on uh the detail uh of uh meatball morsey the district attorney of norfic county had been uh have been placed on an under investigation by the internal affairs unit of the mass state police couple hours later they announced that lieutenant john fannie had been investigated but was no longer under investigation because they couldn't turn up any evidence that he'd done anything wrong so i'm sure he's very appreciative of that correction but uh there's still two of them uh to the two top guys in the unit uh uh sergeant uh bu quenik and uh and lieutenant tully are are under investigation lu uh struper proctor has already been suspended uh without pay so we wanted to talk to uh aden carney turtle boy about this because he's he's following the case very closely and also the fact that he's been all the people that have been investigating him and arresting him are now under investigation themselves rather ironic isn't it turtle boy i mean i'd say it's uh vindicating more than anything it's like thank god when i saw three troopers were suspended i'm like oh it's like christmas like please be these three please be these three and i saw the names and it was just like music to my ears like about time about time howie why do you think they put fanning in there and then and then uh issued this correction i told chan mcdonald earlier today they don't make this kind of mistake with drug dealers or wise guys and they did it with a superior officer they said he was under investigation and he was he was under investigation you know one point and you know he was hardly cleared i mean it said that they couldn't prove or disprove the allegations so he didn't get like the exonerated one he got the who knows they could not enough to prove you know beyond reason without i guess you know but uh you know uh fanning all three of those guys fanning's a lot more involved than people think like he's he works out of the norfolk barracks he's a lieutenant he was on a text thread with uh with uh proctor where he's talking about you know looking for nudes and david yanny's special needs client's phone or whatever uh and uh you know so he's he's shady you know he's he's really more involved in the birch more things than anything uh but you know he testified at at my grand jury all three of these guys did you know two of one of them's a victim of mine allegedly and then the other guy's the lead investigator so like the lead investigator who came up with all these charges brand tully you know designed to put me in jail and and keep me on bail and keep me on edge he himself is under investigation for the very same things that i accused him of being involved in and that right there is very satisfying and uh bu quenik now bu quenik i i can't i can't imagine that this guy is under investigation himself and he's going around hassling women all all across eastern massachusetts country who have sent out social media messages i mean this is the only crime in massachusetts when you know he's got a posse chasing him and he's running after people who didn't do anything he's got bigger concerns you want to know where some random woman woman read it on on the internet do you read on the internet or what did you read that you know that he wants to know where you read things that that's really i mean i i would be worried about other things if i was in personally i would kind of stop doing these things what are you doing right now because it's stuff like this that's putting them under investigation in the first place i mean these guys it's said that fanny was uh not under investigation because any text messages or anything like that he was under investigation for his role as a supervisor and he is a supervisor of michael proctor that's where all three of these guys have in common so i was very relieved to see that this isn't about the text because you know quite frankly i think the texts are a bit of a distraction like it just shows that he's kind of a scumbag but i'm more concerned with the plant in taillight i'm more concerned with the fact that he's lying about what time he's towing carter each car and he's lying to grand juries about how much he knows the mcalbert and uh so that's what the because all of these guys signed off on michael proctors you know investigative reports in this thing and what did they all know and that's i don't know uh it just smells like feds i hate to say it i hate to get all excited about it but it just just came out of nowhere and just smells like feds what what about the other three people that were on the uh the other three troopers that were on that uh that the text message chat group more kutkowski and uh dechico what about them what are they i mean they didn't say anything aren't you know are if you see something say something that's what they tell us civilians right aren't they supposed to uh observe the same uh the same rules you know yeah well they they i mean dechico is just as bad as proctor in those messages he tells it when when he when he broke the news that he said that all she was down there blaming the alberts for the taillight and what did he say he goes f that b or something like that and what is kutkowski asking he goes is she hot is she hot no as no no as fall river accent but you know i mean it's just i mean those two guys are incredibly unprofessional but the fact that they are not the ones apparently under ia investigation again tells me this isn't about the text messages this is about something much more serious than those text messages so what about i asked i asked this of shawn uh and texter just wanted us to know what you think it do you think proctors flipped that's the rumor going around on social media no i mean he should have flipped a long time ago if he was smart but uh you know uh if i were the other ones i would flip on him i would just uh i don't know this guy told i mean he told me he wasn't friends with them he told me this was legit i don't know i trust my guy that's what i would do but i mean how could he flip on that i guess i guess in theory he could tell them that like oh yeah these guys all knew about it and and they allowed it to continue and they first i wanted to come clean and face on you you trade up it's like it's like it's like mafia stuff you trade up yeah you know you there's the trooper trades up the sergeant who trades up the lieutenant who trades up the captain right that's the way it works i think once they realize that the walls are closing in because they haven't reached that point yet where they think that like you know what they they got us like until they realize that like the walls are closing in and they got you dead to right you're going to jail if you don't you know come clean and say something about this you don't cooperate with the government then they have no reason to but uh eventually they will eventually none of these guys wants to go to jail like none of these none of them proctor is going to be destitute soon he's he's unemployable how is he going to get a job lizzy is going to be paying all the bills by herself uh no more pension anymore it would take a heart of stone not to laugh turtle boy about the proctor's delight what's he doing all day sitting around the house trading stocks or something what's he doing all day he lost a lot of money today if he was trading stocks i'll tell you he's probably listening to us right now you want to say anything to him directly yeah turn yourself in right now and come clean no wait no that's what the definition of got caught it's uh it's it's quite a mess he uh so when is it when does this put your case uh you know i mean all the all the people who arrested you and has sold you and continue to uh try to uh vex you in one way or another they're all jammed up all of them yeah all of them it's great and by the way we brought a new attorney on board mark better oh uh he's out of queens actually we're doing in pro hoc v4 we're bringing him on the team too and so we're we're gonna have an aggressive we're going right for the motions to dismiss soon one after another getting them all because again i mean tully is at the top of everything he's the guy that created the charges against me if he goes down everything goes down i mean you do the math i mean two of two of my alleged victims are basically under investigation uh the investigator himself is under investigation and the other ones are confronting me in front of chris albert's pizza shop telling me they're going to smash my face up and that in the sidewalk i mean that's the totality of the salt like this is what so i was i'm excited for mine i can't wait to get this bill of particulars that's going on on his first we'll see if they actually pass it in this time doing a week and i want to see an explanation for how my actions were illegal like spelled this out for me because i i'm sure whatever they come up with i could find a whole bunch of other people that do the same exact thing and and they're not in here we're gonna want to know why and uh have you had any more luck getting the uh Falmouth police report on uh Jill Daniels and their elderly boyfriend and the uh barroom brawl they got into it the shipwrecked on saturday night and Falmouth no they told me to call back in a week like they said well we we have five to seven days we're a little busy right now filed a report again in a week i said no it's i'm filing it right now you can get it the clocks running the clocks running they got ten days you know what if you're busy again next week i mean they basically said like this one doesn't count you have to do it again next week like what no i'm doing it right now this is this is the uh this is the request right now right now please you got the 911 call though that was good where did you did that uh did that come from somebody who was just monitoring the police band you scanner got it for me somebody on twitter i mean twitter is an amazing place it's amazing it's like just appeared out of nowhere like like the uh you know just like the the crime scene spoke to Joseph Paul this stuff just appeared out of nowhere but the 911 tape spoke to me and uh as you heard on there it was uh over the carren reading situation they said on there and it's like these people they want to go like they're they don't understand how famous they are for all the wrong reasons like and i and i said this a year ago and i got indicted for it but like life is normal is over like that's not neat that's not a threat that's just a statement of fact like you're famous for all the wrong reasons yet you insist on going out in public like everything's fine but like you're everybody knows you're the crazy lady from the CF McCarthy's incident that's what you'll forever be known as and so when you go out in public people are going to be like there's the crazy lady and what do you think is going to happen you know the the uh the police report that you got last night and and tweeted it out it had a happy ending though when we found out that uh Jill Daniels and her elderly boyfriend left on foot uh dead yes and they got and the other party had a pink shirt on too and you know i i don't know if i told you this the other day but i ran into you netty on uh saturday night in the north end at vinoteca demodica uh monica and it's yeah it was a we uh we we had uh we exchanged pleasantries and said hello and you know what we didn't do aden we didn't get into a barroom brawl now you did out because you weren't in canton or foulment you guys didn't yeah you guys didn't square up and no we didn't spell out onto richmond street and you know duking it out and you know making fools out of ourselves and uh no there was nothing like that it was it's amazing how in most places other than canton and wherever people from canton congregate they behave themselves have you noticed that yeah this is like normal adult stuff too you know you don't have to explain videos of you playing grab ass or anything like that you know go moving cars around at two in the morning you know well drunk and then have sex with your wife and answer the phone with with your butt apparently 508 says the quote from uh juvenile uh the uh latin poet who will guard the guards themselves that's the that's the that's the ultimate question here it's the same question from uh to to millennia ago you know who will guard the guards themselves they in norfa county we don't know we don't know the answer to that question do we no we don't but you know the ia investigation and the fact that they want to take the angles to kind of have this information and get it out there that's interesting because these people like to not talk about you know what's going on beat them and they don't have to share that information they chose to share that with Ted they want that information out there they want to let us know like like we know that these guys are shady too we know it's not just proctor and again proctor suspended without pay but it began with an internal affairs investigation so um i i didn't like standing was not that involved in this case but uh you know volcanic and uh tully's fingerprints are all over it so uh i i can't wait to see what comes from this because proctor could not have done this alone he could not have done
