Episode 156 - “Running increases your self-efficacy.” ~ Holly Ranson ~

In this episode we hear from Holly Ranson the “ever ready” bunny :)  Since she was a child Holly has been pursuing one physical endeavour or another - from sailing to triathlon to cycling and running!  No matter which sport she was involved in, she excelled.   One of Holly’s aims is to be a full-time professional athlete in the future. Staying still is not in Hollys’s vocabulary, I get tired just hearing all the things she fits into her day!  On top of her various sports, she is also a dietician, a professional fire fighter and is currently studying her masters (and has been a journalist).
