Welcome to the Mindful Moment series where I'll be sharing one simple tip each week that you can implement in your life immediately. If you use just one or two of these tips each day, science tells us that you'll be less stressed and happier, and who doesn't want that? So come on, what have you got to lose? (upbeat music) Mindful Moments Tip number 127, Mindful Sitting. Today's tip is all about mindful sitting, whether you're at work or at home. Take a moment to notice how you sit. Feel the chair supporting you, your feet on the ground, and your back's posture. Adjust your position, if needed, to ensure you're sitting comfortably and with good posture. Focus on your breath as you sit, feeling the rise and the fall of your chest. This practice can improve your focus, reduce discomfort, and make you more aware of your body and surroundings.
