Wall Street's tech sector is down sharply in volatile trading, shares of NVIDIA, Broadcom, AMD and other AI-linked companies plunged on concerns over the China's chat GPT rival, DeepSeek. The company's newly released AI model reportedly outperformed OpenAI on several tests and it's climbing fast at app stores. President Trump has expected to sign three executive orders as he aims to reshape the nation's military. One of the orders will reportedly include reinstating service members with back pay for those who were discharged for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine. Another ban's transgender service members from serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, while the third will ban any diversity-related programs in the military. Federal agents are carrying out immigration raids in cities across the country. The Trump administration has launched a social media thread showcasing what it calls "the worst criminals" arrested by immigration and customs enforcement since the president's inauguration. ICE has started what it calls "targeted operations" in Chicago. Gabe Gutierrez reports. "Overnight, ICE saying it made nearly 1,000 arrests nationwide on Sunday, the most so far. Since Trump's inauguration, the agency says it's taken more than 2,600 people into custody. Advocates worry undocumented immigrants with no violent records will be swept up too." The White House ex-thread reads that under President Trump's leadership, ICE agents are working tirelessly to protect our communities. Residents along the Upper East Coast felt a jolt this morning. The USGS as a magnitude 3.8 earthquake hit just after 10.30 a.m. eastern, about 65 miles north of Boston. There were no initial reports of damage or injuries, but the quake was felt in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Country music star Tim McGraw is reportedly facing some health issues. Deadline reports McGraw is dropping out of an acting role due to needing to undergo back surgery. He was set to star in an untitled rodeo series for Netflix. McGraw was forced to cancel the rest of his 2024 tour dates after he underwent knee surgery in August. McGraw's part in the Netflix series will be recast. I'm Lisa Taylor. Immigration raids ordered by President Trump have come to the West Coast with reports of weekend arrests in Los Angeles. The state's Democratic leaders are blasting the move, saying it will devastate the economy. They risk tearing apart families and undermining industries that are critical to our economy. California Congressman Normatura says that immigrants make up to 73 percent of all farm workers and one in three construction workers, she says, are migrants. President Trump's borders are Tom Holman vowed that this will be the largest deportation operation in US history. President Trump is using an executive order to designate drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations. Congressman Tony Gonzalez says this is more than just words. The biggest thing is it allows other agencies to really go after these folks. You take the gloves off. The Texas Republicans says the biggest part of the designation is that it would empower the state department to impose economic penalties and travel restrictions, but he says it would also send a message to the world that the Trump White House is serious about cartel violence. Multiple people are recovering after a car drove through a crowd of Philadelphia Eagles fans Sunday night. Michael Kessner has details. It happened around nine thirty as fans were celebrating the Eagles victory over the Washington commanders. Several individuals were rushed to the hospital. A suspect is in custody. The Center for Jewish history in New York City is opening an exhibit on this Holocaust Remembrance Day that recreates the rooms and Frank and her family hid in during the Holocaust. More from Scott Pringle. It's the first time this exhibit will be on display outside of Amsterdam. It includes handwritten notes from Anne Frank who famously recorded her life in hiding in a dire hurry before she was killed in a Nazi concentration camp and Frank House executive director Ronald LePole describes it as a beacon of remembrance.
