Episode 70 - Even when its hard, you never regret a run

In this episode Jemma Purandare talks about what running looks like in her life!  She is a keen distance trail runner which works perfectly with her career as an environmental scientist!  Signing up to scary running goals is her secret to getting out the door and training each week - this years scary races - the 6 foot track marathon (Blue Mtn, NSW) and UTMB CCC (for the uninitiated this is 101k ultra trail race around Most Blanc in France)… Like many of us, Jemma sometimes struggles with body image (especially at races), however she recently had surgery which has forced her to accept and be grateful for what her body can do thanks to running.  She now works with her body and not against it.
