  1. Start Slow: Eddy emphasises beginning at a comfortable pace to build endurance gradually without overexerting yourself.
  2. Consistency is Key: He advises maintaining a regular running schedule to develop a routine and improve steadily.
  3. Listen to Your Body: Eddy highlights the importance of paying attention to any signals your body might give and adjusting your training accordingly to prevent injuries.
  4. Set Achievable Goals: He suggests setting realistic targets to stay motivated and track progress effectively.
  5.
