I will put a apology on the actual releasing episode, but life and kids sports and all that got in the way of recording for like a couple weeks and editing. So it's been two years since we've been editing this thing is hard. And I say that as the person that doesn't do the editing, like I know. Yeah. And then like just sometimes our lives don't mesh. I think like literally you were having tech issues the one weekend and the next weekend I had a tournament. It's it's great. It was it was not working. So I apologize. I probably released two episodes at the same time, just as an apology. So fun times. I hope so because that's what that's what I told people. Whoops. It's only wine. Okay. Well, hopefully I've released two episodes and we're caught up and you you're still listening to this episode because you love us so much. But I also while waiting for you to like figure out your situation, I realized something I have moved through a pivotal moment through my son's life. I've gone from we've gone from mommy and daddy to mom and dad. We just went through the whole house screaming, mom, mom, mom. Oh, did you fucking? But I've we've gone from mommy and daddy to mom and dad. Now, now we just need his voice drop or something like that. Perfect. Yep. Yep. Either way, no matter how long it's been. Welcome back to both sides of it. This I'm Jasmine. And I'm Dr. Tim. So I'm a little bit foggy. I'm working on an energy drink. I don't know what Tim's drinking, but hopefully it's stronger. It's mostly water. I've got energy drinks. I do have water somewhere. I think I'm working on my second one to be fair. But today we're talking about meal replacements. So sometimes when you have a busy life between tournaments and tech issues and all the other fun stuff that goes on with it, you just don't have time for a sit down meal or even something you could sit there and eat. So we're gonna go. Well, first of all, we're gonna kind of talk about the situations which you need it. And then we have I have like at least a five, five, six, one, we we both have experience with drinking and kind of look through the reviews. Maybe you have more chance with more than one, but. Yeah. And I did do a little background research for today's episode. So we've got some some stuff to throw out there. But sometimes when you want to do a cleanse or want to make sure that you're getting your calorie count or sometimes again, there's been times it's really you have just a really busy day and you just have no time to sit and eat your meal. You might go with like, I think there's other ones, but for this specific one for me, I'm just talking about liquid meal replacements. Usually these are like me these are drinks that are thick. These are like, I know we've made a warning on our protein episode that if you drink these, you need to like blend it. This is the stuff you have to put in a blender and like get because you're gonna have a texture issue. You don't. It's just a thing. You just don't have nothing to add to that. You're just like blend it, blend it. You gave me a weird ass letter. I stopped and waited for you to say something. I don't disagree. You can keep rolling. So usually this is like if you're in a calorie deficit or a not a calorie deficit, but if you're under your calories by like 400 to 600 calories, these things are usually really helpful. Also, usually if you're like, if you are a post surgery, if you've, you know, gone the route of getting a little assistance with your weight loss journey, usually these might help you there as well. I don't know 110 different situations where you're going to need it, but for me, it used to do it as something that would help me extend my meals and to get my calories and just kind of function. Yeah, and I think that again, the first disclaimer going to throw out there is obviously real food is best, but there are a lot of situations where, like you talked about, you know, whether it's a job situation or you're on the go or things like that, where you're just not able to sit down and have a meal, you want to try to keep your diet in check as much as you can. And again, we're referring to diet as what you eat, not being on a diet. That's a four letter word. Yes, it is. I was going to say, I feel like we've kind of made it very clear how much we live. Oh, yeah. But shakes and bars, and then we'll talk a little bit at some point in this episode about why you would pick one over the other and what kind of some of the differences are, but generally meal replacements are going to come more in shake form for whatever reason. But either way, they're designed to be, you know, portable and quickly accessible. And again, you don't have to prepare them, and you don't have to sit down with a knife and a fork and all that, and you can take them on the go. That's typically one of the main situations is just ease of access and convenience, but also, yeah, if you're having trouble, for instance, you're in a weight gain phase or a muscle gain phase, and you're having trouble hitting your calories. We talked about this a little bit in the protein episode, but this is a little different situation. It's just a way to boost your calories up to where you need them. It can also be used in a weight loss capacity as a replacement for a meal, which I mean, that's the name of it, but it goes without saying that you would take one of your meals of the day and replace it with this shaker bar in that case as a way to decrease your overall calorie intake, or in the gaining phase, you would actually add it on top to increase your total calorie intake without having to prep another meal or find time for that. I think for me, I used, like, because I said, I have experience with one of the products we're going to talk about, I use those to kind of extend my meal, in a sense, because I think I've kind of made this clear. I have a portion control problem when it comes to, like, controlling my food. So usually, like, especially if you have, I don't want to say do it right, because there's five million ways. There's no just one right way to do it. But if there's a couple of different ways that you can use this to, like, basically fill your stomach and just be done, it helps me, like, especially with stopping of snacking, because, like, if you literally just don't have the craving for anything, you're full, you're happy. I just, I mean, personally, as somebody who was at a desk drive it, like, it helped. No, I think that's actually a really good point, is that, yeah, for a portion control sake, A, they're portioned, like, they're not that big size wisest meals. And once they're gone, they're gone, but they tend to not, most of them have things in them that trigger cravings. And now we've also talked in the past about if you've got a craving, at some point you want to find a way to address that craving in a reasonable way. But these tend to, again, yeah, if you, for instance, you're, you're having a bag of chips, and you, you portion out a handful of chips, but then you go back and get the bag, and, and you take another portion or, you know, obviously, I'm gonna pretend like I didn't buy a family size bag of chips, like, recently. I mean, there's a time and a place for that to be fair, to be fair, no, to be fair, I was craving avocados, and avocados are best with nacho Doritos. So push kept the shove, I was like, I got a handful of avocados, I need Doritos, I bought a family size. And I might have pawned them off on my husband after I was done with my car. Hey, that works. Like you, you got the, you got the good food in, you gave it some accompaniment, and then, then you got rid of it. I smart play. We've recently talked about how, like, in our, the dynamic of our relationship is that I will buy something. And if I have to, okay, it with him, because if I don't like it, he's just going to be eating it. It's, this is, this is for all things, protein, freaking chips, any sort of meals, like, okay, feel like, hey, do you think you might want some of these? It's, yeah, some less common scenarios where you might want to use a meal replacement. If you're just having trouble hitting your calories, not due to the factors we talked about, but just due to lack of appetite, sometimes these are, again, they're, they're supplemental, so they're a little, you don't necessarily have to be hungry because they're not that, that big. You know, if, if you don't have an appetite and having a whole meal doesn't appeal to you, these are, they're smaller. If you, for whatever reason, you're, before, after a medical procedure, you need to be on a liquid diet, or, you know, in rare cases, people have trouble swallowing solid foods. Hopefully, that's a temporary situation, but it's really easy to crash your calories if you're in this, like, even if you just have, like, a really bad, like, sore throat, or some sort of, you know, strapper infection or something like that, you can keep your calories up because, especially when you're sick, you got to, you got to feel your body to get itself better. So that's when, you know, some specific situations, besides just trying to add or subtract calories. Right. It's all fun and games until you can't eat solitude. And there are medical, like, there are, like, situations where, and I, I don't know the name specifically, but I know that there's times where it's like, your stomach's been taken out and you have, like, the, the actual liquids. This is not what we're talking about. Because no, no, no, no. We're talking about, like, you've made a choice. Choices have been kind of sort of made. Right. And again, you know, just within the meal replacement shakes, there are some specific ones. And typically, like, the populations that are going to use these are already aware of them, usually made aware, made aware by their doctor or they're seeing a nutritionist dietitian, something like that. But ones that are specifically like high fiber or something that, for instance, is for diabetics help regulate blood sugars that has more of a slow digesting carbohydrate kind of thing. There's a lot of times gluten free or lactose free versions of this stuff. But I mean, some of them are more, more high protein. And some of them are just kind of your regular meal replacement or snack by, by, by quote, unquote, people in good health. But also some, you know, somebody who needs a high calorie product, something we'd refer to as a highly calorie dense. And that's something that, you know, a small volume of food, but a large number of calories. And, you know, if you're trying to lose weight, sometimes you want the opposite of that, like you want, that's why, in that case, good real food is better because you can have more food to actually be physically full for the same amount of calories as, say, a candy bar. But the opposite of that, that applies to, you know, for instance, we talked about somebody who had like a gastric bypass or something like that, who literally can't tolerate a large volume of food in their stomach. Sorry, can you hear that? Yes, I can. I can't understand it, but I can hear it. I get no, there's nothing sacred in this house. It's fine. That's, that's okay. I got the gist. I'm gonna have to listen back to the recording and figure out what the hell got picked up. Not, not, I'm not really sure. Just probably gonna get in. I don't know. Don't worry about it. I mean, go ahead. No, I was going to say I lost track because I got distracted. That's okay. Again, the, I say these can be very useful tools, whether it's a shake or a bar, but again, you do want to have the majority of your food be real food, you know, either plant-based or animal-based protein, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, you know, your, your standard carbohydrates, just because in addition to our macronutrients, which again, we talked at a length about macronutrients, but also your micronutrients, which are your vitamins and your minerals and things like that, you're going to tend to get more of that from real whole foods than you are from more processed foods. Just that's kind of the cost of doing business or something that lives on a shelf. But that's why you don't want to just live on bars and shakes, but as a supplement, they're useful. Yeah. I was gonna say, some people, that's the way they want to live their lives. I can't judge them that hard. I mean, you could calorically, you could survive. Yes. I mean, you could also survive more days without food than than water, so. For sure. Yeah. That's why you got a hydrate hydration. I mean, and yeah, a lot of times choosing between a shake or a bar, it comes down to a personal factors of where and when you're going to be eating this, like, for instance, if you're on a hike or something and you're wanting to kind of keep fluids in you anyway, maybe a shake's more appropriate. If you're, for instance, it's because you're totally sidetracked in a nature valley bar that's crumbled everywhere. Don't give me started on nature valley bar. Obviously, I edited the story out, but I have a brand new car and literally when I was looking for snacks to leave in my car, the first thing like my son wanted to grab was a nature valley that was like, fuck that. Yeah, because it would still be in your car, round into the seat, like, you're not getting rid of that. Like a, but a different example, for instance, if you're, if you have the kind of job where your schedule super packed and you're needing something to, like you have somebody who always schedules lunch meetings, for example, and a lot of times they're trying to, I hope they're paying for lunch. If they're scheduling, they better be playing for lunch. I, I will advocate for lunch being paid. Oh, so would I, but that doesn't mean it happened. Oh, no, no, no. If you do it once, I understand. If you do it twice, you're paying for my lunch and I will make sure you know not to schedule me for lunch ever the fuck again, unless you're going to pay for it. But if you're not. First of all, if you're not Jasmine, you need to find yourself a Jasmine to advocate for you. Everyone should have a Jasmine or at least access to access to them. They have those hard conversations. I'm so nice though. But this was, for instance, again, your mileage may vary and, and situation dictates what you're going to do. But for instance, like a continuing education course where there's a lot of lecture and people are just paying attention very closely, opening a bar and crinkling the wrapper. If that triggers your social anxiety, a shake may be more up your alley. If you snuck something into the movie theater and you happen, there you go. Oh, I got so a quick sidebar story. That's a good example. That's better than mine. Literally, I don't remember what the movie was, but me and my aunt, we were definitely obviously broke teens. You can't, you can't, no money to go to Target to get some sort of snacks, the sneak end of the movie. My aunt, hands down, made tacos. And I was like, what the fuck are you doing? And during the quietest part of the movie, it was in a Tupperware and a pop one. So she literally is in the middle of the movie theater. It's like the quiet part. She's going, hold up, hold up. Were they hard shell or soft shell? Oh, no, like the ones you find from like Jack in the box. She literally made it from, my aunt's about a year older than me. So we're not, it's not like I'm talking about somebody that's 20 years that's making these decisions. We're both teens. She's just brought salsa. Like I'm like, there's, this is when they, this is the point where they, she had a lay, she literally had like seven to eight tacos in her bag in a Tupperware. It was a hard, a hard shell taco is not a sneaky food. Decisions were made. And that's all we could find in the house to sneak into this movie. She brings some peanut brittle layer at it. I don't know. We weren't smart teens. Okay. It's good. But uh, that was, that was a worthwhile story there, I think. I don't remember what the movie was. All I remember is the anxiety of somebody coming down and like finding us with these. You were, you were too focused on the tacos. You know, the movie was just not as interesting. No, no, worth the taco though. Of course. And kind of like the last practical reason why you may pick one over the other. Um, basically chewing your food does release, it increases appetite related gut hormones. So solid or chunkier foods like a, like a bar versus a shake, depending on how chunky you make your shake. I guess if you have to do it. But that will, that will potentially release to, uh, you know, those gut hormones and give you a higher feeling of fullness than a liquid food would. Uh, personally, I do find that like, if I'm just trying to hit, this is my anecdote, but if I'm trying to hit a number or I'm just trying to get my protein, I know whatever I'm eating that day is not as protein rich as I would like it to be. I'll, you know, throw down a, a protein shake, which is typically around 30 grams of protein. It does not affect my appetite or fullness in any way, but a bar tends to, for whatever reason. It just, I don't know if my brain interprets that as more food-like, but in, in my experience, it, uh, it tends to work a little better for fullness. I, I feel like, and then like this happened more when I was doing like, like cleaning cleanses to like reset myself, but when I have to do like a protein shake, like something so dense as like half the shakes I'm going to talk about, I get this, the, I start to miss the feeling of chewing. Like, I'll, that's why I'll like have a poll being able to come with me and I'll just chew it just so I get the feeling of chewing and the aftertaste, but, but especially the chewing part. So. Yeah. I mean, no, that makes it like eating is a, it's a ritualistic thing. And a lot of times, you know, people have issues with texture. Some people like chewy or foods or things like that, but you're, if you're used to eating quote unquote normal food and suddenly you're, you're throwing yourself on a, you know, more of a liquid diet, it's not going to be the same because you're, your brain is missing that part of the routine where you physically chew up the food and swallow it. And you're, you're likely not going to feel as full for that reason. So it, if you're selecting something for the, the, the purpose of actually feeling full, if that, if you're someone where that's an issue for you in terms of controlling your diet, like that, that matters. It does. So I don't know if he will have any more points to hit up. Well, we'll probably hit them later. I do, but I do want to hit them now or later. Maybe just one or two. I mean, I would say just in general, what, what you want to look for in a shaker bar is you, you definitely want to look at what's in it, especially think, you know, things you might be, you know, allergic or sensitive to, I mean, typically dairy, lactose, gluten, things like that, like you do want to be aware of that stuff. Usually people who have those sensitivities know it and there are plenty of supplements that have versions where that's not an issue. Also, there's a lot, if you're doing this also, I just remembered, if you're trying to like get hit those calories, because you've gone vegan or vegetarian or whatever, a lot of these options are usually vegan or vegetarian, like not counting whatever you mix into it. Because I think most of these 95% of the time, I'm like, you add milk or something to it. So, pointing that out real quick. Right. And just knowing that, you know, if this isn't, if this is a new adventure for you, if you're not on the, the shake and bar lifestyle, like you want to, you know, you want to make sure that if you're all of a sudden you're getting something with a, with a bunch of extra calories or you're changing how you're ingesting those, looking for things like fiber and looking for things that, you know, don't have a ton of artificial ingredients in there. I mean, a pre-made shaker, a bar, is typically going to have some artificial ingredients. You can find brands that are typically more, more natural, again, organic and natural are kind of terms that get thrown around and don't always, don't always mean a whole lot. But again, things like added sugar and that do tend to make them taste better. So you kind of got to balance if you're, if it's a super natural organic protein meal replacement shake, but it tastes like acid and you can't tolerate it, then don't be such a stuck up bitch about it. To be fair, I'm saying like, you got it. It's got to taste good, right? It's got to taste good. I mean, I do, there's plenty of people that like, we'll eat that shit that tastes like ass and be like, I'm better than you because it's organic in this and it tastes like ass. Okay, don't, don't let anybody who is totally stuck up or if you've tried these things, you're like gross. Don't let anybody try to convince you to retry it. If you already know, you don't like it. Sorry, I just get a whole like background, like scenario going in my head because this has happened. No, that that that that sounds like that's happened. You speak from experience. Oh, no, somebody tried to force on a one bar on me. That didn't look at me. It didn't taste like donut. I'm gonna keep that for myself. Shit, I had some. No, kind of like what you're talking about. That kind of falls into the like the boiled chicken category. It really does. It's like, yeah, it's healthy and it's good, but it shouldn't be disgusting. It should be something you enjoy eating because if you're trying to force yourself to eat things you don't like for the sake of being healthy, that's not sustainable. We don't endorse that. We never have and never will. If you don't don't spend your money on something you won't use and don't force yourself to eat something you don't like, don't. Whatever your diet is, whatever your chosen exercise method or mode is, they should not make you feel miserable. It shouldn't be something you dread doing because you're not going to do it. Yeah, yeah. Or if you do happen to buy this and I don't know about, I know about one, but I don't know about all of them and they have a really bad return policy, I'm pretty sure there's somebody on the internet that will buy it for you from you, depending. No, that's true. So you don't like it and you can't return it, sell it. And that's a throwback to our equipment episode. Hell yeah. The last thing I kind of wanted to touch on before we get into some some specific cases is kind of the difference between a meal replacement, we'll just say supplement, whether it's a shaker bar, a meal replacement supplement versus a protein supplement. And they are they are a little different. They are very similar to so yeah, I didn't even think about that. Good job. I mean, it's it's a it's a slight difference. I mean, that's you're considering a protein supplement is, at least in my mind, you're trying to just up your protein, you're trying to hit that number that you're having trouble hitting or you just want to increase your your protein. If you're not tracking numbers, which not everybody has to do it. I don't do but also like meal replacements will have protein. It's just probably not as much. Usually 99% of the time, it has protein in it that I think that's one thing to kind of shout out. But usually it's not the 20 or 30 grams that you'll get from whatever you're eating or that's specifically for protein, depending. Yeah. And that's the I say a protein supplement. You want to have within reason, you know, as much protein as you can in it with a minimum of other thing other macronutrients be that carbohydrate or fat you're trying and and something that's sold as a protein supplement is usually going to be that it's going to be high in protein and low in your other two macronutrients because that's really all you're trying to do is pump up those rookie numbers. But a meal replacement is a little different. As you said, you know, it may or may not have quite as much protein as a pure protein supplement. What it does do and should do is mimic more of it a well-rounded meal essentially. So we've talked about how to construct a meal. I mean proteins a big part of that, but you also want you want healthy carbs you want in a meal you want vegetables and things like that. So you can't necessarily. I was gonna say the other thing that both you both like if it's not the bar, if you're we're just talking purely powder, both protein and meal supplements can be made into like, you know, how people do like morning shades with bunch of with a bunch of vegetables and fruits. Like both of these things can be made into those smoothies that you'll probably find from Emerald City or Jamba Juice or whatever. So like you can make a meal replacement supplement that contains a protein supplement. Yes. I mean, they're not they're not mutually exclusive. That is just a difference to make that. I mean, typically a meal replacement is going to you know, it's going to include protein, but you want to make sure it has, you know, your essential vitamins and minerals and that's typically going to be on the label. But you want to make sure again, if you're trying to again for trying to cut calories down and you're trying to replace a whole meal and this thing has 50 grams of protein. And if that may be more than you need, and typically people are eating less protein than they need, but that will jack the calories way up. You want to make sure you look at the label, look at what's in it, obviously, you want to look at the serving size. If the serving size on the label is half of what's in your your bar or your shake, well, just, you know, they do sneaky stuff like that. Sometimes you're like, Oh, this says 300 calories. It's actually 600 because they wanted to make it look better. And you want to, you want to make sure your fat and carbs are where where you want them for your macros for your diet, in a general sense, or if you're tracking numbers either way. But just knowing that, you know, if you're, if you're replacing a whole meal, you don't have to worry about if there's a little bit of fat or fiber or, you know, carbs. I mean, that's, that's okay. That, that stuff should be in a regular meal. I was just thinking you could also, you can do with, I don't know if we ever actually mentioned this in the protein episode, but if with meal replacements and all that, what you can also do, like, let's say you don't like it in the bar shape, and you also don't like it in the powder shape. There's also like, and then I get that it's supposed to be a replacement. But what you can also do is like 95% of the time, there's a way to make it into a pancake or a bread or something else that's just higher density than what you're used to. Like don't, I mean, I'm going to talk specifically mostly about powders because again, but these things can be made into things. I know, God, how many times I've had a protein pancake or made into a muffin or some, something that happens to need like flour, you just replace it with a little bit of protein power or meal replacement. And it's, and it's just as filling. I don't think, and I don't know if we've ever like kind of touched on that, but don't let anybody make you feel bad, because that's the way you're going to eat it. You don't have to have an impowder or bar form. No, definitely not. Like I've, I've done that where, you know, they make the, actually the protein, I think they're like called like Kodiak Cakes. Yeah, the Kodiak, that's a good example that actually makes it specifically for that type of thing. But, but I've made Kodiak Cakes and added protein powder to it like that. At a certain point, it gets awfully chewy. It gets a little, it gets a little, you got to make it for yourself to be fair. You got to test and error that shit. And if you were to do something like that, you got to flip it often because it'll burn right quick. Tips and tricks from Tim. And kind of the last thing when you're looking at labels is, you know, to be considered a quote unquote meal replacement, they typically, you want them to have at least 25% of your, your RDI, your recommended intake of vitamins and minerals, things like zinc, iron, your vitamin A, B, C, D, calcium. I mean, most of those things are on labels anyway, and it'll, that's part of the new, you know, the new food label that they created years ago now, but it'll kind of let you know what percentage of your recommended dietary intake for a day is in this product. And you're shooting for at least 25%. If you're looking to replace a quote unquote real food meal with a supplement, then you're really maximizing it by making sure it's got those vitamins and minerals in it because then you're, you're, and again, fiber and things like that. But then you're, you're minimizing the effect of not eating that in real food form. Right. That's fair. I don't have too much that on top of that. I'm like, either you eat it in your regular food or you take it as a supplement it later. I mean, I've seen people with each drawers or even a dressers full of like supplements they take all day. However you get it, you get it. Just be, just be aware that if you have too much extra, you're probably just paying it out. That's the thing. If you're eating, if you're eating a well-rounded diet, a lot of times, you know, people are like taking, we talked a little bit about supplements, and vitamins, and things like that. But the majority of them, unless you're deficient in them somehow, and that's usually through something you're lacking in your diet, you're wasting your time and your money, you're not going to like supercharge your vitamin B and suddenly, you know, become a powerhouse. Like that's why it's a recommended dietary intake. It's enough is enough and there's not really an added benefit to going above that. Touche. All right. So I actually figured we might as, usually sometimes I'll leave the most familiar of products when we go looking for stuff, like even when we were talking about gadgets, we'll leave, I'll leave the most familiar for last, but I figure we're going to start with the most familiar, because I have the most to talk about it, which is heal. Heal is, let me back up a little bit. So heal when I first got introduced to this product was just one product. It was just a big white bag. My husband started it because he wanted to, you know, bulk up a little bit. And since then has expanded of their product line with, with ready to make drinks to bars, to greens, to instant meals, like almost like cup of noodle type things, they've done a lot of shit since then. And I, you know how we kind of like, we're all about whoop, I'm all about fuel, they have so much stuff. I will say that taste is not for everybody. I can't stand their powders. In fact, when I, when I, they came out with the ready to make drinks, I hopped on it because it was just, it was smoother. They have a grainy taste. I can't do it. My husband can, whatever. But this, fuel in itself, they usually recommend two to four scoops of their stuff. It can range from 400 to 400 to 200 calories in a two scoop to four scoop. I don't know if you want to see their, they have all these by vitamins, iron, biotin, all this stuff in their, their, their flavors. They also have a huge flavor. Was it profile? They have a huge flavor, flavor profile from banana to mint chip, not just your typical vanilla and chocolate. It's so big. It is also a hundred percent plant base. It has 30 grams of protein just in the regular powder. I'm not, if anybody wants to go looking at it into all their products, do it. They have an unsweetened, they have a cinnamon roll. They have a berry caramel, the caramel, coffee caramel. I'm just saying, if you have a flavor type, they probably have it. I will. I see. They're endorsed by Idris Elva. They are. We love that, man. He looks very happy on this website. I feel like a lot of, there's, there's another one endorsed by Sean, Sean White. I don't know if you know it off the top of your head that I'm going to talk about. But this, the way they, yeah, of course. So the way it is, you can buy one bag for about 37, 50, which is what it is right now. You can also do it as a one time thing or do it as a, if you decide this is going to be a long term thing for you, they do it as a subscription. The other reason I kind of really highly endorse fuel is their customer service is so on point. It's not even funny. Like, I have never, if there was ever a problem I've ever had with their product, they turn around and either, for example, this actually happened and this is how I ended up giving, giving some to Tim here is that I ordered two boxes of the ready to make. They said it got delivered a week went by and I was like, I've never, I haven't seen this shit. I don't know where it is. Instead of questioning or coming back to me looking at the track and they're like, Oh, I see you haven't gotten. All right, shipped me out two boxes. Two days later, I got my original and then another two days later, I got the replacement and they're like, you know what? It's good. Keep it. That was like, so they are so awesome and they get a free shirt. I see that they make clothing here. He will please sponsor us. Yeah, we highly, I highly recommend the fuel for any, anybody. I will say it's not, I've met people that say it tastes like a literally like vomit and it's not for everybody. It does, if you do it in the powder form just with like, let's say milk, I think my husband does it with water, which is gross, but whatever, I can judge him. I judge him. I'm allowed to judge him. I married him. I can judge him all I want. But if you do it in with the powder, sometimes there's like, it almost feels like there's this type of almost like, I'm going to make it sound really bad, but it's like a mucus-y like kind of like, there's something in there that's like, congeals because it is an oat type thing. I feel like you get what I'm saying, but you're not getting it. If you've ever had oatmeal, it has like a taste to it like this where it's kind of like, I'm doing hand gestures and for anybody listening. But it's like, I know, right? I got a face for radio. But it kind of congeals to the point where it has this kind of almost like taste, but I mean, mucus-y is not a bad description. It's not a bad description, but it's not good either. I don't say that because it tastes mucus-y. It just it's there's the feeling of like something. I mean, has anybody ever had like the the aloe drinks? Yes, there it is. And it's I mean, as a description of the texture, it's very accurate. I don't I wouldn't like to use it either because I feel like it's going to turn people off, but it's it's I highly recommend it to be fair. Like I'm I'm not saying that as like something to I'm not trying to turn you off. It probably is, but I'm not trying to turn you off to it's the idea of trying heal. I'm just I'm just saying like that let me just forewarn you of this thing. My husband loves it. He gets it in the the black, which was extra protein is there the black brand. It's it's it comes with a free bottle. You don't even have to buy that much stuff. Highly recommend. Give or take your thoughts on it. Just I mean, just just look it is it is plant-based. Most of the stuff we've been talking about for the last 30 35 minutes, they is present here. The the macros and the nutrition is balanced. The ingredients are whole food ingredients. Like it's not generated in a lab. Like they put actual food in it. It is on a price point. It's pretty affordable on this. I think they say here somewhere like per meal, it's like a buck 50 or something like that. Obviously you buy it in a higher volume. But you can pretty much hit all the points we've been talking about any sort of subscription box. If you've ever had it is kind of like that. You mean you order it. It'll you can set it for three months, six months, whatever, and it'll charge you. I'm we haven't had to order from them for like a couple of years because my husband legit had ordered some and forgot that it was on a regular like cycle. So now we have like six bags still. It's been a couple of years. I'm just saying. But I mean that I think that was a good point you made earlier. Like that the powders don't work for you, but the pre-made drinks do. That is something to consider like within a brand. And this brand in particular seems to have a lot of that variety of of different products with within a brand if you don't like a flavor or you don't like a bar versus a shake versus a powder. Try the others. I mean if especially something something like this that has good reviews and has I mean they make a point of their their nutrition breakdowns right on their website. Pretty much everything we've been talking about what to look for is present here. And again, yeah, we're we're this is a brand we're very familiar with and we've used and but there's a reason like it's good. I think I give you the chocolate flavor, right? That's what I ended up giving you. If you don't want to just try the chocolate flavor, I do. This is how I did it is you can get their ready-made. It comes in like a box of 12 and then they have samplers of all their other little flavors that you can add to it. Just throw that out there. But let me like you were saying right on here, they have they have a green supplement. They have the ready-to-go drinks. They have pre-made meals like the the instant meal cups. I think that's kind of the like the the ramen type. Powders, bars. They make their own shakers like they this is a. If you want an all-in-one kind of retirement, it's a hule. H-E-H-U sorry. H-U-E-L. H-U-E-L. H-U-E-L. I check it out. That's all I can say. Presumably that's that's fuel. Yeah, it's fuel with the H. And let them know we sent you even though they don't know who we are. Yeah, yeah, sure, sure. Maybe they will. Maybe they will. I mean, honestly, I would just buy their products. I wouldn't even need them to like send it. I mean, I love free gifts. But I mean, I just highly recommend them for a lot of things. Well, just because something's worth paying money for doesn't mean you wouldn't take it for free. I said I love free gifts. Come on now. I just I love a free sample. Absolutely. Of course. So next is Soylent. I it's it's I think it's more it's it falls a little more on the protein side of male supplements. This has 30 grams of protein in their powders and shakes. They do have a ready. I think they started with the ready made drinks. I am not 100%. I have tried it. This is also a product that I I will recommend, but it's not for me. I don't like another little, you know, January into Jasmine's taste taste, but I hate soy products. I hate soy soy milk. I mean, tofu, depending on how it's made, but I just saying soy is disgusting to me. So I probably shouldn't know I'm better going into trying this. But it tastes like soy milk. Yeah, you never know. And a lot of people love soy milk. Like, so I mean, it's a it's a definitely an alternative to a lot of the standard protein and supplement makes. So so I definitely bold move with the name given, you know, the Charlton Heston movie. Oh, no. So this also has the subscription. Do you know what I'm talking about? No, actual fucking clue. I'm a book reader. Okay. Look up the movie, Silent Green, 1973. Oh, good for it. I think you just aged yourself a little bit too, by the way. I wasn't alive in 73, but I am a I went to film school. Learn something new. Oh, God. Oh, God. This already looks kind of bad. Yeah. Nope. This is definitely not going on my movie list. No, some people, some people listening know what I'm talking about and some have no idea. Basically, it's a movie set in the future and spoiler for a movie that's, you know, 50 years old. Spoiler. God. Silent Green. The Soiling Corporation creates products and one of them is Soiling Green that they feed to the populace. And Soiling Green is made of people. Literally at the end of the movie, Charlton Heston runs around yelling, it's made of people because that is what they do with the old people in this movie society is they turn them into food. I don't know why. You don't to be fair. That's kind of a no. I think I'm not. There's no way they didn't think of that when they named this product. I'm so cute. Don't know. I feel like I've, by the way, I do feel like here's a fun fact. I have seen a lot of movies. I don't remember names of people or movies to save my life. I just remember plot points and save my life. That's a pretty big, that's a pretty big plot. Yeah, no, I remember. I like literally you're like, he wrote it. I was like, I think I've seen this. Or at least, you know, it comes up in pop culture. You know, I feel like that that totally diverting from the topic. But I'm like, I feel like that that necessarily that like plot like plot twist has been overused in the last 20 years. That's fair. Like, I feel like I've seen a couple movies where it's like made out of the clowns that get or even or even like basically, I can't. Was it what happened to Thursday or whatever that movie was called when it was like, the twins are getting, are dying. They're killing the twins at the end. Oh, spoiler alert. Sounds like the prestige. Yeah, tell me just this whole section spoilers. But I'm just saying, like, it just kind of happens where it's like, oh, they're putting the the twin or the younger younger kids or the other kids, the babies, whatever, they're putting them to sleep. And it's like, they're actually so so I putting them into shit or telling them whatever for overpopulation or whatever. I mean, we we stayed on topic for like 45 minutes. We did really good. Pretty good. Really damn good. Some people are disappointed. Here's your here's your aside. Thank you for telling me that my like derailments are appreciated. Anyway, I mean, technically, this was yours. That was all you. But my guy, that's one was mine. I was there was no way I was not going to point that out. Because when I first found when I first discovered that company, I was like, that's a bold choice. Like, you're assuming people don't remember that movie. You know, well, you know, I feel like a lot of Jim bros happen to be a lot of movie buffs. Not even gonna lie. That was me making a stereotype. It's fine. I understand. I don't care for the email. I hope it's not made of people. It's not. It's made out of soy. S O Y L E N T. Jesus. It's silent made for you. It's not. Anyway, this also has us saving subscribes. Someone asked that. I'm going to derail it a little further. The FAQ on the Soyland website, someone asked the question, is Soyland made from people? This is how you feel half the time is I feel all the time. The answer was, we assure you, no bodies were harmed in the making of our products. Our formulas are powered by plants, not people. So they addressed it. Okay, I'm good. I mean, there's got to be one nerd at Soyland that was like, we need to tell somebody. Someone's gonna say it. So what I was trying to say like 25 years ago was this is also a subscribe and save service. They have the difference of like 42 or one-time purchase of 48. It's a box of 12. I should have looked up calories while we were so derailed. Nope, just shot. I don't want the protein going. They have a coffee and entry. They have just the meal replacement, which is what I meant to click on, but I totally derailed. It's fun. I can edit this out. Doo doo doo doo. Where is my fucking product retail? I just like the description. So Nope, that's not what I want. Where's my calories? So hard sometimes sometimes it's like they leave the calorie counts and all that fun stuff all at the top and they don't. But it's, you know, 20 grams of protein, 20 vitamins and minerals, low carbs, low burn, healthy. It's a rum, gram of sugar. That was the other thing with a heule is as much as it does taste sweet. It's only one gram of sugar same here with Soylent in the ready maids meal replacement. So added, added sugars definitely something that you want to typically try to avoid as long as you can stomach the taste. Yeah, that's true. But yeah, they also have a like a nice mix of all your, your fun potassium, all the other shit I can't say, zinc, all that. I want for zinc. It was the easiest thing. And even it's been listening this long, knows that I can't pronounce half the fucking proteins or vitamins or supplements and shit. Anywho, talk about things that can't pronounce cause Shiva. See, K a C H A V A. This one's fueled by, uh, this is like a spots of red chon light, sport, snowboarder, all that fun stuff. What, you actually thought I had done real research at this point. I'm so sorry for you. Not necessarily. I did my best. No, they, they've got their, their riboflavin and their panathenic acid, their, their molybdenum and manganese and their selenium. They're all right around 20%, which again is about what you're shooting for. So, although that's kind of, and this is not a, this is not about Soylent, but it was an interesting 20 grams of protein, which they're saying is 40% of your recommended daily intake. Are you still first? Oh, I went, I changed. That's okay. Wow, this is clearly like this is our welcome. This is our first show ever. No, our first show was not nearly as smooth as this. I know, right? Please, anybody that's listening to the first one, we might re-record it because, uh, yeah, sorry about that one. Anywho. Oh, no, we're going to, we're going to leave that one right where it is. Uh, with, I could ca, ca, chevah, ca, chevah, I don't give a shit. Um, I've never tried it. It does look like it has a good, um, roundabout amount of flavors. You know, chocolate vanilla, which is pretty basic at this fucking boy, honestly, but then they have coconut, asia, and then chai, and matcha, which, uh, those flavors don't speak to me, but might speak to somebody else. Um, this one, not my thing. Matcha, not matcha. Um, anyway, this one is $60 per bag. Um, that's if you do the save and subscribe, it is $69, so $70 per bag. If you don't, um, looking at their protein levels, I want to go. Again, with the free sometimes leave your ingredient list really easy on the freaking website. So people can look at it. I'm just saying having, having not tried this product, I see some interesting things on the front of the website. They're super fruits. I was going to say 65 and, and functional mushrooms. Oh no. Okay. Chitake, chitake, maitake, rashi, and cordyceps mushrooms, which have. I don't get that one. Science saying that they can do some stuff for your general health, but I don't know that I would hang my hat on that as a, if you're on the fence about a product. This one shows to have 25 grams of protein per serving. I will say I am giving you the protein count per serving, which is two scoops. I will try to remember to point that out as we're going through. Um, this one does have six grams of sugar on five grams of added. So should be on the sweeter side for anybody that doesn't like non-sweet stuff. Um, cholesterol, I would hope there's no cholesterol in this. Sorry, I finally put their stuff on the facts. It's like cholesterol. Oh, now to say there aren't good cholesterol stuff. I do know this. Right. This is kind of an interesting case of just looking at like their ingredients and how they're marketing this. They're 85 plus super foods, nutrients, and plant-based ingredients. They're mostly talking about not necessarily how much of something there is, but they're kind of hanging their head on this. There's amorant and quinoa and brown rice and several types of mushrooms and acai and all these berries and in one thing, because I feel like that's too busy. Well, we're not even there yet. There's there's chia and flax and and acaccia gum. There's beetroot and chlorella. So this is almost turning into more of like a green supplement, which again, a lot of times if you're using it to replace a meal for convenience sake or one of the many factors we talked about earlier, but I feel like a lot of times a product like this is being sold as healthier and better than just eating food. Like if you just want to have an acai bowl and have some carrots, like you can do that too. I mean, they're selling this as having like, you know, 85 vegetables and whatnot in here, but kind of the issue with that is the amount is so small that you're better off just kind of eating a variety of fruits and vegetables. I will say at least at the bottom of this, it'll tell you like the amount of grams. So like it'll say plant based grams, 29.5. This is for the vanilla one, 11 grams of omega, omega EFA, which I don't know what that is and fiber blends and it's a fatty acid. Good to know. Another word I can't say blend 120 sorry, 1,020 grams. Why don't you just go to regular grams? Anyway, the adapted in blend. Yeah, thank you. Words. But yeah, I mean, at least they kind of break it down that way. I just feel like that might be interesting that they started dropping to milligrams, but because 0.0005 grams doesn't sound very appealing. Well, the thing is they did it all is like just all one like this is all the stuff and then here's all the things that are in it versus like how much is of those things are in. So that's just a pinch of salt. It's fine. That says we just a pinch. That starts to say we put all of these things in here. We threw them all in a bowl and you got this much out of that bowl. We don't have many macarut versus cordyceps versus shiitake. You have any given shape, which do you care that much? No. I mean, you might. Oh, God, no, no. This would I'd be I don't know if we mentioned it. This is something that I feel like is going to be sold at a higher price point based on how they're marketing it. It is. Out of the three products we've talked to so far is the most expensive. I will say that. And if you've listened to our show so far, money's a thing. And money is always a thing. But I mean, if it if it tastes good and you're willing to spend the money on it, definitely go, go right ahead. Never going to tell you not to do it. I personally just. And that's that was the thing. Like, you know, their their marketing is very, very holistic, very, I don't know, new age is the term, but like, I wouldn't necessarily pick this over, for example, either of the other two supplements we talked about just because there is organic ginger in it. Like, I don't in the amount. I don't think that shit matters that much. I will say and I forgot to mention this while we were talking about soilent. Soilent, you can find in regular grocery stores. So like, if you want to try it, it's probably like even easier to get than fuel because fuel is purely online. I won't lie. This catch of whatever is also looks like it's purely online. But soilent, you can go to like your local Walmart, Safeway, whatever it's on the shelf. So and then that's especially if you don't want to buy a whole 12 set. That's how we're trying it out. That's super helpful. Mm hmm. So the next one I have, I've also never heard of, but it's ample. I don't know if you've ever heard of it. It did come up in one search that was kind of doing a like a best of list. And I believe ample came. It was the most filling was what it came up as, which I would try this versus fuel. I'm telling you when I like didn't want to snack and I tried fuel, like I would go hours without eating because I just felt like my stomach was heavy. I was just full. Just throwing that out. I mean, a lot of times that's what you want. Exactly. This one is also a two scoop versus one scoop kind of situation where you can go from two to 400 calorie. This also doesn't have as much as the other two, but it does have, you know, the vitamin D, iron, potassium, all that fun stuff. This one is kind of sitting in the middle of this one's not as pricey as the Sean White one, but it's 67 15. This is for just one. Just saying. Well, what I'm seeing here is it's at least it's the ample original here. It is a low carb shake, which as we've talked about in a lot of, you know, there's nothing super special about low carb diets unless you enjoy that carbs aren't bad. Low carb tends to mean high fat. And I would say, again, depends on what your reasons. And again, this is a, it's a meal replacement supplement. It's not a protein supplement. It has 25, 25 grams of protein, very decent, 11 grams of carbohydrates, 28 grams of fat, which is a lot of fat. And what that also, it makes it a higher calorie product just by virtue of the fact that what we've talked about with macronutrients in the past fat per gram carries more calories than protein or carbs do. Oh, this is made by a cross better. Yeah, that doesn't surprise me. It's keto-ish, I would say. After starting a CrossFit gym in 2011. Well, I mean, it looks like he's super fit. Who knows? Yeah, but that doesn't mean anything about nutrition. This is true. This is fair, potentially, but there's, there's some ripped people out there that don't know what the fuck they're doing. There's a lot of lean people that don't know what the fuck they're doing, but I'm not, I'm not judging people that are naturally lean, but I am saying there's a lot of them that talk shit. Well, you can't look at somebody and assume they know what they're doing. I mean, there are some people with the genetics to eat a trash diet and still look good. And those aren't both end, but they're also not people you should go to for nutrition. Advice to be fair, not to say there are some really just saying those naturally fit people. Sometimes there's a lot of bad apples and a bunch, but there are nice ones just saying. And I will, I will qualify that by saying, I know, I know nothing about the person who makes ample. I'm just speaking in general terms. There's a lot of people out there that are living way outside of their lane and making money, not being real honest with people. The next one I have is from GNC. GNC live well, there's not a lot of them anymore, but they, you know, they used to have, they have a lot of good stuff. They have their own little GNC lean shakes, not quite, was it Adkinton or whatever, the ones that used to, not quite slim fast, but and I'm not bringing up slim fast. It's just no, I had a little bit about slim fast that I was going to use when kind of explaining what meal replacements are, but we're way past that. We're way past that point. And to be fair, anything that tells you you could just slim down fast like that is probably not going to work. I'm just letting you. Well, they, that was, it was, I'm going to do it anyway. It was, it was really kind of an extreme calorie restriction. They would say, you know, you have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and they need a sensible dinner. And that's kind of where the program didn't work right. Because they're like, okay, I'm going to have this shake, I'm going to have this shake. And then they just assume people are going to eat a sensible dinner. Well, these people were fucking hungry. To be fair, like, when I was younger, my grandmother had slim fast in the house and I would drink like three of them. Like, I know you're only supposed to have one, but I drink more. I feel like it's not working. Well, they're not filming at all at all. It was like drinking. I have never drank a slim fast. So I'm speaking out of my lane and I'm just kind of talking to you. Oh, I will straight up. I've had slim fast. I had the whole the slim fast powders, the the milks. They don't work. They're not filling in. You might as well just buy a Nestle, like chocolate milk powder. It's just as good. That's the level of which it was was like, well, here it is. I brought it up while we're talking a slim, a slim fast is 180 calories. So that's 360 calories and then eat a sensible dinner. That is not enough food. Again, you might as well just throw some Nesquik or whatever into like a thing of milk and just call it a day. That's the same amount of calories. And it's delicious. I mean, really though, yeah, there's nothing magic about it. It just wasn't a lot of food. And I think we were basically basically just saying, hey, eat less. I think we've killed off the if you eat less, you'll lose more kind of. I mean, yes, eat less, but eat less and do more. There's a diminishing return on just eating less. Yeah. You can't just drink a slim fast and be like, Oh, I'm down three pounds. I mean, you can. I guess on some level, you just aren't going to be you're not going to be happy with life. You have to say it like that, though. Yeah, pretty much. Anyway, GMC total leans slim shakes. They do not save just drink that, but this is also probably going to be on the lower end of like the cash part of it at $35 $35.99 GMC who generally always has a lot of these supplements. They usually right now I have a bogo sale for 50% off. So you can have a shit ton of it. So they have the the same, you know, regular, but they have, oh, my God, they have a like, of course, vanilla and chocolate, but in their out of the chocolate peanut butter, of course, but they have been out a banana mixed berry and then Girl Scout flavoring if you're a flavor person, which happened. Yeah, the coconut caramel themets. I love that flavor is good. Flavor is great. Always know if you like the flavors, but this again, those this is more again on the lower end of like 25 grams of protein contains eight grams of fiber, 23 vitamins and minerals, and is sustainable for a low carb diet. So, so, so the product is just tripped and says, um, it doesn't look like it hasn't. It's again on the lower end of a sugar at four grams total. I don't know how much that means added. Just and it's a very generic, like, I'm pretty sure most regular stores, whether it's Ralphies, Fred Meyer, all that fun stuff, they're gonna have like their own brand of protein, but I mean, this is one. Typically, typically, yeah, you're gonna have a house brand. Yeah, but I and that's the thing is I brought up this one because I feel like there's GMC's everywhere versus GMC or vitamin shop seems to be. Yeah, there's one everywhere. So, this is the least the generic branding of one I wanted at least bring up because you can find the house when they're usually around the same 180 total calories, which is not gonna be it's not a big on the big one, but it is like no, no added sugar, at least in the one I'm looking at. Right. And oh, Lord, yeah, I mean, at least this one also says it has fiber, which all of them have fiber. I will point that out. Just this is the first one to say it. Well, and just again, again, knowing roughly how many calories you should be eating, we're not saying everyone has to, but considering what you're using this for, like one of these is 170 calories. A lot of the ones we looked at, especially like the ample, for example, is 400 calories, which it's more filling and it's exactly. It's a more it's a more substantial part of your your color intake. And that, you know, it matters. You want to, this is 170 calories. That's not a lot. No, in my mind, that is not replacing a meal. I think for this one, it's also it's just giving you the one scoop. That's because even even all these say one scoop to scoop, I remember like my husband used to put six scoops into a thing like you can put more scoops into it. I was looking at the prepackage, but you're right, you can definitely double those up. And if you're if you're looking to do something like that, obviously, all everything else being equal, the powder is probably a better buy, because if you're buying the prepackage shakes, the convenience is great. But if you're drinking three or four of them a day, like, from a cost perspective, that starts to catch up with you. I mean, if you can drink three or four of them, just don't don't don't do that. He's like, just straight, don't. I wasn't going to say don't. I was going to say, I feel like you're kind of, I mean, unless you're bulking, if you're bulking, sure, go ahead. But I feel like it kind of defeats. No, eat, eat some food. That's too much. Never mind. I've gotten out voted. If you're a 300 pound professional physique athlete, that's one thing, but but to the layperson, no, don't don't have many, many of these. I got I'm not the professional here. Many, many being more than two. The last last one I got is and this is one is on Amazon because I wanted to kind of get a range of shit because like you've gotten ones that you can find in store or you got ones that you find strictly on the internet. And then this one's kind of like you can see the reviews on it and because it's a little harder when you're going to these like specific sites to see honest reviews to be fair. So obviously, when you look up reviews for something and all you can find is the reviews on their own website. Even for you, they're always curated if they're on the site. So I did want to pull one that's from Amazon, which is organ organic meal on the go. I don't know again. Other than you heard of or game, I was gonna say other than you and like I said, a taste of Soylent. I don't have any experience with any of these ones. So this one is currently 10% off at $34.72. It's a huge big thing. This one for a two scoop is 230 calories, which again might be just like if you you can also use these like let's say you have like a small breakfast or something and you just need to take this in your coffee cup. Here you go. Like that that also to me sits a little bit on the meal replacement stuff. But this also shows as was it 4.5 stars with 3000 reviews? Usually you can trust those. And and available at Amazon and Costco. This is I mean, I've definitely seen this brand. I don't know that I've ever tried it. It's vegan without soy. And they're also boasting the 80 plus super foods, vitamins and minerals, the adaptogens and probiotics and and all of those things. But at a more reasonable price and at what I mean, what I would argue some of this comes down to preference is a better mix of macronutrients here. I mean, they're in two scoops, the 30 grams of carbs, 25 grams of protein and only eight grams of fat. That at least in my mind, that's a little more fit to the proportions of a meal. Oh, see, and this is the thing and I I'm not going to read all the reviews because that that would be a way to time consuming and we're already an hour and 16 in. But this and this is my tip for if you're ever on Amazon. What I do is, of course, I look at the most recent, but I am a little drama potster. So this looks best and worse. So I'll only look at the one star and like the first one says, you used to love this problem. Never again. Beware the reviews. Don't fall for them. Not a not the realization that you're looking for. Like, at least at least on Amazon and you know, used to be eBay, whatever, you can get these honest reviews of shit. Basically, what I see in their in their one star review, is that the vanilla doesn't taste like vanilla. I mean, if there is a worst thing, yeah, if that's somebody saying it tastes like mango. And he hates mango, Donnie hates mango. Okay, sorry, Donnie. Donnie is the only one saying that. Hey, but at least with all the products that we've mentioned, give it give it a little bit of a taste. Some, like I said, he'll has really good customer service. So if you buy it and hate it, you can return it. Just saying. Or maybe you just need to look at the reviews like I was going to say Costco does have really good returns. Just throw that out there too. So yep. That's what I'm saying. I damn you who people that return the Christmas trees though. Damn. I want to let you finish your thought, but then I have to read this review on the hair. I don't remember where that thought went. It's on the train to nowhere. Where was your review? Oh, Donnie's a woman. Anyway. Okay, here is a one star review from last December. Tastes awful like artificial blends well, not grainy. Didn't notice health differences. Okay, here's that. That's the title. Okay. The review, the review says, I drink fast without breathing, which sounds like something Vin Diesel would say. Oh my God. The taste stays on my tongue, like artificial sweeteners do. I have to brush or cleanse my palate immediately. I was hopeful, but see no health benefits, but I am sure at least the increased protein levels should be helping adding banana and spinach, spinach. I think he meant spinach. Seemed to disguise the taste. Hey, we're going to leave the spelling errors alone because I know I would be that person. But this does not sound like a one star review. It sounds like somebody who drinks fast without breathing and mostly said good things other than he didn't like immediately grow wings or something when he drank this. Oh, poor Red Bull. He said mostly good stuff. He's kind of halfway through the review. He changes to and I was hopeful, but see no health benefits, but I'm sure at least the increased protein levels should be helping. That doesn't sound like a one star review. It might have been a one, you know what, it might have been a one star to somebody. I always recommend to look at the one star reviews before you buy anything, my guys. That's all I got to say. It's also weirdly entertaining. Like this guy, I gag. I won't buy this again. I will stick with my chocolate or coffee or gain protein. Okay, so he does like or gain it probably again. It's probably just the vanilla. I guess we'll get the vanilla. Be wary of vanilla. Almost all these reviews seem to be about the vanilla. So again, read the reviews. Yeah, read the reviews. Research goes, read the bad reviews. I always start with the bad ones and then go with the most reasons. Goddamn, sometimes they're just funny. They're just worth it. But I think hopefully throughout the last 20 minutes of rambling, 40 minutes of rap, I don't even know. But maybe of the five, six, math is hard. We spoke about one speaks to you and you're willing to give it a try. And if you do, let us know how it comes out. Because again, it might be something that changes your meal, like your thought process on food or the way you eat. It might be what you needed to help you. Or maybe you just have a week where you know you're going into surgery and you just needed to cut back a little bit. Or you need to fit in that dress. Who knows? Yeah, like it doesn't have to be a forever thing. We talked about a lot of a lot of uses for these kind of things. And that, you know, if you find something that that works for you and you may find a product you like and you want to keep using, like none of that's bad stuff. Just make sure if you're using it, you're using it for the right reasons. Oh, and if you if you have tried these products and you whether you love or hate us, hate it, like, like shoot us a message. We would love to know if they're actually, I mean, I've never tried the Sean White one, or any of the, well, other than again, he will and soil it. Like, other than those, I've never tried them. So like, if they're really, if they're really, really good in the really, really worth it, I want to know, because I would love to try much to my husband's chagrin. Because here's the thing, if I buy it and I hate it, he's going to have to be be be conscious of my husband, please, like pray for him. Just pray for him. No, no comment.
