There will be no personal nor direct attacks on anyone and I would ask that you please try to Keep down the loud cheering and the clapping. There will be no booing and no unruly behavior With that this is painful and it will be for a long time After all these are a couple of high-stepping turkeys, and you know what to say about a high stepper No step too high for a high stepper. This is midday mobile with Sean Sullivan on FM talk 106-5. Well shot a tough guy. I mean, I think everybody knows that you know Sean He took some licks he hangs in there. Yeah, what's wrong with the beer? We got I mean the deal we got drink pretty good, don't it? Did you hear what I said? So this is a babe council I had no doubt about them. That doesn't shock. If you don't like it Last question. Were you high on drugs? All right, here we go FM talk 106-5 bid day mobile out of a two on this Friday Eve edition of the show a lot of people call that Thursday If you want to get in touch pretty easy phone line 343 106 same for the text line 3 4 3 0 1 0 6 and The FM talk about oh 6 5 app, which is cool. We'll do yeah. We'll do text line here All right figure out where I was in the stack We get shot in Baldwin County said I supported Ukrainian aid. Okay back to the earlier conversation said Sean said I supported Ukrainian aid to start with but it's obvious They can't win but what they have done is depleted the Soviet stockpile of conventional weapons Putin can't take on another adversary in a land adversary in a land campaign Yeah, well, but still They can't win It's I've been this weird voice. I guess out there. It's either all or nothing for most people I'm like hey, how about peace. How about we have about peace, but we find I you know, I'm not Ukrainian. All right If the Russians keep what they've had since what 2014 keep the Crimean Peninsula have it They want to take a little bit of the Don boss have it if that you know If that stops the war and I know the easy thing to say well you give up there Then they're gonna go for the next move in the next move at what point is it? More important than taking care of things at home to take care of things a world away. I understand I'm aware of realpolitik. I'm aware of how you play this big game the board game the United States has Been in for a long time There's certain point to it's a time to go, you know Where's the goal line on this and then Sean adds in you know, Sean. I don't need this He said by the way, we're on Wolf Mountain in North Carolina, and it's 61 and cloudy be home in August show off It's got to be pretty up there. I'm getting ready to next next month take a road trip delivering the dorm items to my daughter who's going to college in upstate New York and the boy and I are gonna drive up through the Appalachian Mountains and enjoy some cool temperatures ourselves Let's see Jason do our tunnels limit the ports in any way There's a certain depth. Yeah, I don't think that's They can't go beyond the tunnels because of that that depth. They can't dredge down obviously and hit the tunnel So there is a limit there. Yeah, Jason. They can't go north of that. That's been a discussion too that would they move if they get the Mobile River Bridge and Bayway project done Before I die if they get that thing done would they then move to remove the I think I think the bankhead is shallower Than the Wallace. I think somebody can check me on that, but you find the the first You know the one that they could get rid of it be probably not a great thing, but They could move with that and they've moved further up the river. I guess Brad says there's no way they told the public or baykeeper that there was going to be 90 million cubic yards of spoil put in the bay Here's the thing Brad this stuff happens You know the stuff happens like the open comment period and there's been a few things I've been involved with I did that a lot when the feds were Really cracking cracking down on snap or fishing right and they did a sector separation took the charter boat guys out of the recreational side and put them in a Different world. I went to a lot of those meetings and Involved myself back then because I had you know it's self-serving had a dog in the hunt If I did not and I worked on you know, I the way I got to know the folks at baykeeper is I still have a belief that We ought to have a raised causeway They're on the foot of chocolate. I think we're holding up a lot of water things I saw over the years growing up in the Delta baby think I want to have Not that damn there right and just that one You know one culvert and then of course you can come out the other side But to open up so I got involved with it So I was involved in projects like that but other than that Sometimes these open comment periods and all that come and go and we don't notice them right unless you have you're already tuned into them So I don't know what they said we can go back and look I mean it sounds like this thing is What she said finished in the spring So this has been going on a while I mean if you don't believe that we have turbidity in the bay Right. I mean it's it's something To hear the old timers talk and friends minds fathers and their grandfathers talk about what it used to be like in different sections of the bay in the Delta even what pole cap bay used to look like before alcoa Uh, those are some stories. I'd love to see that. I am I you know, well I think jeff said the other day show me what baykeeper's done to keep the bay cleaner They've done they've done a good bit and they've also do a great job now a great service Letting you know when the water is not good enough to let your children swim in it Which I think is very important as well. So yeah, I'm going to keep pushing for this and I think lowered turbidity And oysters can lead to clear water that leads to seagrasses that leads to clear water. I mean Those things can happen but I Also believe you can do the ship channel. I think you just have to say okay We do the ship channel. How do we make the least impact? We're still going to do the ship channel widening and deepening. We need that But how do we do it like it's 2024 versus 1950 And I think they're making some moves there. It sounds like but we'll continue to find out from both sides Uh, let's see dirt digger. She said more containers to our port also means big trucks and more traffic problems and infrastructure is not able Traffic now that means more traffic issues. Yeah, probably right um Well, and okay tim dirt digger tim says something very similar to that tim said Hey, Sean the thing you have here got to figure out just how big you want your city to be Do you want to be mobile or do you want to be Houston or Dallas? I kind of like mobile It's true tim. I like mobile too. I don't want to be Houston or Dallas. I don't want to be New Orleans I don't want to be Tampa. I want to be mobile. This is my town Uh, so I want to be mobile at the same time. You have to you know, if you're not growing you're you're dying, right? That's the old Even in business. My late father would say, you know, if you're not if you're not moving along if you're not you got to feed the lion constantly You have to grow to almost a put and that's true. I think for a city as well, tim I want to be mobile, but I don't want to be a city in decline, right? I don't I don't want to do that. So I think smart growth is a good thing. You got it. You got to grow. I want I want more business here I want more jobs for us and one of the things we have You can say, well, we ought to have the jobs of coding or doing tech We're not going to have that compared to other places. Not that they don't exist here at all but That's not going to be what what happens here is we have A deep water port now getting deeper We have two interstates to intersect. We have a giant airfield And we have trains It's what I look and I can sit the platitudes. I'm one of us, right? So when I say this, I'm not dog. I'm dogging myself when they say It's the hard work in alabamians that make the businesses come here. Yeah, my foot There's other places got hard work in whatever west well, maybe not west Virginia Georgians or South Carolinians or something like that what it is is we have We got a nexus of infrastructure here that makes it a great place to move businesses to So we got to keep growing and using that because that is our that's our thing. That's our You know that that's our calling card Right Dakota says she is a PR person. She is. Yeah, Dakota. She I mean, that's why that's her job That's Maggie's job with the port authority. That's why not's what the job is Says from what I understand Dakota goes on from what I understand. It's not what happens now It's what they're going to do for the next 20 years continuously pumping that stuff back into the water So to go to that's why I was trying to ask How much more? Because I mean this has been going on our whole lifetime Dakota, right? I mean they've been dredging the channel our whole lifetime Keeping the channel and before that been keeping the channel open Now it's going to be deeper and wider. They're going to still be dredging to maintain I am interested and I don't know if you can get down and boil down to what that number is How much more spoil is it to keep the new depth, you know the plus 50 depth and width Compared to where it is now. I don't know that um, but that's and she didn't seem to have the numbers there Maggie didn't but we'll try to find I don't know if they're out there core of engineers folks While your new office buildings looking good. Um, can you call me and let me know send me an email? How much more is it going to be? Uh, Brian said why do I feel like Israel has plenty of money to fund their war? I don't know they need our they need our munitions. So right What was the story? You just came out that Greece is buying Subeth 16 or something. I think that was on the national news Remember when Greece was in complete default like monetarily, but they've come back up and they Did a credit consolidation loan or something like that now they can buy some american made munitions and material Uh, toady from sims israel versus aran will be the next united states Vietnam write it down mark by words only avoiding it Only of avoiding it is to stop supporting israel and let them fight their own war attorney said said something that's pretty close right i've been i've been pretty much on this from the word go that as we turn up the The fader here the the rheostat right? I keep inching our way closer and closer and devolving ourselves in a war In in the middle east a wider war It means like the silly pier thing right well, we're not going to we're not going to touch the soil there in gansa But we're going to build a pier and then we're going to use the pier to get the stuff in there But look we're not touching the soil. Look, we're not you know, it's the old game you played with your siblings. I'm not touching you. I'm not touching you So strange um Yeah, it's a texture says it looks like the sea lab scientist and Maggie Oliver from the port have different opinions about the benefits and detriments of settlement school And this is what we need to I Settlement listen the sentiment is good If it's put to use right it's right. I mean there's that project I talked about where they would create another series of gilliard islands or wetlands with it I'm I'm on for that Let's put more, you know nursery habitat out there for marine critters How much is it okay to put a certain amount back into the water column in the bay That that's the debate going on right now. I don't think any of us say we don't want clear water This is mid-day mobile with Sean Sullivan on fm talk 1065 Oh, we just got got word from the a wall Dale Lee she'll join us at 135 Dale with flange But talked about post rodeo here If you're gonna take your uh, you broke things things were broke Whatever happened with the boat during the rodeo or fishing so far You know taking the boat in for service or getting the parts you need for service and blue water got sales and service Great thing to do but while you're there You're talking about all the great new boats that are on the lot with force in the gang of blue water got sales There's one that he maybe he's like Sean you got to come back over and look at this boat And it's called a solace And it's a guy that he was you know him from boston waylor and everglades and moved on to even making Making things for nasa. So you know the guys pretty buttoned down when it comes to engineering Uh, it's his bob darti right and he works with these other companies his latest venture is soulless boats I've seen a lot of boats. We got my favorites out there, but this is the highest tech Uh offshore fishing boat i've ever seen you got to see them in person that made out of fiberglass But also carbon fiber and it makes it lightweight but super strong because they they vacuum bag it So it's got the best of both worlds. It's got the superior strength, but it's lighter therefore faster Therefore you can even run uh more fuel efficient with the boat It also has so many other things outside when you see the way the hole is vented and all the things it can do It's amazing and then like creature. It's also built with the uh for a Sea keeper or a gyro stabilizer. You just put it right in it already has the place to put it in so you don't have to retrofit But like the creature comforts you can see on the deck are unreal The one it's got two boarding ladders that are like built into the to the transom It's got uh Fully opening windshield with wiper and washer. You got to see how that works It's got reversible transom seating this awesome, but the one i want to point out that because this is Seems small, but this gives you the idea of how high tech this boat is It has a magnet system To where you can move like If you have a thing that you keep your pliers on or a place you want to put your uh put your hugger with a drink Or like your bait cutting station. It has a system where these magnets are built in and you can move it anywhere in the boat No drilling holes in the boat. No, you know, no 5200. No, no drilling It's magnetized so you can move it anywhere in the boat you need at any time and change the configuration I know that seems small, but that tells you a level of thought going into these boats They're called soulless boats s-o-l-a-c-e You can check them out at bluewater. Yacht sales and service at orange beach marina or on the east i65 belt line Go check them out even if you say i'm not in the market for boat go see them because you're going to be jaw-dropped like i was right, uh, let me get a Couple more texts and i want to get some more, you know, the uh air apparent to the presidency more Kamala Harris news uh, let's see Doesn't have better said they should they not put dredge poyle on barges and ship it back up the river where it came from No, we don't want to take it back up there and let it come down again seems like It's like what was it? Pushing that pushing the big boulder up the hill right and they'll let it roll down to do it again. No, no, no but if we can make some wet, I mean Make wetlands out of it that help filter water and help grow Marine creatures. I think it's a great thing, but that's an adjunct to the big conversation John said we need growth it'll mean more business and competition which will force businesses to compete for higher quality of products and services Well, of course john i'm 100 percent agreement on that. Um, I like competition And let's see i named texter here says Um, oh, okay. It's eric. It's eric. He said to my knowledge they dredge sand out of the bay and this is a man who knows something about this By the way, I know this person said to my knowledge. They dredge sand out of the bay in the 60s and 70s From what I understand the water and mobile bay was not muddy historically For example, even halls mill creek was sand bottom and clear water like magnolia river in the 60s part of the construction of all the neighborhoods I mean you've seen the pictures of old with the satellite pictures with what was coming out. Don't leave for the neighborhood builds and daphne all the we got to stop that stuff, but this is a You know is this will be a further contributor to turbidity in the water Uh, let's see here This is from buddy said recently I was sitting in on uh senator kenny brits office And she told me that the spoil from the deepening of the channel was to be placed adjacent to daphne darling causeway To fill in there behind the jetty rocks now in place. I believe her now buddy. There's some definite zones, right? I mean i'm looking at it this weekend coming and going from the rodeo Uh, they're gonna have to have fill put in there and that's great, but then that's going to fill up too, right? And then what's next and what's next? Use it for all those kind of projects i'm a hundred percent in I do have questions How much we're going to let go right back in the water um No, somebody asked oh irish indian is that or the magnet is near the compass. They are not that's the one place. They're not But i'm telling you it's really cool irish indian like think about how you In a boat you're going. I don't want to drill these holes in here to put this here. I don't want to Like you just move stuff around with the magnet system. It's crazy Larry says let's use the silt to build up the causeway No, I would have That's your I say no. I don't want to build up the causeway actually would have Do the inversion certain places like the foot of chocolata. I think we should have a raised Causeway just like that kind of like the bayway is let the water come and go like god wanted it too, but That's way down the list of everybody's all right to the combo of stuff here before we go to the news and then we'll come back with they'll leash This has been this has been cracking me up more than anything in a conversation with my buddy robert kennedy jr Who is you know on the wrong side of this because he's big A proponent that kamala is going to win this thing. I think he's wrong on that But this move where they're trying to detach Kamala Harris vice president here is from being the borders are is laughable It's laughable. It's just those people the same people that said That president biden was as sharp as attack and you know his age was a superpower and all that That went 180 after the change this weekend. They're like yeah, he's really old and trump's old But y'all give it a couple weeks Save some self respect But on the on the kamala Harris thing being that borders are borders are the vice president absolutely was named the borders are but now the spin machine Is saying well, she wasn't really officially the borders are New York post says this I said As a post reporter on Wednesday federal agents in El Paso, Texas Were instructed to turn the city into a patempkin village For the veeps visit in 2021 moving migrants from crowded holding facilities to hotels And breeding the hair of some who remained to give the impression undoubtedly for the cameras that everything was under control of the border So this i'll put this story up on twitter because it's funny overall like all the places everyone places That they didn't el Paso before The borders are vice president harris showed up there because that's a whole But the other part of this is this idea that she wasn't like oh, it's just conservatives pretending she was the borders are to use it against it I think they said in this story. They said that was shameless supreme gaslighting and I would agree with that It says look no u.s official gets a job title with czar in it But the usage is familiar Biden put her in charge of addressing the migration from El Salvador Honduras and Guatemala in march of 2021 Specifically but not necessarily exclusively tasked with addressing the root causes And harris plainly thought her duties went further Why else did she make her infamous do not come speech to a crowd of Guatemalans in june of 2021? You remember that do not come Well, if that's not addressing the border, I don't know what is She also released a strategy for addressing the root causes of migration from central america a month later But we're we're all told that don't believe your line eyes and ears. She was never the borders are so it's not her fault It's like centrifuge level of spin going on here. I'll pop the story up on twitter at fm. Talk. What are the six five coming right back? Shot this one This is mid-day mobile with Sean Sullivan on fm talk 1065 1 35 fm talk 1065 and mid-day mobile Let's say this. I don't have time for this Novel that my friend robert wrote to me, but yes, okay when I said that Robert k. Jr. and I were talking earlier in the week and I think he's he's misguided that he thinks Kamala Harris, you know, is going to win but we'll see He said he said vice person Harris was borders are he admits that she failed her mission full stop My point of view is that her failure doesn't matter because The solution would have been the bipartisan legislation passed in the senate but stalled in the house Well, robert you and I will well, we'll debate that on the telephone and on the radio Going forward do want to do this before we go any further and say I told you all last hour It'd be another chance to win tickets and here it is if color number five at three four three zero one zero six color number five Para tickets for you. Check out the keep the party going tribute to jimmy buffet featuring the coral reefer band with the likes of mac macanally also Mr. Utley and homeboy will kim bro along many with many others that show coming up thursday august first at the warff amphitheater Color number five got a pair of tickets for you to the show to keep the party going attribute to jimmy buffet Tickets on sale now with ticket master dot com, but you can win them right now as well at three four three zero one zero six All right, and let me let me do this last time I saw this guy Were we were we shooting pool? Did you play pool? I know you were partying on the back deck at the land yap after party I was shooting some pool. I know we visited some party animal dale leash from land yap and land at mobile dot com. Hey, man Oh, it didn't press the right button. Okay. There we go. Press the right there we go And there he is dale Hi there. Oh wait when I had the wrong wrong. I don't know what happened. We had a call on Did they did dale get bumped off? with the uh With the calling okay with is I had dale leash on for land yap What what if y'all what have y'all done back there? Y'all have you know And I now realize what y'all did back there and you talk about hamstringing somebody who is trying to get dale leash on Let's see if we can do that. Let's we're gonna try something in in line here. Please don't touch line Uh back there, please don't touch line five Don't touch line five if y'all can hear they don't listen to me back there. So let's not touch line five Let's see if we can try this. I love to have to I am somebody likes to run his own board and uh But this is uh, you know, this is a little bit challenging. All right. Let's go to dale leash laying out laying out mobile dot com. Do we have dale Okay, is this dale No, it's not dale. All right to hell with this Well, we'll figure out what we're doing here. Uh, if y'all can get dale leash on if dale leash wants to call back but i'm not going to do the uh uh just Okay Were you telling me he's on line one or were you showing me that i'm number one with that middle finger? Was that all these one just the number one And not number one. Uh now dale leash land nap land at mobile dot com. Let's try this you there I'm here buddy. I was here. I was before you were disconnected by our the Uh, the people flooding the lines here which still are for those tickets to the show I was saying that last time I saw you we were enjoying the land nap after party. You were party and hard Um, did you recover fairly quickly? What I mean, is that why are you just coming to today to be able to come back on the air with me? Yeah, yeah, I know i've been in a deep freeze for since friday night and i'm just coming out of it and it's uh Feels good feels good to be alive and to to see fresh air again and all the good stuff No, I uh, I was a little I was a little hungover Uh saturday morning, but I I recovered I you know i'm almost 40 So i'm not like I used to be I can't just bounce back, but I I do all right I went I got up and went fishing at the rodeo and i'm 52. So cry me a river buddy. All right, um All right, so let's let's get to it here. I know there's nothing for us to talk about But let's just try some stories that may have some attention Uh your headline here leave you fired after council investigation into former chiefs allegations This has been conversation on this show yesterday this morning on mobile mornings talking about jeff show as well Is he the I hear like it's a scapegoat right or he said that it was called a witch hunt That's I mean, that's what his that's what his attorney Chris county and said. Yes, that's right Uh, you're about uh two or three stories behind though. It's been moving at light speed So yeah, he was and I guess that's everybody's everybody's kind of behind because it keeps changing But yeah, he was fired after the uh on uh, tuesday afternoon after the uh, uh, special council's report came out You know his attorney said he was scapegoated that that's uh, I don't think i'm behind. I don't think i'm behind I think i'm setting this up that that he was like go and then yesterday Forber chief pryne was on with me and said he believed in the testimony that leave he gave That's why he was let go just like he said pryne said it was like him and and leave you because he was honest he was scapegoated and and let go that you know out of that uh, the one part of the A report that uh said that maybe something illegal went on Uh, so then he was out. I don't uh, chris calahan was on with the guys this morning talking about it And then you know, we see you know your report today That according to blackwood now all that so why was he let go because now the mobile district attorney saying that he didn't break the law, right? I am working on a story about that doesn't mean he didn't break city policy. Let's keep those two things separate But in that letter from mayor stimpson that we all got on tuesday or whatever and said something I don't have it in front of me, but It's so illegal. I mean the word illegal he didn't say that was illegal But he said that maybe the report he was unhappy that the report said that this was illegal or something to that effect Yeah, yeah, because you got to remember stimpton came out and said they disagreed with with uh with the uh afterness, uh, I think people are forgetting that too the mayor came out and said That that they disagreed or the city came out and said they disagreed with the characterization that that he tampered with the document they don't think that he did And so they disagreed with that anyway So I don't know if if that aspect of it changes why he was fired. I I don't know why he was fired yet I I have a statement on that and I have not been able to read it yet I've been uh, I've been out and about today. I'm going to get back to the office and write a story So I love an update on why the city says he was fired. I do have that now Um, so so the city so the city is good. Yes, because it could be I guess the city It doesn't have to be illegal if it's against the rules or something. Yeah, yeah, yeah I think you know blackwood was very terrible to say we did not investigate whether it was a violation of city policy We're just strictly looking at the legality of it. He said no It's not illegal and I think anybody who read what he did And we had a longer we had like a 1200 word story that I wrote Yesterday kind of outlining all the allegations in the in the in the report if you read what the actual allegation was I think he I fixed an old a signature page from a previous version to a To a new version of a contract that he then had that they then had council Approved and as blackwood said that doesn't constitute can't bring with a government document because it hadn't been approved yet So it was it was not a government document So that is that is sort of what's happened in there and that is all that As far as the legality goes that is all he was accused of now It goes deeper than that in that the apansford also says that he wrote the three two ones e insights peer review study he that he actually wrote it and then had to basically do a glorified proofreading of it Which is part of that is something that lanya has already reported. I'll have you know Uh, we reported that he wrote it. He was the author of it. The thing is From what the report says it doesn't appear that uh, you know Some of the higher ups in the city knew that he authored it at the time and then he uh uh So it was basically their word against his and it seems like the special council took uh chief far uh Chief of staff barber and executive director last piece word in testimony and other I guess there was other investigative resources used to determine that he That he that he had tried to Hide the fact that he had authored it and then he uh, he gave a false statement About that to investigators and that was another thing they paid them for so it wasn't just it wasn't just the tampering with uh, the government documents. It was also he was also accused of uh, of, you know Uh, not being truthful. I guess in in his uh, okay because Yeah, because I'm trying because this gets so Byzantine right and and dealing in the semantics too, but the Yesterday talking to paul pryne about this he said that that was constructed his paul pryne in the interview yesterday said and i'm parry Facing here, uh, but that the that was constructed The initial ask of this insight was a way to develop some mechanism to get him out Of his job right to give cover for firing him or something like that And that that that leave he didn't want to do that so he did something a little different or something that effect Uh that this was you know came from the higher ups and then in this they're saying they had nothing to do with it They were unaware. I mean somebody's not telling the truth No, no, you're uh You're getting that all convoluted. Okay, help me if you i'm trying i'll try if you if you if you've read If you read the executive summary of the report, um, I don't expect anybody to have read the whole thing It's 228. I'm trying we're working our way through it. Well, I know we're working our way through it too But but those those are so so yes, you are correct uh according to the report last he did ask both uh both leavey and uh Curtis graves to give him uh, uh, like Ways that prime hadn't worked with them On operation echo stop. So that is that part is accurate. Here's where Here's where a true statement kind of gets convoluted, right? Okay, so in the in the report Leavey was very apprehensive about doing that So his answer to doing that was to put all of this stuff in the report that that came out the 321 z now Where where everything gets off the rails here with the higher ups is that while they asked him to put a powerpoint together of the things that That you know ways that prime had maybe worked with them as well as he could have They never asked they never specifically asked for the report according to the to the to the to the To the investigation. So he sent the report as a way to avoid having to do the powerpoint And and and the 321 z insights Thing with the letterhead saying our analysis came as a as a product of doing that reports They never asked him specifically to The higher up didn't ask him to do that report. They asked him to do a powerpoint He did the report to make himself feel better about doing the report is what the Did the report to make himself feel better about doing the report or the power or not doing the powerpoint, right? He refused to the powerpoint and good for him and the powerpoint was supposed to show what what powerpoint was supposed to show what? Ways ways that he didn't the ways that prying hadn't Hadn't worked with them on the operation at this stop basically hadn't hadn't gone along with with operation at the stop There were supposed to be reasons. It was supposed to be like a detailed reasons as to why, you know, it hadn't worked out Okay, so he said i'm not doing that i'm not doing this powerpoint. So i'm not doing that because that seems like i'll have to i'll have to take some, you know Personal professional, uh, you know, please i don't want to have to do in my in my job To kind of i guess basically i don't want to throw him under the bus so instead According to the according to the investigation. He made the 321 he wrote the what became the 321z report And then was going to have them do a peer review of of the report that he wrote now My understanding is investigators, but they asked him for a powerpoint. How did he think that they did Then he gives him a report Wait, you know, right but but but that right but but they my understanding of the investigation that they They didn't ask him for the report. They asked for the powerpoint and they he came back according to the investigation He came back with this peer review study from 321z And they thought that 320 the people 321z wrote it And the investigators are saying no leave he wrote it and it's basically just a glorified proofreading That the city paid $92,000 for and and on we go Yes All right, uh, and y'all you know to be fair leavey claims to be fair leavey claims that he did tell them that he authored it and that uh And that uh, you know, they're you know, that That them not remembering is the issue and uh, and the investigators are saying no you never you never Told them it was being it was authored by you until Prime sent out that rebuttal to everyone where and then you had when you were forced to tell them that's that's the difference That's the difference between what leavey says and what investigators to leave Uh, the only thing I could add to this is I after before each line of testimony from any of the involved parties I would like them to say what it happened was and then they get It seems it was He's a very dysfunctional and you got to give it to you got to give it to leavey I mean, I will give him that at least he wasn't willing You know to throw prime under the right right And he I don't think the report doesn't mention prime by name. It does mention police leadership. So I mean props to him on that Uh, and I can see where where you know Where the confusion could lie and it's also magic. Anyway, it's all on what what people that aren't them Believe that happened. I I couldn't tell you what the truth is. I'm just going by what the report what the uh investigative report says So, uh, I wasn't necessarily disagreeing with you or the characterization that prime was making because I don't know my point is If you take the report if you take the investigative report at face value, this is what it says.
