Welcome to the Mindful Moment series where I'll be sharing one simple tip each week that you can implement in your life immediately. If you use just one or two of these tips each day, science tells us that you'll be less stressed and happier, and who doesn't want that? So come on, what have you got to lose? (upbeat music) Mindful Moments Tip number 128, Intentional Pausing. Today's tip encourages intentional pauses throughout your day. Life can be busy and hectic, so it's important to take moments to stop and breathe. Set a reminder on your phone if needed. When it goes off, pause whatever you're doing. Take a deep breath and just be present. Notice your surroundings, how your body feels, and any thoughts running through your mind. These intentional pauses can serve as many resets, helping you to stay centered and grounded, amidst all of your daily activities. Enjoy.
