In this episode of the podcast energetic Sarah Menzie shares her running journey!  When she was 20 she realised that she needed to do something to de-stress from work and remembered how much she loved to run at school.  Although she was quite self-conscious about it in the beginning, she soon took it on as a permanent part of her life. Sarah has gone on to be quite a speedy runner and often finds her spare time consumed with running training or running events!  She also meet her partner, Caine through running and many of her friends.  Its fair to say that running is a massive part of her life.
