Suicide in Limerick has become an every day topic of conversation, and many people are doing their best to help those who find themselves in a crisis situation.  There is a Rugby World cup campaign to highlight mental health happening also, and we'll hear more about this in the coming days and weeks on the show.  

But what if you're dealing with an immediate crisis, a person who needs help. 

Ciara Dempsey - Resource Officer with the HSE's suicide prevention office in Limerick has been talking to Live95's Anne Marie Geraghty and explains how one might connect with some one who is refusing help..
