Why eating less doesn't lead to weight loss

Many people assume if they want to lose weight they just need to eat less. Some will make a push to exercise more (or start exercising).

In this episode, I share the treality about what is happening in your body when you eat less than you need in an effort to lose weight. Most of the time this backfires and your body will gain weight instead of burn fat. The solution is not always simply to exercise more. There is another strategy which I share and it works every time IF you have done the work to prep your body for the transition.
