There is No Trick to Weight Loss

Weight loss can be confusing. Why some people lose weight following a certain protocal, diet, or fad and others don't can be perplexing to someone who doesn't understand nutrition.

In this episode, I bring you the basics of what you need to do to lose weight. It's a pretty simple process really, but it's not always easy.

Understanding what your body needs in order to work efficiently is the biggest key. The proper nutrients support strong cells. Strong cells operate properly and grouped together create efficient systems. Having an endocrine system, digestive system, cardiovascular system, etc. all working efficiently creates a healthy body. A healthy body will begin to drop excess weight over time. There are ways to speed up that weight loss as I discuss in the episode.
