Michelle Root, the mother of Sarah Root is reacting to the passage of a federal law named after her daughter that requires any illegal immigrant who commits a crime resulting in death or serious injury to be detained. I just again assumed that if you kill somebody or seriously hurt somebody and you're in our country illegally, there is no chance of a bond. Boy, were we surprised almost nine years ago, Sarah Root died in a traffic crash in Omaha, Nebraska. The police say involved an illegal immigrant driving while intoxicated. The suspect posted bond and disappeared. The law is headed to the president's desk. Joe Rogan says he's not a Republican or Democrat.
