* Beginning this spring with the 2025 ACC Baseball Championship, all 16 ACC teams will compete in a single-elimination conference tournament. The ACC had a round-robin style pool play format of 12 teams for several years, but they’ve expanded after the additions of Cal, Stanford and SMU to the conference. Under the new format, the top four seeds in the championship will be based off the performance in the regular season and will receive a double-bye into the quarterfinal round. Seeds 9-16 will begin the tournament with four first-round games. Do you Buy or Sell the new single-elimination format?
