Okay guys, if you are in e-commerce or you've at all been thinking about an e-commerce side hustle If this is the space you're interested in guys you better listen up, all right? Because I'm gonna like give you a breakdown of just how the world of commerce is literally changing before our eyes and you know, of course, I'm talking about Mr. Beast and the festival's brand Now this is a chocolate brand snack brand that Mr. Beast came out with I think somewhere around 2021 going into 2022 and Mr. Beast really drove the successful launch of this e-commerce food brand based on his big social media following so he's up now to like 286 million subscribers just on YouTube and you know millions more 10s of millions more elsewhere like on Twitter Instagram TikTok other places But what he has done and managed to accomplish with festivals guys is groundbreaking and Amazing and I hope it gives you guys a blueprint for how you can transform your own E-commerce business your own e-commerce brand and all you gotta do is look at what Mr. Beast is dad so with 286 million subscribers This is how Mr. Beast went about creating an e-commerce Food brand that is just really groundbreaking So one thing I want you to note is that The world of commerce is changing because in the old days You needed a serious amount of like VC funding VC money to be able to even have a shot at launching any kind of successful product like Festivals has done and be able to get that chocolate in the hands of funds and people out there that want to snack on this stuff You need it a lot of resources It would take you 10s and 10s of millions to be able to do something like this and even get it minimally Viable but to be able to make it a mass market consumer brand that a lot of people millions of people are buying into That would have taken a lot more marketing spend a lot more logistics know-how and Like you would need serious financial Resources to be able to put that kind of thing which is why only really large companies in the snack bar market Only really large food companies would have been able to do this kind of thing So mr. Beast is literally revolutionized the space is literally trailblazed a new model, which is the celebrity influenza model Where you bring in a big personal brand That he's running on social media 286 million subscribers like his distribution the amount of business He can drive into any store is unbelievable. He can literally get a bunch literally hundreds of thousands of young funds and people that are attuned to his brand to literally rush into a store center and Go into buy something, you know when launching or Whenever he decides that okay, we want to get some buzz out and let's all show up and meet up and hang out and Look at some of these products like so the level of distribution power that he's got is really mind-boggling like even the big companies it's powerful as they are is a you know as a well-resourced is they are They really can pull it off and that's the power of an unbelievable Personal brand right and so this is a big part of the playbook and something I want you guys to really focus on like If you have been doing your e-commerce, but nobody knows about you Now is the time to get out there in the market now is the time to build up your personal brand And make this so much bigger than just a you know the clothes you're selling in your online store or the computer equipment or the Flowers or gift items in your store like make it so much bigger than yourself So you can build a much much bigger brand that resonates with millions of people And that's what mr. Beast is done. And he's done it at the highest level. All right So there are a lot of lessons there and I want you guys to actually go in and look at the festival's brand They have literally now moved into like Walmart's targets seven seven eleven Shows a whole bunch of other brick and mortar retail stores are now stocking these festivals and it wouldn't have happened Unless mr. Beastie had such a heat following and was able to drive real results with his personal brand and for the year 2024 Extimates for how much money they're actually gonna make with this range from 100 million on the low end I think that was probably the number for last year To as high as a 500 million in revenue that they are Focasted to make in 2024 Which is simply unbelievable. So that's literally like well on the way to a billion a year in revenue And that just in a few short years of You know him having launched the brand So this is literally unbelievable and that's how you know a Top-level influencer can really build a hundred billion dollar brand Just because this is not the end of festivals. It's also not the end of mr. Beast, right? Like he's gonna be able to go in and do a lot more different things What I would like for him to do what I would personally like to see or would advise if I were on his team would be like Okay, what are the industries? Can we actually shake up like I? Think food obviously is a gigantic industry. So there's a lot that could be done there like There are a lot of moves you could make But there are other industries as well besides food maybe like clothing That's also a big Industry, what about the hospitality industry could he do something with hotels like we have all these old hotel brands that are kind of boring and Kind of cut it to like the corporate business person, right? That's a little bit boring in my view Why not shake it up with a mr. Beast type stay that's kind of more focused on like young people keys, you know having fun almost kind of like in you know amusement center and Playgrounds things like that like mr. Beast themed right like That could give Disney a run for their money and probably do a much much better job So there's a lot that you could apply that template to So go ahead and study mr.
