All over here at Cordle tonight, in the first semi final of the Father Galvan Cup, sponsored by the Aquila Cup and the Glinidio Hotel Group. I'm Cordle of Advance to the final with a 1-14-7 win over Korra. With me here is Captain Sean O'Connell, deserved man to match today with some great catching, a couple of great pints and some brilliant players throughout. Well done, Sean, on your reward. Thanks so much, it was a tough game, we played each other a few minutes ago in the country league and it's not a local derby, two teams gone at it and it's a good competition down on what we were playing each other for the championship and it was a good all game on our own. Yes, the first half was tight enough, I think it was near a good level, half-time, one day it was 5-5 all I think. It was, yeah, I was never going in, it was some, it was nipping talk down the first half and they did score, so it was never going in half-time, so we knew we were up against it half-time, we knew we had to pull the finger out the second half. And smooth the ball with better and get a few scores. And you did that, he moved the ball very quick, some great pints, a great goal there from Brian Reed, both to the side and a bullet to the shot to the net. Oh yeah, and really I was well walked off the field and he's finished out the runs and luckily Brian was at the end of it and he finished it off well. Of course there's a competition he won last year, a great final at the Cheryl Stadium against Karter Glen and now back in the final league in this year, so I'll be delighted with that. Yeah, 100% last year, it was a factory game in Scapton, this year now we'll be looking to do the same thing as last year and so on, so we'll be looking forward to that now. And now we'll see what happens on Sunday and the other Sunday final between Lestra and Faris. But you're in the final now, so we don't really care who you're playing, just prepare for it. Yeah, that's it, yeah, we'll prepare whenever the teacher's here. Perfect, thanks Sean and congratulations on your win tonight.
