and she has to leave according to this order. Like she doesn't want to be there. She has to stay away. I told on tape, I posted on Twitter, I tell the datum cop, I have a restraining order on this individual and he said, well, she was here first. It's like, I've got to think of the same and the same people who are charging me with violating an order because I was in the court first and this other person who has an order on me showed up and made me leave. Like it's like, there are literally two sets of justice in two sets of laws in Norfolk County and it all revolves around our US supporter with the McAlberts and the Commonwealth or do you support justice for John O'Keeben Carrey? - And now the anarchy seems to have spread out of Norfolk County down to Barnstable County Cape Cod. And it used to be that once Memorial Day rolled around, you had to worry about the Kennedys. Now the Kennedys seem to be keeping their nose clean relatively speaking, but you have to worry about McAlberts running a mock. What had, tell us about what happened on Saturday night. - So Jill Daniels, the same lovely creature, the sister of Julie Albert who attacked me four weeks ago outside of Sea of McCarthy's on video and it has still not been charged. The criminal complaint has been filed against her. It's going to a magistrate hearing. Still hasn't been charged with this all in battery against me. Once again, got into a violent altercation with her elderly boyfriend Nick Marafis, the carpet guy who was rumored to be the person who replaced the floors at 34th Fairview Road. The two of them got into an altercation at a bar called Shipwreck in Falmouth after people recognized them and are like, you guys are the ones involved in this thing and they called them out for it. And they got into a flashlight over it. And it's like, this is a reality now. And I was charged with witness intimidation pointing out that like, if I were them, I wouldn't show my face in public. I wouldn't go out anymore. But these people have no shame and they go out and then they're surprised when people are antagonistic towards them. Like, oh yeah, you're the crazy lady who attacked Turtle Boy. Yeah, how you doing, Joe? And then she proves their point by attacking them. And some of the people said they were screaming the C word which the McAlberts, that's a word they really love the C word. You know, that's Procter got busted for using that with Karen Reed. And they... That means a good word, but you know, they do love it. They like the L word. Loser. That's their favorite word. You're a loser. It's like the only, it's the only insult they have in their vocabulary. You're a loser. Can you guys come up with the new material, please? So, okay, so August 9th is the next date. That's not that far away now. So, she says, no mistrial. So then Marty Weinberg, the new lawyer, the appeals guy who's, as he handles all kinds of people. You know, he handles mob guys, police guys who get jammed up, everybody. Then he takes over and appeals it, correct? So, he's the guy that will be in charge of that, not Jackson or United. That's right. That thing, that's right. They kind of brought him on board to be the appeals guy to try to get that to the SJC. 'Cause I mean, this is an interesting, and they would have six months, obviously. He got this in front of the SJC. I don't know how they could go to a trial. Well, it's still, you know, being decided there. But yeah, I mean, certainly, it seems like they have a pretty good case for it. I mean, you have several jurors going on record, stating clearly, like, we wanted to acquit, we voted to acquit. We were under the impression that we were not allowed to acquit on one, if we couldn't acquit on all three. And that was clearly a misunderstanding. Whose fault that is, who knows? I mean, I blame the judge, but either way, it is a misunderstanding, and Karen Reed, civil rights are being violated. - Did you see that guy, that one of the guys who signed that motion for the juror, who said that he wanted to have the jurors names impounded indefinitely? His name is Cavani. Did you see that he's a former state house hack? - I saw that he has long-term ties to Morrissey. Don't they all? - Right. - He worked at the state house. He was a co-holder, you know, when Morrissey was in the legislature for about 100 years. - I mean, I looked back on that jurors thing from last week about all the jurors so scared of me. Did you know they cited tweets, the two tweets that they cited in there, which were video clips of things that I was talking about, you know? And one of them is from early April, and the person is dead, like the person who runs that Twitter account died in May. So somehow this juror immediately gets off of the Karen Reed case in July. And the first thing they do is create a Twitter account and start subscribing to a dead person's Twitter account. And then they go back to April to find this tweet. It's like, I find that very hard to believe that this juror just randomly came across this one tweet, which is out of context video of me. I mean, it's very odd how they immediately just jumped into this cesspool on Twitter of McAlbert propaganda. And now they're so scared of me. I mean, what's going on with that? - This guy, Kavaney, I just checked his OCPF filings, his campaign contributions. You know, he gave money to Tim Crash Murray. And a great, a great statesman from Worcester County, Lieutenant Governor, who was going 108 miles an hour in his state car when he slammed into a wall while in his pajamas. - Yeah, nothing to see Danny Risky and Lieutenant Colonel Danny Risky took care of that one. He also resigned with the goal of the parachute, by the way, and now a team star, but you know, nothing to see here with the state police. - I don't know. Has anyone seen Brian Higgins? You know, now they're looking for this ATF guy who apparently was a mysterious man in a gray suit at the assassination attempt on Trump is, he doesn't look like Higgins, but has anyone seen Higgins? Where the hell is he? - I don't know, have you checked the army bases? That's where he liked to hang out, throw his trash away. I heard, so I don't know. Maybe he's still waiting for that text back from Karen Reid, I don't know, or hanging out at the Kent police station, moving cars, drunk. - It's not snowing yet. He's waiting for January 27th.
