Bait Bike Activation Arrest Recovery Downtown Sacramento July 11 2024 0243 HRS
Thu, Jul 11 9:43 AM → 10:08 AM Downtown SacPD units were alerted to a bait-bike activation. As dispatch relates the movements to officers they begin to saturate the area. An officer spotted the transient subject in possession of the stolen bike at the corner of H and 16th Streets. The subject was taken into custody without issue and the bike was covered.
