This episode focuses specifically on the effects that the emotion of anger has in changing and distorting our appearance, notable in the face, voice, gait, and skin color, among other signs.Plutarch advises that we observe these distorting effects and form an image of what we ourselves would look like while angry, as a technique of anger management
