Motivating Your Spouse/Significant Other to Join Your Healthy change

A lot of people think that being married or in a serious relationship means that you have to change things like your health together. That actually rarely happens. More often, it's one person deciding it's time to change and the other person being dragged against their will.

In this episode, I share a better way to move your couple into a healthy lifestyle. If you are the person motivated to change, don't force it upon your spouse/significant other. There's an old saying - you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Same goes for making a healthy lifestyle change.
