Rural Limerick Councillors have been expressing their anger over the proposed new County Development Plan, which they claim will prohibit the building of one-off houses. Cllrs. Liam Galvin and Stephen Keary have threatened to boycott the meetings and they chatted to Gillian Devlin about the plans.
