President Trump has signed a number of executive orders that ban any diversity-related programs in the military marked Mayfield with more. As a result of Monday's move, any new diversity-related practices will be subject to an internal review by Secretary of Defense Pete Hankseth. Trump signed two other orders, including one, that reinstates those who were discharged for refusing the COVID vaccine, and one that bans those who identify as transgender from serving in the armed forces. I'm Mark Mayfield. A recently pardoned January 6 rioter is dead following a deputy involved shooting during a traffic stop Sunday afternoon. Police in Jasper County and Northwest Indiana tried to arrest Matthew Huddle, but an altercation reportedly broke out, and Huddle was shot and killed by a deputy. No word on what prompted the traffic stop, Ryan Riley with more. There was this whole contingent of these January 6 rioters who had some really awful criminal histories behind them. I mean, you know, domestic abuse, really ugly assaults on their partners and lives, child molestation cases. Now I think some of these January 6 prosecutors are wondering what's going to be the next story to drop, what's going to come out of this next, and what these offenders are going to do going for now that they've been pardoned by Donald Trump. A plane from Columbia landed in San Diego Monday to pick up deportees, free tennis with details on how President Trump's order is being carried out. The Columbia Air Force plane landed Monday in San Diego to pick up 110 deported migrants from Columbia being held in the U.S. This move comes after two military planes from Marine Corps Air Station Miramar San Diego with about 160 Colombian migrants were denied permission to land in Columbia Saturday. This new flight means the Colombian government agreed to President Trump's terms, including the unrestricted acceptance of all illegal Colombian migrants from the U.S. in exchange for the U.S. not imposing tariffs and sanctions. I'm Michael Kastner. Police are trying to find at least three people who stole the New York City subway train, went for a joy ride and posted it online. Andrew Whitman reports. The video shows three people dressed in all black, including black masks, driving an R train car Sunday night. The Daily News as they used black marker to cover surveillance cameras and may have hit speeds of 30 miles an hour, going through at least one station and passing at least one signal. Police think it was stolen from and returned to a sidetrack at a Brooklyn station. Doors were locked, meaning the joy riders likely used train keys. A second video was posted of someone else driving what appears to be another train backwards. It's not clear if they're connected, no arrests so far. Tickets for Super Bowl 59 are cheaper than last year's big game, Tammy Trujillo with details. But they're still some of the most expensive in Super Bowl history. Debbie Petito's tragic story is coming to Netflix with a docu series on her death due out next month, more from Natalie Migliori. The story surrounding the Long Island native's death is called American murder, Gabby Petito. The happiest people on social media usually have the darkest skeletons in their closet. The Florida resident was killed in 2021 while on a cross-country van trip with her fiancé Brian Laundrie. He committed suicide and left behind a written confession that he had killed a 22-year-old. According to Netflix, the documentary captures the reality of a young woman in a messian and abusive relationship behind closed doors, even as she put on a happy, insta-perfect face for social media.
