(upbeat music) - Better strap yourself in. It's time for the Howie Car Show. - Well, obviously on many levels, I'm really sad. Joe Biden is a patriot. - Bush. - Biden relented, putting his country before his own ambition. - This notion that the media is trying to peddle that he's like George Washington refusing power for the good of the country. He had no choice. They were knifing him in the back. - It too, Brutus? - Live from the Matthews Brothers Studio. - Why was President Trump not kept off the stage? - I don't know. - Why was Crooks allowed to get off A-Chots? - We don't know the answer to that. - These are just racist dog whistles. Whenever you hear DEI, I want you to think about the N word. I want you to think about racial slurs. That's what they actually mean. - To me, the values of adversity, equality, inclusion are literally, and that's not kidding, the core strengths of America. It starts at the top of a vice president. - Well, this is very awkward. - Rum swabs, hacks, and moon bounce beware, it's... (upbeat music) - Howdy car. - Welcome to The Howdy Car Show, 844-542-844-500. 42, 42, Benjamin Netanyahu just finished up a speech. It was a really great, great speech. He had all the right notes, said all the right things. And it's just unfortunate, it'll be overshadowed tonight by Brandon's three minute address to the nation. Asking to pass the ice cream and the remote control so he can get from Nick at night to meet TV. - What happened to him or that? - It was a great speech though, he just did a great job. And you know what, the thing is, nobody's talking about this speech. He's in the rear room mirror now. They're talking about Netanyahu's speech, the Hamas hippie rioting going on in DC, the insurrection, you might say, the intifada insurrection, the Kamala Harris blowing off the speech to go to a sorority convention in Indiana and all the, in the Christopher Ray hearing too, where he said he will leave no stone unturned. And you know what I always say? People are already texting about it. Christopher Ray will leave no stone unturned, except the one that the conspirators, if there are any, are hiding under. Yes, exactly. Yeah, he's not, he's not, and you know, just as Cheetos Cheetos said on Monday, when she'd be asked a question that was uncomfortable for her, she would always say, "Will you left ask the FBI?" And so can you imagine what Christopher Ray said when he was asked a question today that made him uneasy? You'll have to ask the secret service. It's like, they're all pointing fingers at each other. 844, 542, 42, 844, 542, 42, and we will have with us today, both Sean McDonough, Al Hefe, the former DEA agent who's been writing and talking about the Karen Reed case, and we will also have Turtle Boy an hour later at 530 after Sean McDonough at 430. And the reason we're having both of them on is these are big developments with the two more. First, we thought it was three more, but then the state police told us it was three more that were under internal affairs investigation. Then they said, "Oh, we couldn't find any evidence "on Lieutenant Fanning, so he's no longer under investigation. "Thanks a lot." I'm sure that's what Lieutenant Fanning was thinking. And so there's two more of them. The head of the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office is under investigation now. Brian Tully, he's the one under whom the taillight pieces reproduce, they multiply like rabbits in sealed bags. - It's amazing. - I'm the kind of person who wears shorts throughout the year. - All right, 844, 500, 42, 42, 844, 500, 42, 42. I want to play a couple of these BB cuts and Grace played one of them. But I think the best one, you've seen this on the internet. It's been a meme, but it's different. Somehow it's different when a guy is in front of a joint session of Congress. Although it's, you know, most of the Democrats or a lot of the Democrats have taken a pass on it. Up to and including the vice president and the former speaker of the house and all the beautiful people weren't there. This is a BB Netanyahu today. Just a few minutes ago, cut 23. - That's amazing, absolutely amazing. Some of these protesters hold up signs proclaiming gays for Gaza. They might as well hold up signs saying tickets for KFC. - Yeah. And this is just a few days after they've been discovering more and more caches of Hamas intelligence and they kept lists of suspected gays. They did, do queers for Palestine know this? Do they care about this? Why do you think they were keeping those lists queers for Palestine because they like gays so much? Cut 24. - These protesters chant from the river to the sea, but many don't have a clue what river and what sea they're talking about. (audience applauding) They not only get an F in geography, they get an F in history. - And of course, what I really liked, Grace played this during the crossover, but it's UNC Phi Delta Theta, cut 22. - That Iran is funding and promoting anti-Israel protests in America. They wanted to disrupt America. So these protesters burned American flags even on the 4th of July. And I wish to salute the fraternity brothers at the University of North Carolina who protected the American flag against these anti-Israel protesters. - That's great. And you know, he also had many substantive issues. He said, you know, they don't just chant death to Israel and Tehran every Friday night, they chant death to America. We're just in the way. You know what Trump says, they're not after me. I'm just in the way, they're after you. That's basically what Netanyahu said today. And he's right. And he also said, you know, the reason you don't have boots on the ground in the mid east is because we have boots on the ground in the mid east. And he said, all we're asking for is that you give us or sell us the weapons. Give us the military assistance that we need and get it to us faster. And he quoted Winston Churchill. I mean, it was just a really, really good speech. He hit all the right notes. He didn't, you know, he didn't give any grief to Kamala for not showing up. He saluted Biden, even though Biden has been worthless as you know what's on a bull. And he just did a really good job. And you know what, and this has been despicable behavior on the gays for Gaza, the queers for Palestine, all these groups. Some of them claim they're Jewish groups, but I don't think they have a lot of Jewish members, a few, a few, but not many. And they, I guess he was staying at the Watergate hotel and so they got, somehow they got inside and they released maggots in the hotel. You know, Jared and I both have backgrounds in the hospitality industry. And you know, if you have such a background, you know something about maggots and I can't imagine, you know, you get a few maggots, you move fast, very fast for obvious reasons, not the least of which is your nose, your olfactory senses. And you get them out of there. Where the hell did they get all these maggots? And they had to transport them there too. Right, can you imagine that? That would be worse than taking Anthony the St. San Laurent, the mafia boss from the known as public enema number one. That'd be a stinkiest taken him down from Devins to the federal courthouse. Good Lord. And then they released crickets too. Where do you get crickets? We got one cricket. Those you can actually buy at the Petstorcas snakes eat them. So I guess you could buy crickets, but. But how many do you need to ruin a hotel lobby? I doubt they had the enterprising mind to do that. Good Lord, 844, 542, 42. So he did a, he did a really fantastic job. And those, those Democrats who didn't show up, they should really be ashamed of themselves. He, he was, he was masterful Netanyahu. I know, you know, he's got a, a checkered background as the leader of Israel. But, you know, he just, he, he laid out everything that they, the, the, that the barbarians did. And another line in his, in his speech that I liked, he repeated it several times. This is, this is not just the battle between Israel and the terrorists. This is a battle between barbarism and civilization. And it is, it is. He went into how they, they raped and murdered all these, all these innocent civilians. And again, it just came out recently. They had a, they, they brought forth a male hostage that they had rescued. And the male hostage was raped by, by these, these, these savages, these Nazis. And just to, just to humiliate them and, and destroy them. I mean, these, these, these are the drags, the absolute Nazi drags of humanity. And they're, they're treating them like they're, they're freedom fighters. And, you know, people like Jamal Bowman Rashida Talib are saying they should, they should try to arrest Netanyahu, turn him over to the, to the international Kangaroo Court, good Lord. 844, 542, 42, 508, a lot of maggots could be harvested at my town's landfill during the summer. Yeah, but you know, they don't know where the landfill is 'cause it, to know where a landfill is, that means you have to take the trash out. Does anyone think any of these demonstrators are taking the trash? They look like the trash that's at the landfill. Good Lord. 844, 542, 4844, 542, 42, I'm Howie Carr. Howie Carr will be right back. (dramatic music) (dramatic music) The Howie Carr show is back. (dramatic music) Today's poll question is brought to you by Eden Rafferty, attorneys at law. If you need advice on family law, check out my Meet the Expert podcast with attorney Joe Roach, wherever you get your Howie Carr show podcast. Jared, what's the poll question? What are the results thus far? Today's poll question, which you can vote in at HowieCarshow.com, is should President Trump stop having outdoor rallies as recommended by Secret Service? - Sad to say yes, I think he should. - Only 22% think he should. - Really? - 78% say no, keep having him. - But they're not gonna protect him. I mean, they've shown they're not gonna protect him. Do you want him to just go out there and you know, serve as a sitting doc? - Good Lord, 844, 542, I'm surprised. I thought it would break down around 50/50. 844/542/42, Andrea, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Andrea. - Hi, Howie, I need to vent my frustration, please. Congressman Steven Lynch, your Fort County, boy-cotted Prime Minister Netanyahu who's addressed to Congress today. I'm one of his constituents. I'm a Jewish constituent. His phone number in Boston is 617-428-2000. His DC number is 202-225-8273. Now, if you wanna call and say, good job, well, that's your business. But I have to say, he was not elected to carve out who he wants to represent. And right now, I am so ticked off. You have no idea. Talk me off the ledge, Howie. - You know, I didn't know until you told me this, but now I checked and I lynch Presley and McGovern. McGovern, a big acolyte of the Castro brothers in Cuba. He didn't show up and neither did Senator Elizabeth Warren, the fake Indian. So remember that, you know, most the Jewish voters don't live in lynches or Presley or McGovern's district, but they do vote for in Warren's district. I'm telling you, you know, Andrea, back during the Iranian hostage crisis, he was a union leader. I think the iron workers, and they were having a big pro-Mala demonstration and pro, you know, keep the hostages in Tehran. And he was charged with beating up, assaulting an Iranian savage Muslim protester. So he's really changed now, Andrea. He just wants to keep his damn job. He's afraid of being, you know, being a primary by somebody like Ayanna Presley in the way she took out Mike Capowano, who was another kind of a hard-nosed, white ethnic candidate. But he just wants to keep that job at all possible costs so he didn't go. He's, it's really pitiful what he did to you. And every, what he did to everybody. - He's a shameless sellout. That's Congressman Steven Lynch. - I go to the voting. - I agree, I don't remember it. - I wish, I don't even know if anyone's running against him though, this time around, Andrea. Unfortunately, and we know he was in Washington because he was at the hearing, he was at the hearing on Monday for, for, for Cheetah. And he actually asked her a couple of pretty good questions. Yeah, it almost seemed like he was returning to his roots as being a, you know, a rather hard-nosed guy out for the truth. But now this is, this is pitiful. I agree with you totally, Andrea. And I don't blame you for being angry about it. Thanks for the call. Ed, you're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, Ed. - And thanks, Howie. Brilliant speech by Netanyahu. - Yeah. - Everything he, and you saw a lot of Democrats, they couldn't help, they had to, they had to stand up. - Yeah. - And the main point I wanna make is the minority out there that are gonna try to gaslight us. Don't give 'em the time of day. Don't even talk to 'em. The majority of the company is, the country is, you know, right behind everything that's going on right now. And go Trump. - Yeah, I know, and you know, he's right. He's right that, you know, they're doing the dirty work that to, you know, save civilization. They're in the same spot that Great Britain was in in 1940, standing up to the barbarian hordes. Now it's Israel that's been tasked with the mission. And, you know, the fifth column now in the United States is more pernicious than the fifth column the America Firsters were in 1940, in places like Boston, in New Yorkville, in New York City. It's really, really bad. But he really, he did a fantastic job. And I think they worked really long and hard on that speech, but it was great. Thanks for the call, Ed. We don't have time to take another call. We'll take Ed. We'll take John very quickly, John. We don't have much time, but go ahead, John. - Hey, Howie, real quick. Eric Swalwell was questioning the director of the FBI. And they were talking about influences in the American election. And it swerved into Chinese intelligence agencies influencing our election. And you could see how uneasy Eric Swalwell became when they started talking about Chinese spies influencing our country today. [LAUGHS] - Where do you hear what Schiff said? Talk about the speckable. I'm embarrassed to be from Massachusetts because he was raised here till he was 12. I'm Howie Carr. [MUSIC PLAYING] Live from the Matthews Brothers Studios. - Arden says, "If the secret service, the SS won't protect them. President Trump is in as much danger inside as outside." There is that argument to make, but still, I think it's-- as was shown on July 13, it's probably easier to take him out outside. But what they always say, the wise guys always say this. If they want to get you, they're going to get you. And then they will always point to JFK. Or you could point to Reagan or do you point to anybody? They can get you if they want to get you. - Yeah, I think what's really scary now, though, is-- and we haven't received all of the information. Obviously, people have a lot of questions. But I get nervous about copycats seeing just how loose the security was, the fact that this kid was able to fly a drone in there two hours before and get ideas of, oh, if he could do it, and I have better ideas-- and I don't mean better in that sense, but I have crapped your ideas in that, you're going to get some copycats, which also gets me nervous. I hope Trump is-- and I'm sure he is-- really amping up his private security. Because those people were there in Butler, Pennsylvania, and I think they helped as well. - And he loves those guys that are with him. I see it. I sit down in Marlago. He's really good to him, and they love him, too. But they're just-- the fish rots from the head always, as we saw, and Kim Cheetle, you don't get much more of a rotten fish head than her. And 508 has a good point about Steve Lynch. And I said, you know, he's afraid of being primary, like Crowley by AOC in New York, like Capowano in Boston, Somerville, by Ayanna Presley. But 508 says, hey, Lynch, when they decide to come for you, stunts like today won't help. That is so true, 508. You're so right. You can't appease the alligator, ultimately. - Oh, yeah. He might eat you last, but he's going to eat you. Know how you're right. And you know this, well, from working with me for the last 10 years, that I have lots of family in Stephen Lynch's area who are very familiar with Stephen Lynch, and they're not Jewish. But they did reach out to me with disgust over the fact that he did not show up for this. So you're right to say to that woman, listen, he doesn't have to worry so much about Jewish voters. But other people take note as well. Other people who are just sane, decent people are going, why wouldn't you show up for that? Even if they're not Jewish, they still are disgusted. - And, you know, some of us still do remember 40 years ago, you know, when he was arrested for hitting the Iranian protest. Or what's changed, Steve? You know what's changed? You've gotten fat and happy, and the savages in the mid-east have gotten even more savage. So why are you now trying to appease them? You knew when you were a kid, when you were 30 years old, not to appease them. Now you've forgotten? - And you know what's crazy to me, Howie? And you're always right when it comes to it's politics. Like these people worship at the altar of politics and keeping their power, they are craven for power. But it's amazing to me that in an effort to appease these radical progressives, these horrible, Hamas-loving, you know, people like the lady was screaming at Griff Jenkins today. In order to do that, they will essentially sell their soul and not show up for something like this and not support Israel. It's like, how do you sleep at night? I get that you might be happy with your job and that maybe you'll get elected again. But at the end of the day, we all have to put our heads on the pillow and be proud of what we've done. This is the best you can do. - Yeah, you know, he fought the bulgers too, you know? And now we can't even go to a speech. - All for politics, all for politics, it has nothing. And that's the part of it Howie that I think people are picking up with Kamala Harris and Steve Lynch and other Democrats is it's nothing about how they actually feel. It's nothing about their beliefs. It's trial balloons on Twitter. It's looking at polls. It's so calculated and that part of it is really gross. - And you know, the same thing applies to cheating, Bill Keating, I mean, it's a different case with him. He fought the bulgers and now he won't even speak out against what's happening in his district with these windmills, these stupid windmills. He won't even go to these, go to the board, the selectments meeting tonight in Nantucket and expressed your disgust at what they've done to the beaches down there, but he won't, he won't say boo. - The climate people are more scary to him than the bulgers. - They are. - They are. - Hey, Howie, I wanted to read you something. You've been talking a lot about Sean Davis lately from The Federalist. - Yes. - Did you see this message he got from a Washington Post reporter yesterday? - No, it did. - I think you would love this 'cause you've had experience of this where you get someone who's requesting your comment on something. And it's such a smarmy reporter, right? And she writes, hello, Mr. Davis. I'm a reporter from The Washington Post. And while researching for a story, I came across a post you shared on X yesterday in which you said President Biden didn't drop out of the race until after the attempts to imprison and assassinate Donald Trump failed. - Yes, I reposted that. - Do you think that is a coincidence? That was his comment. I was wondering if you could clarify what you meant by this. Do you believe President Biden's announcement is connected to the assassination attempt? Let me know. And I wanted to read you his reply. - Yes. - 'Cause hello, while researching a story, I came across a post you shared on X in which you spread the false claim that after the assassination attempt on Trump that the Biden regime provided Trump in his security detail with every resource capability and protective measure necessary to ensure his continued safety, your post also repeated the false claim that Trump in his security detail already received the heightened level of security. As I reported just hours after the assassination attempt in which your paper belatedly confirmed a week later, the Biden regime repeatedly denied Trump's security detail, the additional manpower and security resources it requested time and time and time again. He also said, this is my fair part. I was wondering if you could clarify why you chose to spread such obvious lies in propaganda. Do you believe it is your job to publish lies, falsehoods and regime propaganda like the Russia collusion hoax or the Kavanaugh hoax or the Ukraine impeachment hoax or the COVID natural origin hoax or the Biden isn't senile at all. Oh wait, we need to get rid of him because he's going to get crushed in November hoax. Let me know best, Sean. - How about the Georgia phone call hoax which came out of the Washington Post newspaper. That was not shared with the New York Times. That was there's all their own exclusive scoop, the fake phone call from Georgia. - I love that answer so much. I thought that was worth reading. - Yeah, I got a call a couple of months ago from the Washington Post reporter and he wanted me. He said, as a more logo member, I just want to talk to you off the record. - I know. - And so I didn't respond. So then I get a call on my cell phone from 978, you know? And so he's trying to trick me. So I pick it up 'cause it's Massachusetts, right? And he said, I was using this 'cause I'm from Massachusetts. I've been listening to you for a long time. And I said, oh, yo, you're from the Washington Post. I can trust you, you're not like the others, right? And I said, then forget it. Why would you talk to people like that? - I know, I totally agree with you. I sometimes wish other Republicans would learn that lesson. They constantly want to be liked by these people. It's like, I don't want you to like me. I've seen what you publish. I've seen the lies you push. I'm not looking for your respect. - Right. - Sometimes you can tell a lot about people by their enemies. - Yeah. - Grace's news is brought to you by TuxTrucks GMC. Get a 2024 GMC Sierra HD. It would be the lead story for weeks. If he was capable of giving a speech, one tenth as good as Netanyahu's, he would never have quit. - Well, it's funny you should bring that up 'cause KJP is speaking for the first time. And as she always does, she gave us some clarity on Biden dropping out of the race. - We read the president's statement where he said that it's in the country's best interest for him to step aside. Why is it in the country's best interest for him to step aside? Does it have to do with his health or-- - It does not have to do with his health. - They have nothing to do with his health. - What? - What does it have to do with his abysmal poll numbers? - But that's the question how he, and you know why they can't answer it, but a lot of people don't understand. They can't answer that question because if they say it has to do with his health and the obvious follow up is why is he still president? And if they say he just didn't think he could win, then it becomes, well that's not your call to make. That's up to the voters in the primary. And they voted for him. So they know that they have to just go, he doesn't want to anymore. Like they just, they can't say anything about it. - Apparently she also denied that he was a lame duck, which that's gotta be one of the more laughable denials of all time. You know what Sonny McDonough used to say about the governor's, the former governor's counselor from South Boston. But when there was a governor who wasn't running for reelection, lame duck is my favorite dish. - All right everyone, I want to let you know that I'm going to wrap up here. But in the next, I'm hoping 20 minutes, I will have a post up on the website where you can look at all of the best moments from BB Netanyahu's speech. - And there are a lot of them, there are a lot of them. We've got the chickens for KFC cut. We have some of the more moving intense cuts. We have the UNC shout out to the Frappe Rose cut. We also have video of Rashida Taib who was there with the sign that says war criminal. And so we have all this for you. It just gave me about 15 minutes. - And Jamal Bowman wants him arrested. - Jamal Bowman, pull a fire alarm. - What about professional courtesy Jamal? - Damn, I'm in the zone up here. - Do you really want to talk about people being arrested? - Jamal's got a C-W-O-F on his record right now, continued without a finding. And he wants somebody else lugged. - And by the way, Jamal, the reason that you lost in your primary is because you're an anti-Semite. So you don't have to tell us that you hate BB Netanyahu and that you think he should be arrested. We get it. You've been very brazen about how much you hate Israel in Israelis. - Why are you messing up? - Sorry, I said it. - God bless George Latimer too, by the way. - Thanks for putting Jamal out of our misery. Everything is so delicious. It's such a fun atmosphere. It's a really great place for big groups as well. Like if you have kids, if you have a lot of family with you, it's so fun, it's quintessential Cape Cod. And most importantly, the food is so fresh and so delicious. We got everything, Howie, lobsters, oysters, everything that you think of when you think of Cape Cod, we had it at Moby Dick's and it was 10 out of 10. So thank you, Todd. - Yeah. - Well, it was really nice seeing your family and meeting your parents and Howie and Grace, would you guys please keep on talking because you're really good for my ego. You've just got a great place. I mean, you've had it for 40 years now and you're not that old, Todd. So you've been working for a long time at this. I think you've worked out the wrinkles in the operation. - Well, we're human, we make our mistakes, but we try to make it better every year. And it's a lot of work, it's always on your mind, but boy, do I love it. It's a lot of fun. And having people come in like you, Howie and your family and Grace and your family and having a great time, that's what it's all about. Good food, friends, family. It's all about the experience. Just having a great time and being in Wealthleat. Wealthleat's absolutely beautiful, great part of the Cape out here, Wealthleat Row in East Ham. And it makes all the work worthwhile when people come in and they have a great time, a great experience and they're really enthusiastic. So thank you both so much for the kind words about Moby's. - And you know, seafood's great anywhere, but it's especially great when it's right there, just right off the boat, right dug out that morning. And those oysters are just fantastic. And so, you know, I'm not into recycling in a big way, but you know, I love it when you guys, your people come and they take the shells away from the table and then you know that they're going back into the mud. And it's a lot easier to grow or harvest the next generation of oysters, isn't it, when you put those shells back in the mud? - Yeah, the oyster project's collecting shells from all over and it's, you know, to help the species grow and we're part of that. There are a number of restaurants out here in Wealthleat and the Cape and they're expanding all over the Cape to do that. So, you know, Wealthleat oysters are very, very well known. And I know you, I think, well, I'm pretty sure how you prefer them fried. - I do, I do, I prefer everything fried. - Yeah. - Hey, that also, when you're all done eating, let's not forget about your favorite, the key lime pie. - Yes, key lime pie, the key lime pie is astounding. Even if you're full, get a slice of key lime pie to go.
