Most people will associate the mental part of diet changes with will power. When the plan fails the assumption then becomes - they didn't have enough will power to stick it out.

Reality is that most people fail at making healthy nutrition changes long before they actually give up on the plan to change. That's because they didn't prepare a proper mental approach to healthy nutrition.

In this episode, I share how to prepare mentally, tips for success when it gets hard (because it will), and how to overcome the setbacks when they happen.
