A Russian missile strike on a train station used as an evacuation hub in the Eastern city of Kramatorsk, Ukraine, kills at least 50 people and leaves more than 100 injured. Russia blames Ukraine for the attack, saying it did it to its own people. But the U.S. assesses it was a Russian short-range ballistic missile fired from a Russian position, inside Ukraine.
