Episode 67 - Its ok to be where ever you’re at! In this episode we talk to Pip Martin.  Pip has been involved in sport for most of her life, from tennis as a child through to triathlon as an adult and lots of other sports in between!  She recently overcame her negative self talk about swimming, which is a great lesson in sticking with something until you improve and ultimately start to enjoy it :) A life-time of movement has given Pip so many positive things, including - mental clarity, joy, and thankfulness - she won’t be stopping any time soon! Book recommendation from Pip - “Pain Free” by Pete Egoscue Pip’s running tips - Progressive overload (don’t do too much at one time), make it sustainable (a routine that works for you that you can stick to), find a buddy to run with, just do it and get a good pair of running shoes.
