As long as you believe you’re a follower of Christ, why does it matter whether you’re fully submitted? What does fully submitted even mean? Unless you’re “all in” with your life for Christ, you won’t continue to deepen godly maturity. When you stand in front of God one day, longing to hear, “well done my good and faithful servant,” you don’t want to be surprised to hear, “I never knew you.” Your submission to Christ will determine the extent of how intentionally you’re able to mentor Him to your children.
