(upbeat music) - It's Elsie's little pickles. It's pickle pod time, grab your brine. Let's go. And wow, I couldn't be any more pissed off than I am right now. Holy shit. - Take two. - Take two, yeah. Yeah, had an equipment issue happen after, you know, 25 minutes of recording or at least what we thought was recording and it turned out not to be. So yay, we get to do it again. Fuck. - That's right, we get to talk a little more. Fuck, fuck, fuck me, fuck. Fuck a duck. Fuck. (laughing) - Whack. - I just, yeah, it's one of those things where, you know, I understand shit goes wrong, but when you're that deep into something and you got to start the whole project again, nothing pisses me off more. It's like when you try to put together something from fucking Ikea and you skip over a page of directions accidentally and you realize you have to take the whole fucking thing apart again and start over. Yeah, that's how this feels right fucking now. Anyway, well, let's do the news. - Well, I have a new news article since we first started that was now just breaking news. - Oh, okay. - Well, I'll wait 'til midway for the story though. - Okay, I'll be sitting here anxiously awaiting what this story is and I will be on the edge of my seat. So maybe-- - You are on the edge of your seat. - You're on the edge of sanity right now. - So first off, AOC files articles of impeachment against the Supreme Court Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas. - They should-- - Which will never go forward. - It'll never go forward, but at least it's, at least they're starting to have the courage to do that. I don't think I in my lifetime remember ever articles of impeachment being spoken about for any Supreme Court justice. And much less two of them. And anyone who's listened to the pickle pod knows that I firmly believe that they need to be impeached. I think that they are as corrupt as corrupt gets. Now, I'm not saying that about all of the Supreme Court justices. Oh, I'm not even saying it about all of the conservative Supreme Court justices. But I am definitively saying that about Clarence Thomas, 100%. And I'm leaning towards 85, 90% for Alito. I think that Alito's got a lot of issues, but I think that Clarence Thomas, I think that there is so many ethical things that need to be investigated when it comes to him. I wouldn't trust him at all on anything. I think that he is as corrupt as corrupt gets. And I think he's essentially kind of the ace in the hole for like, you know, heritage foundation for all the conservative groups. I mean, I honestly think that he-- - That's why he used to work for the heritage foundation. - Well, yeah, that's what I'm saying. I think that he's in the pocket of those people as well. And with that, every conservative think tank, every conservative group out there, because they're able to funnel all the information in on the down low through Ginny Thomas. And I think that that's what they're doing is it's basically a honeypot, except she's not necessarily what I'd call a honeypot. You know what I mean? So for those who don't know, a honeypot was a spy tactic where they would get a beautiful woman to, you know, go and essentially date or sleep with or do whatever to get the information from their target. And I think that it's very much like that with Ginny Thomas and all the conservative groups that she's friendly with, I think they use her as a way to get information into Clarence Azir. And eventually finding ways to put money in his pocket. I would say that of all the corruption that we do know that Clarence Thomas himself participated in, the level of payouts and gifts and shit that Ginny has received, I bet you eclipses that. - By a way, though, by a magnitude of 10. So I'd love to see that happen. The only problem is is that, you know, coming from AOC, that's where it loses a little bit. You know what I mean? Because she is so progressive and so liberal, I think that even getting some of the more liberal leaning Democrats on board with it is going to be difficult. Though I believe she got like eight or 10 other Democrats to sign on as co-sponsors. - Yeah. - So that's good. You know, at least that brings a little bit of weight to it. If they can get a lot of co-sponsors, if they can really like just heavily and hopefully get a couple of Republican co-sponsors, that's when it's going to actually have the opportunity to take root. I don't know, what are your thoughts on that? - I just don't think it's going to go very far. What's so ever because of the house of reps? But it is important because this is on record officially. - Yeah. I think that that's really what it boils down to is it's just made a matter of record. I agree. - I agree with your reference to how Supreme Court's justices have been removed in the past, one for drinking while on the job. - Yeah. - So. - But like I said, in my lifetime, I can't, you know, I'd be very hard pressed to name an instance of even getting to this point on the Supreme, anyone on the Supreme Court. So I agree with you. I think it'll die in the house. But like I said, every time you turn around, there's a new political surprise on what's going on. So I guess we're in, you know, the upside down and anything is possible. - In other days, the Supreme Court justices' security shooting raises some eyebrows by Sotomayor's house apparently. Her security had to shoot a man. - Oh. - Was armed. - Yeah. A guy came up to his car or something and pulled a gun on him, was trying to, carjack him if I remember correctly. But didn't they say that that was not, they didn't think it had any relation to the fact that she's a Supreme Court justice. He was just a dumb fuck trying to-- - That I have no idea about, but-- - I believe he was just a dumb fuck trying to carjack this guy and pick the wrong fucking car. And he got shot in the leg. Yeah, I mean like the security guy shot him in the leg from what I remember, but yeah. I think that's just a bad idea and executed poorly at a bad time with the wrong person. 'Cause I guarantee you, he probably saw that guy and was like, oh, I can take that. I got a gun and didn't realize, oh wait, this motherfuckers trained. I mean, that's like trying to carjack an ex-marine or trying to carjack a cop or something like that. You're gonna fuck around, you're gonna find out fast. - Back in the late '90s, there was a fantastic video of downtown Detroit gas station surveillance camera where a white minivan pulls up to get gas. And as one of the driver exited the vehicle to go pump gas and two men carjack him, hit him from behind, jumped in the car, slimed the door shut to go take off. And then you see the minivan shaking. And what happened was, is these two men decided to carjack a vehicle that was transporting the United States taekwondo team who were competing at Cobo Hall. - Oh, that's so hysterical. - So it was a very, very bad day for those two men. - Well, they got choked out real quick. - Yes, there were six of them in the vehicle, the entire taekwondo team. It was either taekwondo or wrestling. I don't remember which specific. - It wouldn't matter. I mean, you're talking-- - You're talking about guys that you don't wanna fuck with under any circumstance, especially like that. - You just hit our coach, fuck you. I mean, and you know, young guys at that age, especially with the ability to fight men, give them a reason, give them a justifiable reason to show you what the fuck they can do. - Yeah. - I'm sure all these years later, those two men still feel it. - Oh, I would not be surprised at all. - That's hysterical. I love stories like that. I love stories. And the reason is because, you know, I was carjacked. And the funny thing was I was the day after my 17th birthday, I'll be brief with the story 'cause you've heard it, but for the listening audience. It was the day after my 17th birthday, my two buddies decided that they were gonna take me out, we were gonna have a nice dinner, and then we were gonna go over to one guy's brother's house, and we were gonna have some beers and do whatever. I don't even remember what we were supposed to be doing 'cause it kind of got blocked out of my memory after the incident. So we were on our way there, and we had stopped to get the car washed. And 'cause we had some time to kill. And so we just pulled into a quarter car wash and then we do the deal and pull out onto a main drag. And these girls started flirting with us, you know? And the guy who was driving said, don't bother with them, they're not hot, you know, whatever. And he rolled up his window and he just kind of took off. Well, they started chasing us, and then they started throwing shit at us. So it started with like milkshakes and shit like that. And I kept telling them, don't engage. Let's just pull away, just get away from this, right? And he was honestly trying and they just continued the chase. Now, this is just a car for all the girls, we think, right? But what we didn't know was there was a car full of guys that was following behind. So we ended up going, you know, zipping through side streets, trying to get away from these people, right? And they pulled, they somehow got around us at a stop sign or, you know, like coming up to a stop sign. So they got around us on the side street and stopped the car. And one of the girls gets out and she's trying to bend or break the antenna off of the car. And the guy driving says, well, you take care of us. So I go to get out and all I see is two other guys and one, a third one that was driving, two guys get out of the car from behind us. And then one guy had, you know, it was like, in a big snow suit type thing, right? It was March, I don't know why, but he was like in this big kind of like cloaking him thing. And he had a gun, I didn't know that. And the other guy who came up on my side was smaller and spun me around and just fucking sucker punched me. So back and forth we go, back and forth we go. The guy who owns the car gets pulled out, taken to the back of the car and hit over the head with a gun and the gun went off. And we didn't know he got hit in the head with the gun. We just heard the gun go off and we just saw this huge splatter of blood and him just go down to the ground like a sack of potatoes. Well, that freaked out the guy who hit him with the gun 'cause clearly that wasn't his intention and he thought he killed him. I thought he killed him. I turned to the guy that I was fighting who was just stunned. And now I sucker punch him the same as he did me and just like laid him out for a moment, right? And I don't know what the fuck I was thinking. I jumped into the car with the guy who just shot my friend. And the reason I did that was because I knew that the car was a stick shift and that he would have to put the gun down. And sure enough, he did, right? And long story short, I didn't get to the gun before he did. I ended up with a gun between my eyes. He tells me, get out of the car, I like a friend. I'm on the outside of the car. The other guy that I was fighting with tells me and the third guy that was with us to get on our knees at the curb. And we thought we were gonna get shot execution style. Next thing you know, they tear off in the car. So that was an example that could have gone really well for me and I could have got the gun or could have gone really bad for me and I could have got shot. So that's why like whenever I hear these stories about carjackings, especially in circumstances where the carjacker gets his ass handed to him, really fucking quick, I love it. I absolutely love it. I love stories like that. - Repubble can fail the pass, the bill holding AG Merrick Garland attempt over the Biden audio tapes. - They couldn't even get their own request approved. - No. - So that's where the repubble can go forward to 210. - That was for Republicans voted for with the Democrats and 12 Republicans were missing from the job. - Well, okay. So again, this is another example of Republicans putting all this effort in and all this breath and all this just foolishness and wasting time, wasting the American taxpayer dollar, wasting their time for something that they can't even get over the curb themselves. Now, they have the majority. There's no reason why they couldn't have got that. And the fact that Johnson didn't make sure that those 12 Republicans were there before he fucking allowed that bill to go up. And the fact that he didn't have his house in order, his caucus in order, that's on Johnson. - It reminds me of when the Republicans, they were trying, I can't remember who it was. They were trying to impeach someone just a few months ago. - Marjorie Taylor Greene. - What's that? - It was Marjorie Taylor Greene that brought up impeachment. - No, this, it wasn't her doing this. It was, oh, gosh, what was his name? Gray hair, gray hair. - Yeah, he goes it down. (laughing) - And my, was it Biden? Somebody in there like a Democrat called him right out. All right, let's, I'll vote for two impeach what you got. And when it came time to vote, the Republicans were not voting for the impeachment. - Right. - And the Democrat was like, why not? Let's go. - Yeah, it's funny when you call them out under bullshit, they kind of crumble pretty quick. And that's, I guess one of my concerns is moving forward, especially after this election, what will the next two years look like if the Republicans win the Senate and the House? Or even worse, the Senate, the House and the presidency? When you're talking about people who can't agree on what they are supposed to be able to agree on and can't get the legislation through that they agreed on a day before. You know what I mean? Like you could have, that's the thing, is this like with the Republican party, it goes to a perfect example is the immigration bill, right? So they have, they're the ones that put that guy, I forget the guy's name, but they're the ones that put that guy in the position of negotiating because he was their hardest liner on this. He was the bulldog in their party on immigration. No one wanted to close that border down and tighten up any leaks in the border more than this motherfucker. It was his passion, his passion project. I bet you he would go home after session in Congress and jerk off to the ideas that he had regarding this. And they put him in that position and he came back with what they wanted and actually surprised that he'd gotten as much as he'd gotten, but Trump said I don't like that because that's a win for Biden. I wanna save that win for me. And I'm running on this topic and you're taking away one of the things that I am actually running on. So don't do it, don't pass it. And they all fell in line and fell down and, you know, kissed the ring and bent the knee. Instead of doing what was in the best interest of the country, and again, that's my point. If you don't at this point in time recognize the inability of the Republican party to actually do anything, whether you agree with it or not, their inability is on display daily. If you don't understand the dangers of agenda 47 or project 2025 or just the idea of Trump having another term in office for his grievance tour, I don't think you're paying attention. I don't think that you're critically thinking. You don't have to like Biden or like Democrats or agree with anything that the Democrats stand for. But you're gonna find yourself in a position if Trump wins or if Republicans take the House and the Senate or all three, you're gonna find yourself in a position like a lot of people have been finding themselves in Josh Holly's district, shocked and awed at the fact that, oh my God, he is saying this stuff. He is, he's claiming he is a white nationalist. And I might have stepped on that story because we had actually talked about that just before when we had a Christian or Christian nationalist. So I might have stepped on that story because we did talk about that when we were having technical difficulties and that didn't get recorded earlier. So did you even bring that story up yet? Well, there's your leading. There's your leading. - Yeah, another news Josh. - Let's come out to admit that he's a Christian nationalist. Do you have any thoughts and opinions on this? - Yeah, yeah, I rewind a few seconds. - I think we could jump to the next one. We just heard that. - No, no, no, no. There's a time saver. - I do want to spend some time on this because I think that it's important for people to realize that what you're seeing right now is a lot of emboldened, I don't know if they're feeling emboldened or if they're playing to the crowd that they're trying to play to the crowd and give them the red meat that they think that they want and sometimes go too far. I think you're seeing that a lot though. And it's either they're playing to the crowd the way that they think the crowd, with saying things like that, that they think the crowd wants to hear. I think that there's a little bit of them starting to say the quiet stuff out loud, but I also think that they're afraid and this is the behavior that comes out when you're afraid. I think they're afraid of losing and I think that they're trying to shore up as much of that base as possible because they know that the base is easily led. So there was an article about Trump. They studied his speeches and his speech pattern and the usage of words. And they said that he came back at a fourth grade level education. Now, I don't believe that he has a fourth grade level education. No matter how much I despise his politics, his policy, his behavior, even just to look on his face, no matter how much I despise all that, I'm not willing to say that he's fourth grade level educated. What I am willing to say though, is that we had a conversation before me and my buddy Kirk, friend of our show, Kirk Nolan, discussing that. And we are of the opinion that Trump is building his stand up hour. And that's what he's doing here. And that's what he's been doing, okay? He tests out the little nasty names. He tests out the little digs. He tests out the nicknames and all that shit. And if it works with his friends, family, crowd at Mar-a-Lago donors, big money donors, stuff like that. If it works with them, then he takes it to a smaller venue, maybe a private fundraiser and does it publicly. And if it works there, then he takes it to his next rally. That's how comics build their hour. And I think for him, every time he does a rally, it's like him feeling like he's doing his Netflix special or his HBO special, right? I think that he's got this mentality. And I think he's right with this. I think the Democrats need to pay attention because if nothing else, you can't say that he's not entertaining. He's infuriating if you disagree with him. But if you don't disagree with him, he's fucking entertaining, like a comedian. So I think what he's doing is much like what I did where I recognized early on that doing very, very smart jokes, especially at a one-nighter, where they didn't even know it was comedy night, wasn't the best way to get the audience on your side, right? So I couldn't do these high-level, complicated, intellectual jokes. And I realized, oh, wait, let's do this. Let's take that high-level, complicated concept and distill it down into a slogan almost, make it eighth-grade-level understanding and turn it into a dick joke. And that worked all the time. And I think that's what he's doing. I think he is just, he's talking to the crowd at the level he knows everyone will understand. Now, you could say that that's condescending and I had somebody actually say it to me. Well, that, you know, doing eighth-grade-level delivery and turning it into a dick joke, you're assuming that you have a stupid audience. And I said, no, because the smart people can see what I'm doing. The smart people understand that that's a very high-level concept and oh, to get them to laugh at it and me to laugh at it, it has to be done that way. And I think that's what he's doing. - Nicely stated. - You got any thoughts on that? - I think with Holly though, I think with Holly, I think he stepped in a pile of shit he wasn't expecting because I've heard and read that he's getting a lot of blowback for Christian nationalism, saying that he's a Christian nationalist. A lot of blowback. I mean, will it be something that sinks his next election? I doubt it, but he's still getting a lot of shit from his constituents 'cause they're like, I can't, you know, like people that actually voted for him and supported him and were at that event because they supported him, they were coming out going, oh, what the fuck was that? No, we're not Christian nationalists. We're not about that. And we didn't think you were, but now we have to second guess who the fuck we elected. I think you're gonna see a lot of that. And I also think you're gonna see a lot of cannibalism within the party, specifically if Trump gets elected because they're- - I don't know what that's literal. - Yeah. (both laughing) - You see, fucking Jim Jordan on Josh Holly's leg. (both laughing) - They all deserved it. - Marjorie Taylor Greene. - Well, earlier this week. - Marjorie Taylor Greene picking her teeth with Bobert's finger. (both laughing) Earlier this week, we saw the response from Trump claiming to not know who the Heritage Foundation was, didn't know what Project 2025 was. Wish them good luck on whatever they're doing. However, however, again, how do you know when Trump is lying? His lips are moving. - Right. - Because April 21st, 2022, Trump gave a keynote speech at the Heritage Foundation dinner, which was celebrating the starting work on Project 2025. Where he said to the audience of the Heritage Foundation, this is a great group. I was gonna try and do a Donald impersonation, but I'm just not there. My voice is too strong and too deep. - Say what you will, but this isn't actually a great, great organization. And I am fully supporting them because they support me. - Well, he says, this is a great group. And they're going to lay the groundwork and detail plans for exactly what our movement will do. When the American people give us a colossal mandate to save America, and guess what, folks? This is all on video. - Oh, that's gotta come out. - Yeah, it is now out there. It's being sent around. Oh, yeah. - You should actually, you should dig that up. If you can find that, if you can find that. - Oh, that's what you're right there. - Oh, good. Then we need to post that on our Twitter and we need to post it on YouTube. - Well, you're in luck because it is already on Twitter. - Is it? - I will. - Yeah, great. - Well, Twix. - Yeah, Twix, but we gotta put it on our Twix page. - We can do that. I'll save to that story. - All right. - In other news, former Trump advisor and New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani is facing yet another financial and legal hurdle as the New York bankrupts, he'll happen. - His name's a punchline now. - Rudy Giuliani. - Rudy Giuliani. - Whenever I'll get stuck in. - It's being America's mayor, from America's mayor. - Yeah, he was like a hero. - To this. - To trying to take his shriveled up little penis out where the interviewer in that Borat video and was failing at that, laying back on his creepy bed. - Anyway, well, he's just a, everything, any time, you say Rudy Giuliani at this point, right? You're gonna get one or two responses. You're gonna get people laughing because his name is now, just a mud. I mean, he's become a punchline. - The mud that was coming out of his head during that speech. You wipe away the mud, the bullshit that's coming out of my head in New Year's. - But it's like one of those Play-It-O-Dolls where you squish it up and it grows very-- - It was there, except with bullshit. It wasn't Play-It-O-Doll shit, diarrhea, in fact. - But it's like he went from being America's mayor and everyone loved him to getting in bed with Trump. And from that point forward, is just destroyed his entire life. This is what I don't essentially-- - Let me just, I'm sorry to interrupt, but let me expound on that for a moment. You have to wonder what MAGA thinks about the fact that so many people's lives that were close to Trump or advisers Trump or on down the line, lawyers, whatever. How is it possible and why? And don't be a fool and say, oh, it's political and it's the Biden administration. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. They're in these predicaments because they went all in with Trump and had his back and he doesn't have theirs. They participated in behavior that they thought was gonna garner them his approval and instead their lives are ruined. - Ruined? - They're the hyenas and the Lion King. - Yeah, I mean, you have just, you can't lay with pigs and not get dirty. I mean-- - Well, essentially this judge is probably about to throw out the protections of his bankruptcy so his assets can be liquidated. - Oh, like the bullshit coming from his head. - Well, he almost ended up, well, they cut his mic and threatened him with jail time because he was being so abusive and loud towards the judge. - Oh, I'm sorry, the Lion King. - Yeah, you were and I wasn't about to stop you. I mean, the insanity continues. You know what I mean? Like that's what I'm saying is it's like, it's one thing if you think Trump is the best choice, okay? I disagree with that, but that's one thing. But if you're going to come to that conclusion without looking around the landscape that he's left behind him and seeing all the wreckage that he's left behind him and asking yourself, why? How did that happen? And not, like I said, you can't just go, well, it's political and it's Biden administration. No, no, no, no, actually look into it. There are laws, these people broke them and they are in jail. Whether that's-- - Yes. - Steve Bannon who had already gotten, gotten pardoned and still ended up in jail because of his support for Trump. - Well, it wasn't because of his support. - No, it was. - Because he committed another crime. - He committed another crime, but he did so thinking that I'm showing my loyalty. - Yeah. - You know what I mean? I'm not going to show up for this-- - I just didn't want people to think that he went to jail just because he was supporting Trump. - No, no, no, no, no, no, no, absolutely. You know, what's the other one? Michael Flynn. - Yes. - Is that anything? Like, you know, the only one that got pardoned so far that hasn't ended up back in jail is Roger Stone. And surprisingly, that is shocking to me. But I think he likes to wait 'til he knows that he's going to get a pardon. I think he's smart enough to go, I'm not gonna cause a problem until Trump is in office and then I'll cause a problem. But if he's not, I'm not gonna stick my neck out again like that. And for some breaking news, as of 30 minutes ago, Trump seeks dismissal of New York charges verdict after the Supreme Court ruling. - Yeah, that's not gonna happen. - I would say no because the Supreme Court ruling was about protecting official acts. He was not president at this time that he committed these crimes. - That's what I'm saying. I don't think that that's gonna fly, you know? I mean, even in the documents case, his, the guy that's getting accused with him, who worked for him, that, I forget the guy's name, but he was the one that was moving boxes. So it wasn't like he was, you know, like top of the food chain. He was the guy that, go clean that closet, put those boxes over there. He tried to get his case dismissed based on the Supreme Court ruling and even, you know, even Judge Cannon, who is a loose cannon, said no. So I don't, I don't see that happening. I, I, that's where I put my money is, is that he's, that case is not gonna get touched. That and the fact that it's a state case and, and like you said, he wasn't even president at that point. - No, I'm gonna lie and sack his shit. - Yeah, anyway. - Now other big news, the Heritage Foundation has been reported to the IRS for tax code violation. It's kind of a beautiful statement. - Yeah, I like it. - But they are a 503 C3 group and they are not supposed to get involved in politics or policy, but they have obviously. Tax exempt organizations under the IRS Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3). I prohibited from participating in politics, including, but not limited to, endorsing or supporting a specific political candidate or writing and publishing a political manifesto during a presidential campaign. Well, now. - See, and that's the thing is, and they came out the, the guy who said that we're in American Revolution, it'll be bloodless if the left allows it to be. - He came out, yeah. - Yeah, he came out and said on this, well, I don't know if it was him or if it was their lawyer or whatever, but they basically came out and said that we do everything fine, we're only a think tank. But it's very evident that this is a political manifesto meant to be put in the hands of the next Republican in office. So I don't, I don't. - Anti-Project 2025 TikToks are right now ruling TikTok. - Yeah, I saw, I saw that the one, I think it was one chick that started it. So you got like over 800,000 views or something like that? - Yeah. - And it's spreading like wildfire. And then there's other people that are looking into it and making their own videos. And they're kind of going to town on this. I don't know, man, I don't know the law on that. I can't speak to that intelligently enough. But if that is the case that you're not supposed to engage in promoting a political candidate or creating any type of political manifesto, they have essentially failed on both. You can't look at the Project 2025 document. It's 900 fucking pages for Christ's sakes. Okay, that's longer than the ill yet. - Yeah, so like you can't, you can't look at that and go, oh, you know, it's probably just think tanky stuff. - No. - They clearly are trying to put this in a place where they know that Trump will scoop it up. Now, the interesting thing is, is that Trump did try to distance himself, like you said earlier, but now there's video showing that he not only knew about it, he was there at the beginning. You know? - Yes. - So again, another lie. You know, like that's, again, that's just that alone, okay? So let's say you're on the Trump train, right? But you don't like what's in whatever it is. You know, let's say it's in Project 2025, one of the things was they want to call the wild horse herd in the United States, okay? So let's say you're very conservative. Let's say you are very Trumpian, you're all on board, right? But now you see that in Project 2025 and you know that he's going to utilize that if possible. And you don't want to see horses killed unnecessarily. You don't want to see a calling of that herd. I mean, come on, wild horses are beautiful. Now, maybe there needs to be a little bit of calling. Maybe there needs to be some capture and release. You know, any number of things can be done besides calling a herd. You can, you know, relocate them. You can, whatever, right? But if that's the only thing that makes you realize that Trump's lying, well, then why, you know, you see the video of him at the kickoff and then you put two and two together and you're like, "Well, he lied about that." And then he says he doesn't know anything about it but wishes them luck, but says the plan's horrible and abysmal, but says he agrees with some of it. Well, if you don't know anything about that, how can you agree with any of it or how can you say it's horrible and abysmal? - Because he's lying. - But more importantly, how and why would you wish them luck? So he's tried to distance themselves. - Well, he, he, you know, into the same approach he took to the proud boys. - Stand back, stand by. - Yeah, stand down, stand by. - Yeah, that's what it was. - Wasn't even stand back, was stand now. - Stand by. - Stand by. - I'm damn, that's my Ross Perope. You can't, you can't mop a floor without a bucket. You need a bucket of water. So I would think that in a case like that, that no matter how pro-Trump you are, if the wild horse culling was the only thing in that you disagreed with, but you definitely disagreed with that. So much so that that you became a one, a one problem person, voter, okay, one issue voter. That train of logic shouldn't take you that long. You know, oh, he lied about Project 2025. I see the video, I see his response to that video. Why would I believe him if he says he's not going to kill the horses? Why would I believe that 110 conservative organizations that helped put this together wouldn't be pushing him to do that? And like I said, that's his benign of issue in as far as Project 2025 goes. That's like one of the most benign issues in it, is that. That's one of the... - I think they need to also investigate the corporations and organizations that give money to the Heritage Foundation. - Yeah. I think that we need to get money out of politics completely. - Yes. - I also think that this idea of tax exempt needs to go away because it's always these very, very rich organizations. You know, all these elite organizations. And I'm looking at the churches as well. I don't think that there should be tech. Look, there's like, oh, what is it? It's like 338,000 churches or religious organizations right now that qualify for... Yeah, it's 33,885. Oh, no, 338,853, okay? Religious organizations. If all you did was tax each one of them, $10,000 a year. That's it, $10,000 a year, right? In 10 years, you would have $33,885,300,000 that you could be utilizing for rebuilding cities, rehabilitating people, getting jobs, making affordable housing, like. - Making care of your bets. - Or paying down the deficit. - Yeah. - Okay, like, that's just at $10,000 a year. And when you look at those mega churches, they're bringing in a fuck ton of money. I'm looking at you, Joel Olstein, and it's time for you guys to start paying your fucking dues. You're preaching from the fucking pulpit. You gotta pay. That's the admission price. - What's that mean that can't unsee it now? That brings up how Joel Olstein looks like Martin Short pretending to be Tim Allen. - That's hysterical. No, I haven't seen that one. I haven't seen that. - Oh yeah. That's fucking, that's spot on. He looks like Martin Short pretending to be Tim Allen. - That's hysterical. That is beautiful. So what do you think will happen? Do you think IRS will investigate? Or do you think it'll be one of those things where if they do, then all of a sudden they're gonna be in that same situation that we heard about before where oh, IRS is just going after, you know, Tea Party people and conservatives. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. This is all politics. No, how about if you fucking broke the law, you gotta pay. How about that? - Yeah. - I mean, I- - Well, it just seems to me that the party of law and order is not about law and order at the law side. - Not even close to it. They're not even close to the party of law and order anymore. We are- - I mean, think about all the energy spent going after Jack Smith and his investigation. How he's a traitor. Well, he's also a Republican. - Right. - Yeah. And I wonder if when this is all over- - It's like, you know, they're just, "Oh, hey, Jack, I'm right now." - Well, no. - No, you know, these tropes have gotten tired. These Republican tropes have gotten tired and it's because they've had to use them so much. And the reason they've had to use them so much is because of fucking Trump. - So this goes back to all of these organizations. All of these other people are the problem. They're lying, they're turncoats, they're the deep state. The only one who's telling the truth is the serial- - Right. - Who's been in and out of courts to the last 30 something, really 40 years. No, guess what people? - At some point you got it- - You've been conned. - You got it- - You've been conned. - Yeah, you got to admit it. - You've been conned. At some point, you're going to realize it, whether you realize it before you cast that vote or whether you realize it after, there will come a point when you realize you've been conned. Because- - I mean, it was either 79 or 83. He settled out of court because he was going to lose a case based on discrimination. - I think that was 79, yeah. - I mean, come on. So- - Come on. - Throwing all that away. - All that white businessman can bankrupt, not one, but two casinos. - Yeah, yeah. - Yeah, what do you think he's going to do to our fucking economy? He almost tanked our entire economy with his COVID response. - Just ask the USFL, yeah. - Oh, you can't. - You're no longer around. - You can't go around. - Because he got involved. - So, my biggest fear, I think, you know, I mean, obviously we've talked about civil war, civil unrest on both sides, regardless of who gets into the office. We have our concerns regarding that. But my real big concern is, what people don't realize is, they say all this shit about Biden's age. And that's all true. And he might be, what, like 86 by the time he gets out of office if he wins the second term, which I don't think he will make it through a full second term. I have questions on whether he'll make it through his first term. However, Trump's only, what, a year and a half behind him or something like that? Two years behind him, whatever. I think Trump's 78 or 79, right? - Yeah, 79. - 79, so he'd be like 83, 84-ish. - Correct. - When he gets out of office. Do you honestly think he's gonna give a fuck what people think of him after he gets out of office? Whether or not they realize how badly they've been conned, you think he's gonna, and it wouldn't matter anyway because I don't think he would leave office. - I don't think so either. - Yeah, I don't think so either. I honestly, you could argue he didn't leave office last time in the way that he kept saying it was a rigged election and he was always in the fucking news cycle. And no president has ever done that loss. They usually fuck off and allow the new president the opportunity to run the fucking country, but that doesn't work for him. So my argument would be, let's just pretend he plays by the rules and does four years and then is out, okay? At that point, all those things that you start to realize he lied to you on, it's gonna be too late. It's gonna be too late. The effect will already be felt. You will have already felt the sting of what a second four years of Trump would be like. And let's not forget, because I think a lot of people have very short-term memories. Let's not forget how bad it was that last year, especially with COVID. Let's not forget the crazy behavior. Let's not forget clearing a crowd so he could take a picture with a Bible held upside down. Let's not forget the embarrassment that he was on the world stage. Let's not forget how many people he had to fire, that I'm only gonna get the best people. He fired more people or more people left his administration than I think any other administration. It was a revolving door. Absolutely. Probably the most in US history. When you have a revolving door in the White House, how effective is that White House? When every time you turn around, somebody's gotta go through the first day of work and fillin' out the paperwork and then learning the job that they're doing and then being comfortable and competent in that job. Even if you've got amazing people, top, top level thinkers, every week that they're not at 100% is a week that the country's not running at 100%. Especially when you're talking cabinet positions. Secretary of State. I mean, does anyone still remember Rex Tillerson's name? Who? Yeah, exactly. And how many more after that? Sean Spicer, did you remember his name? Oh no, they just remember him dancing. Exactly. And he had to do that so he could try to recoup his fuckin' dignity and of all places to try. That's how low his dignity was, that he was on dancing with the stars. Can I do, who about could do the cha-cha on TV? Yeah, he had to go on dancing with the stars to try to recoup any dignity. That's the place you go to lose dignity. That's how much dignity he had lost. He had to go to dancing with the fuckin' stars. Again, because of Trump. You know, like the list goes on and on. Scaramucci had what, 11, 12 days is... Yeah. Press Secretary? Just long enough to get a cup of coffee. Yeah, barely. To know where the, I don't even think he had been given his key to the private bathroom yet. (laughing) You know, so when even the mooch can't make it 11 days, 12 days, that tells you that he doesn't put a lot of thought process into actually understanding if the person that he's putting in a position can do that job. Absolutely not. So, do you think that the IRS will actually go after? I hope they do. I really do. I hope they do. I hope they need to. So, I wish I could find this article. And maybe while I'm talking about it a little bit, you can do a quick search. But apparently, the head of Project 2025, well, they got, the Heritage Foundation got hacked. I don't know if you heard about this. I knew. Oh yeah, they got hacked. Yeah, they got hacked. And they got hacked by, I think it was gay furry hackers. (laughing) I love all things. A group of hackers called Gay Free Hackers has hacked Project 25's website and obtained information about who's behind the plan for Trump's second term. An estimated 80% of Project 2025 authors are Trump aides and advisors. So, that's something else that people need to think about. When Trump says, I don't know anything about this, 80% are his previous aides or advisors. Anyways, long story short, they hacked into the Heritage Foundation. And they got like two gigabytes or whatever of information, including names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, some of them had .gov after the end of the email, right? So, they are very, very upset about this. And the guy that's behind it, what's his name again, Robert's? I think it's Robert's, yeah. Anyways, the CEO of it got into a text exchange with one of the gay furries. And I can't find it, but we're going to have to talk about that at some point because apparently it was pretty fucking amazing. And spectacular because he goes back and forth hurling horrific insults to like, I hope you put all this email chain or this text thread. So actually, all right, hold on. Did you find it? - Well, here are some words from one executive by the name of Alo. I'm looking for his first name, Mike Howell, who is Heritage's media and commentary from their official site. - Yeah, he's the one actually, you know, he is the one. I just found it, I just found the article. And he says here, "From Howell's initial reaction, Howell's tone shifted." And he said, "We are in the process of identifying and outing these members of your group, the group that hacked them. Reputations and lives will be destroyed. Closeted furries will be presented to the world for the degenerate perverts they are." - Wait, there's more. Are you aware? - Wait. - There's more. - But wait. - And now for something completely different. Are you aware that you won't be able to wear a furry tiger costume when you're getting pounded in the ass in federal prison? I'm in the federal prison, I put you in next year? So it's gonna be next year. He knows it's gonna take time. Oh, wait a minute, is it that or is that him thinking once Trump wins and we are in office, we'll be able to put you in federal prison. Oh, that is what he's fucking saying. What a piece of shit. - Yeah, 'cause there's some very anti-LGBTQ agendas in Pratchett, 2025. - And I'm curious what the Heritage Foundation or any of these other foundations, which at the end of this, I will list them all even though it'll be a bit tedious because there's 110. And I don't expect people to listen to the entire list. I don't blame you, but I think it's important to get that information out there. So I would be curious to see if there can be any connections made between any of the 110 organizations that are behind Project 2025 and we're contributing to Project 2025 or anyone under the umbrella of Project 2025 at all, having any contact with private prisons because I have a feeling that I wouldn't put it past them to just start locking up gay people, LGBTQ+ people. I would not find that hard to believe. So I'm curious if they're making plans to do that. I'm curious if they're scouting locations, let's say, because essentially it would just be an internment camp. - Yes. - And people would be outraged about internment camps, but it's not the first time in the U.S. - No, no, we had that back. I mean, what's his face? What's his face, a Sulu from Star Trek during World War II was put in an internment camp. - Dr. Michia Kaku was also-- - Also put in an internment camp, yep. - But how all went on to say, and this is the entire quote, God created nature and nature's laws are vicious. It is why you have to put on a perverted animal costume to satisfy your sexual deviance. Are you aware that you won't be able to wear a furry tiger costume when you're getting pounded in the ass in the federal prison I put you in next year? Please share widely. I hope the word spreads as fast as the STDs and you're degenerate furry community. So, Scott, this is me or does he sound mad? - He does sound mad, he sounds a little upset. But I think the thing that is actually interesting is that I have often, and I think even on this podcast, said I don't get the furry community, I don't get it. I am sorry, let your freak flag fly, that's fine. But of all the fetishes out there, and there are a lot of weird ones, that's one I just don't understand. I can't wrap my head around it. I don't know what's going on there. But I still wouldn't say the nasty shit that that motherfucker said about him. That's, he's just showing his white Christian nationalism and wearing it on his sleeve like a fucking Nazi badge. - Howell went on to quote, quote tweet, lyrics from Eminem's 2000 single The Way I Am. - Okay, and was that an effort to be cool? Or was that meant to slam the furry? - I think he was trying to act like a badass, and so he tweeted back at them, and I am whatever you say I am. If I wasn't, then why would I say I am blah, blah, blah, the rest of the song? - Right, right, all right. I really wanna know if he did the suit in time. - Yeah, the self hug. All right, so before we put a pin in it, I think it's important for people to know how many organizations are involved. - Yeah, well, right off the top of my head, Walmart sponsors the Heritage Foundation. Coors sponsors the Heritage Foundation. I'm forgetting one off the top. - Well, those are sponsors, that's different. These are the actual conservative organizations involved with Project 2025, and it is a lengthy list. So bear with me. - Oh, yeah. - Number one, 1792 Exchange, American Accountability Foundation, AAPLOG, American Association of Pro Life OBGYNs, Alabama Policy Institute, Alliance Defending Freedom, American Center for Law and Justice, American Commitment, American Compass, American Cornerstone Institute, the American Conservative American Council of Trustees and Alumni, American Family Association, American First Legal, American Juris Link, American. It's always American. American Legislative Exchange Council, American Main Street Initiative, American Moment, American Principles Project, the American Family Project, the American Redistricting Project, Americans United for Life, AMAC Action, the Association of Mature American Citizens, the Bold Moose Project. Well, thank God, they were at least a little creative. California Family Council, Calvert Task Group, Centennial Institute at Colorado Christian University, Center for Equal Opportunity, Center for Family and Human Rights, Center for Immigration Studies, Center for Military Readiness, Center for Renewing America, Center for Secure Free Society, Citizens Against Government Waste, the Claremont Institute, Coalition for Liberty, Coalition for Prosperous America, Committee for Justice, Concerned Women for America, Conservative Partnership. Yeah, well, I'm getting there, I think. Conservative Partnership Institute, Consumers Defense, Defense of Freedom Institute, Eagle Forum, Ethics and Public Policy Center, Fair America, Family Policy Alliance, Family Research Council, Feds for Freedom, First Liberty for America, Forge Leadership Network, Foundation for American Innovation Foundation for Government Accountability, Freedoms Journal Institute, the Frederick Douglas Foundation, Gun Owners Foundation, the Heartland Institute, the Heritage Institute, or the Heritage Foundation. No, both. The Heartland Institute, the Heritage Foundation, Herzog Foundation, MacArthur Society of West Point Graduates, Hillsdale College, Honest Elections Project, Independent Women's Forum, Institute for Education Reform, Institute for Energy Research, Institute for the American Worker, Institute for Women's Health, Intercollegiate Studies Institute, Dr. James Dobson, Family Institute, the James Madison Institute, Job Creators Network, Keystone Policy, Leadership Institute, League of American Workers, Liberty University, Mackinac Center for Public Policy, the Malone Institute, Middle East Forum, Media Research Center, Mississippi Center for Public Policy, Moms for Liberty, Mountain States for Policy Center, National Association of Scholars, National Center for Public Policy Research, National Religious Broadcasters, National Rifle Association, National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, Native Americans for Sovereignty and Preservation, Nevada Policy, NOAA Webster's Educational Foundation, the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs, Project 21, which was almost as good, but not quite. Pacific Research Institute, the Palm Beach Freedom Institute, Paul Meadow Promise, Patrick Henry College, the Patriot Foundation Trust Personal, Personnel Policy Operations, Public Interest Legal Foundation, Protect Our Kids, Please Protect Our Kids, Recovery for American, Recovery for American Now Foundation, Republican Overseas Foundation, Save, Stop Abusive and Violent Environments. Stars stand together against racism and radicalism in the services. Students for Life of America, Susan B. Anthony Pro Life America, Tea Party Patriots, Texas Public Policy Foundation, Tino Turning Point USA and Young America's Foundation, 110. Now one of them that's interesting is students for Life of America. And Leonard Leo, I believe, is behind that. Part of the, I forget what he, not heritage, I forget what he's behind, but that gets in the Hawkins check, Hawkins check who is all over Twix talking about how bad abortion is. She was the one who, when Supreme Court decision came out, she was at, and I hate to body shame somebody, but she was the only way to recognize her is she's very, very rotund. And that's putting it nicely with long dark hair. And I immediately thought you were talking about the Hock To a Girl. I know, no, no, no. No, that we love the Hock To a Girl. 'Cause you got to spit on that thing. What they need is to make a video of her talking about Project 2025. Well, at least, well, I don't know where she stands on it or where her politics is, but I guarantee she would get a lot more people listening than Biden can get listening. Yeah. So anyways, the whole point of that is that what you got to understand is this is, it's not an insurmountable problem to deal with. It is as simple as not voting Republican ever again. If you read even half of those 900 pages and don't find yourself worried about the future of the country, if any of this shit is enacted, then there's nothing we can do for you when you get what you deserve. And with that, that's another LLC's little pickles.
