So can you even imagine if Ireland was still part of the United Kingdom? What if Home Rule had passed? What if there was no War of Independence? No Civil War? No partition? What if the island had only one soccer team?

Well this is the premise of 'The Alternative', a play set in an 'alternative' 2019 where, in the wake of Brexit, Ireland must make the decision whether to leave the UK or not..
