The FitMIND FitBODY Podcast

Episode 220 - Flash back to Andrew - Running for Resilience!

For the next few weeks I’ll be interspersing my new interviews with some of my favourite past episodes as I’m away from home and haven’t booked too many calls in :)
In this flash back with the amazing Andrew Woodford from June 2022, you can really feel his enthusiasm for running (and life) despite what life throughs at him :)
He didn’t start running until he was 48 and the doctor said it was time to improve his health!  And now 8+ years later he’s very happy that he did get fit when he did - running has given him the resilience to cope with a number of tough family & extended family situations, that otherwise might have been the straw that broke the camels back.

Andrew’s Running Tips - start small - run a K (ParkRun is great), walk/run & get fitted for shoes.  Here is a link to the health and wellness product Andrew mentioned - https://globalbiohacker.lifevantage.com/au-en/shop?

**A couple of BIG favours:
1) please like and review this podcast so more people will discover it :)
2) come on the podcast and talk about your running journey and/or refer someone you’d love me to interview (whether you know them or not :) )  Lets not keep the power of running a secret any more!  Hit me up on Facebook/Instagram (FitMIND FitBODY) or send me an email - Michelle @ FitMINDFitBODY .co  Don't miss an episode of the FitMind FitBODY Podcast.
