Olivia Cotter, a Limerick mother speaks to Joe Nash about her struggle to have her family moved closer to the hospital. Her 5 year old son Jude suffers from epilepsy, asthma and a condition that affects the base of his skull and spine. Living in Doon, it can take an hour for an ambulance to reach them.
